Best service ever! As a father of the bride I cannot praise CCMB enough! From day one, Charlie was on top of all of our needs. I was concerned about lines for drinks after the ceremony and as our guests have frequently commented: there were no lines! The cocktails and mocktails were incredible and made by skilled bartenders. The horse-trailer bar was a massive hit with our guests and I recommend considering it if it is available for your event. We had the pleasure of visiting Charlie and Megan at their Wilmington Inn for a tasting a few months ahead of the wedding and I strongly recommend you consider that as well. The Inn is incredible, and we were able to spend time with Charlie and our head bartender Mike, discussing what we liked, etc. They made us incredible samples of several drinks, and we tasted several wines that we would ultimately use for the wedding. It was a great visit, really fun, and made our wedding even more special. Charlie came to our wedding and was frequently checking in to make sure everything was going well. He is amazing.
If you are looking for the best bar service for your event, hire CCMB. You and your guests will be in for a treat. If you cannot get them on the weekend you want (because they are already booked), reconsider the weekend because they will help make you event special.
It is hard to know where to start with Club Car because we literally loved every moment of working with them. Charlie and his team are communicative, friendly, helpful, unbelievably kind, and above all - skilled at what they do! We visited Charlie and his team at the Wilmington Inn for a tasting of the cocktails and we had intense trouble narrowing down our choices because they were all so delicious. All of the guests at our wedding were marveling at how amazing the cocktails were, how quickly they were able to get a drink, and how friendly the bar staff was. Again, it’s hard to put into words just how much we loved working with them! We hope to remain in contact with them throughout our marriage and will most definitely use them or recommend them again and again!

Meet Charlie & Megan
We’re Charlie and Megan Foster, and we’ve spent more than 20 years in hospitality, starting in hotels in Boston and Nantucket. Megan planned events for Hyatt, and Charlie ran front-of-house operations for Hyatt and Fairmont. Today we own and operate The Wilmington Inn in Southern Vermont, and Megan also runs Perfectly Planned, a local event planning company. Charlie handles your first conversations and is on site managing the day of your event, while Megan guides you through every planning detail in between. Many of our couples visit us at the Inn for a cocktail and wine tasting before the big day.
Our Fleet
The Club Car: our original vintage horse trailer bar and the namesake of the business, with multiple service windows for up to 200 guests.
The Parlor Car: the newest addition, a vintage trailer with a softer, more romantic look for up to 250 guests.
The Side Car: a charming teardrop camper with a slide-out bar for up to 150 guests, great for backyards and tighter venues.
Portable Bars: the same full-service experience for ballrooms, tents and venues without trailer access.
Every package includes two professional bartenders, a custom cocktail menu featuring house-made syrups from herbs we grow on property, mixers and garnishes, a water station, and event permits and insurance. Add a Champagne Wall, table wine service or a non-alcoholic bucket to make your day even more memorable.
