Hailing from Music City, The Cocktail Jazz Band is a premier group of musicians dedicated to elevating your wedding day through exceptional live music. Each member of the band is a professional musician with years of experience and a deep love for the jazz tradition. Live jazz is an amazing way to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests, and we are excited to be a part of your special day.
Our packages are extremely flexible to give you control over aspects such as ensemble size, music selection, and instrumentation. We provide sound equipment, instruments, and music needed for the day. Whether it's elevating your ceremony with a piano player, entertaining guests at cocktail hour with a jazz trio, or kicking off the reception with a full 5-piece band, we have you covered!
These packages are popular with our couples:
- 5-piece band with a vocalist, sax player, and rhythm section for reception
- Jazz trio with piano, upright bass, and drums for cocktail hour
- Jazz duo with saxophone and bass for cocktail hour
- Solo piano player for the ceremony

And most importantly the music was fantastic and really brought an elevated vibe to our wedding! t all their own sound equipment and ran it perfectly, which saved us around $200. Josh showed up extra early to set up and move the equipment all on his own. The rest of the band also showed up early and moved all of their own equipment. Everyone was really nice and easygoing, very good hangs. I want to emphasize, they are REAL DEAL PROFESSIONALS. We agreed on a 4-piece arrangement (Bass, Piano, Drums, and Vocals), and they were BY FAR the highlight of the event. If you want to a jazz band/combo for your event, I cannot recommend this group enough!
