The family-owned Colonial at Sunset has a capacity of up to 215 invitees, and it can play host to intimate, romantic get-togethers and grand celebrations. The red-bricked house and its exquisite estate were built over six decades ago and retain a timeless, enchanting charm under the glorious Sunshine State sky. The largest event space is called The Gathering, and it provides a chic setting for the evening’s festivities. The more intimate Poppy House welcomes up to 40 guests and is more suited for cozier celebrations.

hat I felt a personal connection with the team and they weren’t treating us just as another couple or number as other venues had treated us. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and stunning wedding venue. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and our vision was put to life by the team. The team at Colonial at sunset, specifically Christina for us, were communicative and supportive throughout the entire process. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was handled with care, their flexibility was beyond appreciated, and the whole experience felt completely stress-free. Christina was beyond amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. Their team works so great together and has great communication and partnership with their vendors. Our day ran smoothly from start to finish, and we were able to truly enjoy every moment. Christina made sure all the important details to us were complete throughout the day. There are plenty of places on the property for pictures. I opted to stay over at the house the night before the wedding and the house is incredible as you can tell they thought of every detail. I have absolutely no complaints about the venue and the great team at Colonial at Sunset. We can’t wait to go back to celebrate our other big events in the future!
