If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired Collabo Entertainment to be the DJ for my wedding reception in April and they were literally the only vendor I had issues with. They messe...
d up so much that I almost cried. I could write a full essay on how much they screwed up, but I'll just give the main points.
I hired them as a DJ and an MC, but unfortunately, I found out 3 days before the wedding that the MC moved away and wouldn't be attending the wedding. So great of them to let me know...
I was told that my DJ (DJ Luigi) had everything under control but that was clearly a lie.
I sent him all the music requests through Spotify (as he said I could) but the DJ had issues playing anything I gave him. He played all the wrong versions of the first dance as well as a special song I sang to my husband.
He also took 4 hours to set up and was still having technical issues all night. I'm understanding a little bit, but it was honestly ridiculous. He started the reception an hour late and we ended up cutting a few events out of the evening because of it.
He also had so much awkward silence because he wouldn't play anything in between events. It was just dead air.
A lot more happened, but the last straw for me was the final dance since he couldn't get the song to play...my husband made up for it and made it special for us, but he blasted the song as we were about to head out. This was 5 minutes of us dancing to music on our phone before he blasted this song. It honestly ruined the moment.
I have so much more to say, but I don't want this to be too long.
DO NOT HIRE!!!! THEY WERE AWFUL and I have a hundred witnesses that will attest to this.
