ABOUT US We come to you! Club Car Mobile Bars is an awesome bar on wheels, a full-service traveling cocktail bar, and a bartending service. It can bring life to all kinds of events—from an outdoor wedding to a bridal shower, from reunions to a casual happy hour. There's no need to figure out what you need; we bring it! When your affair is over, you have no bar clean-up—we just drive the trailer into the sunset! THE IDEA Both of our trailers, The Club Car & The Side Car are designed to make your event special and the talk of all your guests. We will create an experience that no one will forget. Club Car Mobile Bars, a service through The Wilmington Inn, offers multiple levels of bar service for your next event. From custom setups to personalized drinks and accents, this mobile bar is a sure way to make your event stand out. ABOUT THE CLUB CAR The Club car is a vintage horse trailer converted into a mobile bar. We can serve alcohol from this trailer under the liquor license from The Wilmington Inn and with a local permit. All of our packages are designed to make your event special and flawless. ABOUT THE SIDE CAR The Side Car is a teardrop trailer with a bar that slides out of the trailer. The Side Car is designed for smaller events with up to 120 guests. The trailer was designed to be lightweight & can be placed under a tent or inside a structure with at least a 6-foot wide entrance. The Side Car is fully insured & licensed under our parent company. MISCELLANEOUS INFO: Travel area- Max 120 miles from Wilmington, VT (travel over 120 miles requires lodging) We currently operate in Vermont & New York Alcohol must be provided by Club Car Trailers.

Charlie, Megan, and the rest of the club car team were incredible to work with for our wedding!! The mobile bar was a highlight for our guests - we got so many compliments on how good the drinks and service were! I highly recommend this for your next outdoor event :)

The Club Car was a huge hit at our rehearsal dinner! It was adorable and functional, and offered our guests a wonderful variety of options to choose from. Our bartender Michael did an incredible job, and was such a great sport about being outside on a chilly night. Megan and Charlie were immensely helpful as we planned the event, and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely hire the Club Car again for a future event!

From the very beginning of the planning process Charlie and Megan were extremely helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Our Bartenders Michael and Hannah were a hit at our wedding. The drinks never stopped flowing, there was never a line, and 1 week later the Club Car is still what everyone is talking about. They were perfect from beginning to end.

The bar service at our wedding was absolutely outstanding! From the planning stages, the team was super easy to work with: collaborative and responsive. They were flexible with the drink menu, which featured a nice mix of Vermont craft beer. On the day of the event, the execution was flawless. Despite a mid-reception rain shower that moved service indoors, service never missed a beat, The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and kept the drinks flowing all night. Highly recommended for any event!

I can't recommend Club Car more highly! The drinks were 10/10, our wedding guests loved the bartenders, and Charlie was a pleasure to work with in the month leading up to our event. If you are getting married in Vermont, you should absolutely consider hiring Club Car!

Used Club Car for my wedding and they were amazing! Charlie and crew were great to work with start to finish. They made our night incredible and served up great drinks all night. Highly recommend for events of any kind! Thank you Club Car for everything on our special day 🩶🫶🏼

Wow! I highly recommend The Club Car for your next event. Charlie and his team were superb at our reunion event! The bar service was top notch with very charming bartenders who created amazing drinks. When we had a last minute change of venue Charlie's team was flexible with the new game plan. The event bar trailer concept is terrific and made everyone in attendance feel like the party was extra special.

I cannot recommend The Club Car enough! About 3 weeks before our wedding, my now-wife and I found out that our caterer could not provide alcohol for us. We found The Club Car on The Knot and got in contact with Charlie and Megan and they were so accommodating and easy to work with! They helped us put together a beverage package and signature drink that suited our needs perfectly and our guests raved about their set-up. We also had full confidence as a queer couple that Charlie and Megan were excited to be part of our day. The Club Car is a vendor you can rely on to help make your event special!

Charlie was great to work with and he helped us get all set up with the club car. We loved the vibe that the lights set once it got dark outside. Great choice for event and we will definitely use it again in the future!
