We come to you! Club Car Mobile Bars is an awesome bar on wheels, a full-service traveling cocktail bar, and a bartending service. It can bring life to all kinds of events—from an outdoor wedding to a bridal shower, from reunions to a casual happy hour. There's no need to figure out what you need; we bring it! When your affair is over, you have no bar clean-up—we just drive the trailer into the sunset!
THE IDEA
Both of our trailers, The Club Car & The Side Car are designed to make your event special and the talk of all your guests. We will create an experience that no one will forget.
Club Car Mobile Bars, a service through The Wilmington Inn, offers multiple levels of bar service for your next event. From custom setups to personalized drinks and accents, this mobile bar is a sure way to make your event stand out.
ABOUT THE CLUB CAR
The Club car is a vintage horse trailer converted into a mobile bar. We can serve alcohol from this trailer under the liquor license from The Wilmington Inn and with a local permit. All of our packages are designed to make your event special and flawless.
ABOUT THE SIDE CAR
The Side Car is a teardrop trailer with a bar that slides out of the trailer. The Side Car is designed for smaller events with up to 120 guests. The trailer was designed to be lightweight & can be placed under a tent or inside a structure with at least a 6-foot wide entrance. The Side Car is fully insured & licensed under our parent company.

Meet the team
Charlie & Megan Foster
Owner
We have worked in the hospitality field for 20+ years, starting in hotels in Boston & Nantucket. We now own & operate The Wilmington Inn in Southern Vermont.
Megan worked for Hyatt in Boston as an event planner; she is now the owner of Perfectly Planned, an event planning company in Southern Vermont. For Club Car Mobile Bars, Megan handles the pre-planning process with all of our contracted clients.
Charlie worked for Hyatt Hotels as well as Fairmont Hotels. His experience is in operations; during his time in hotels, he managed front-of-house operations. For Club Car Mobile Bars, Charlie manages the initial sales & communication before handing the clients over to Megan. Charlie also manages the day-of-event planning for all clients.
