Danielle (club manager) was wonderful. We rented the outdoor covered area for the ceremony as well as the ballroom, bar, and "Bridal suite". She was available via phone and email. ...
She accomodated decoration set up and rehersal practice. The venue supported our intimate wedding of 50-60 guests. Even though it was a bit himid in the bridal suite but the staff adjusted it and we were fine, club staff provided us a fan. Bar staff were great to our guests. The club was open at 6am on a Saturday which allowed for sufficient time to decorate prior to our evening wedding. We had access to take photos on the beautiful golf course after our ceremony.

until the day of the wedding.
As a military couple, we had asked for military discounts, which they told us they wouldn't charge us for the champagne toast to make up for the military discount. We were so grateful and excited. But then, when it was time for the champagne toast, we didn't receive it, and we had to toast with our own drinks (in my case, i had a glass of water). When I informed them we didn't get the champagne toast on the following day, they quickly said our dj didn't announce it was time for the champagne toast, which our dj did, twice! 15 min prior, and at the time for the toasts. They then, told me they "didn't hear" the dj announcing it and were sorry. Then, they told me they would bring the issue to their manager and see what they could do.
When I contact them again to see what they would do about it, they pretty much said "Too bad, so sad". They did NOTHING. They had the audacity to tell me since we weren't charged for the toast because "they were offering the champagne toast as military discount" why am I complaining. Their exact words: "What were you thinking?" I was horrified by their rudeness.
Even though we didn't pay for the toast because it was "complimentary" as part of the military discount, I feel like we got ripped off since we didn't get it. This issue literally ruined our day.
I am extremely disappointed with this venue for the lack of understanding a costumers need. We spent a lot of money at this venue, and for what we got AND DIDN'T GET, I feel like it was a waste of money and we got a horrible customer service.
The food was great, and the servers were friendly, but the management were a shame. Never again will we make any business with this place, nor refer it to our friends and family.

right away. She was unbelievable. The venue was great, the service was unbeatable and the food was delicious. I still have people telling me everyday how great the venue was. I thought I wanted a beach wedding, but I do not regret our decision to go with Hidden Creek. If you pick Hidden Creek too, you will not either!

ch turned out amazing, shot photos on the 18th hole and by the pond. We were married on their Pavillon which seats about 100 people but can hold 200. We also had our reception in their dining room. We rented out the entire place and used their dressing rooms for our bridal parties to get ready in. The only downside with using them for the reception is you have to use their catering service for food. The only outside food allowed in is the cake. But the food was amazing! I wish I had eaten more!
