Chad and The Columbus Photobooth Company do great business. Chad is professional, extremely responsive, and very willing to answer any and all questions throughout the planning process. The attendant that staffed the booth during our wedding was friendly and helpful. As a whole the company offers a wide variety of backdrops, props, add ons, etc. so we could build a very personalized package of services. The set up and tear down is discrete and very efficient. The option to add a scrapbook is a nice touch so we could see all of the pictures our guests took throughout the evening. Overall we highly recommend this Columbus Photobooth!

Do not hesitate to hire this company for any and all of your event needs! We were searching for event production for the New Albany Women’s Network Annual charity fashion show this summer, and at first I thought The Columbus Photobooth Company only had photobooths, but then I discovered they have a HUGE LED screen, which was perfect for showing our beneficiary’s presentation, so I called to inquire about that. The next thing I know is Chad brought an answer to my prayers and they had EVERYTHING we needed to host our event- literally a one stop shop!!! From tables to the stage, to lighting, to the pipe and drape, video booth, PhotoBooth and more!! What a blessing and relief to have these professionals! We also loved having their partners, DJ Flair and Doug Melvin Photography, there to level up our event even more with music, amazing sound, tech expertise and photography and videography!
They even boosted the internet AND added an elegant entry door making our transformation of an empty warehouse into an incredible fashion show venue!
The Columbus Photobooth Company, DJ Flair and Doug Melvin and its partners and their staff are amazing!! New Albany Womens Network cannot thank the guys from The Columbus Photo Booth Company and Midwest Event Partners enough for their amazing support of our Annual Fashion Show! They were so generous with their time and put on an amazing show! They have an amazing variety of rentals and capabilities. Everything from the DJ, photographer, videographer, stage, photobooths, big screens, lighting, cold spark pyrotechnics, dry ice fog, gobo projections, over 300ft of pipe and drape, satellite wifi, even assisted with a last minute electric issue. Everyone was responsive, great to work with, and went above and beyond. It was an amazing evening they helped it go off without a hitch and we ❤️ them!

We decided to look for another photography vendor because we were about to get scammed by our initial choice. The Columbus Photo Booth Company was one of the best wedding decisions that we made when planning. Chad, Doug, Matt and team were great to work with from beginning to end, they answered every question and professionally anticipated ones that we didn't even know to ask as a newly engaged couple. Their prices were competitive, and they helped us stretch our media/memory budget all the while providing quality service and peace of mind. Because of their service offerings, we used them for all our pre-wedding photos. The kids loved the balloon twister at their reception. Virtual guests had a good experience viewing the live stream. While some of the follow up questions did make me nervous at times during planning, everything turned out great in the end. They worked hard on sight to make us happy, and I look forward to getting our final media package back to relive the day again. The Columbus Photo Booth Company was easy to work with leading up to our wedding on 11/20/21 but we did have some issues with the attendant. We were assured that our timeline shouldn’t require early set up as the photo booth was in a different room from the ceremony and that setup would likely be complete by the start of the ceremony. While standing in the hallway waiting to walk down the aisle, the attendant was trying to fit his box of props through the door and making noise. I assume our venue coordinator found him a way to get to the photo booth through a different room because we could hear the faint jingling of bells during our ceremony. During the cocktail hour he dropped his camera and computer which significantly delayed the startup of the booth. During this time he was seemingly trying to fix this issue and was on the phone in the background of where we were taking photos, not aware of people asking him to step away. I can’t blame him for the other technical issues (printer problem) that held things up but we definitely ended up with less photos because of it. He also didn’t let guests know to sign the photo book which we were planning to serve as a guest book. We were happy with the prop set up and printout quality but underwhelmed with the day of service.

t, Thom, had a rough time during the set up process as he accidentally knocked off the camera and completely broke the lens and camera body. When he phoned me, I immediately raced over with a back up camera and got all squared away. Until I arrived, there was really nothing that could be done and this caused the delay during your cocktail hour. I am very sorry that he was in the background of some photos you were taking as well. As for the scrapbook, Thom is well trained on this and has been with me for about seven years so I find that odd but given that the evening was off to a rough start, perhaps he was thrown off. Regardless, this should not have occurred. Bottom line is I'm happy we got the camera issue corrected and that the booth was able to capture your guests having some fun after cocktail hour and throughout the remainder of your reception. But I also apologize for all the other issues that occurred. I sincerely agree with your 3-star rating and am very sorry we let you down.

We hired them for our wedding and everyone loved them! From the young to the old everyone got in there and played along. Whether you were getting your pictures taken or watching on the screen outside it was a great time!

We were supposed to get married in March of 2020 and ended up postponing our wedding 5 days before the wedding because of COVID-19. Chad was flexible with us in rescheduling our wedding and allowing us to postpone 1 year out. The photobooth was amazing, great quality pictures, great props, and I'm so excited to get our scrapbook of all the guest's pictures! We rented the Open Air Booth and a few uplights from The Columbus Photo Booth Company. Chad was wonderful to work with and was very understanding when we had to move our wedding date twice because of COVID. Our guests loved the photo booth and we absolutely love the photos we received! I met Chad this summer at a graduation and THANK goodness I did! We had to move our wedding from Youngstown Ohio to Columbus Ohio where we live with COVID and we reduced our number down dramatically from 300 to 70 people. Chad was my first call to get a photobooth and he then proceeds to tell me that they offer so many other options should I need them. When you are planning a wedding in 5 weeks you have very little time to get everything together and knowing that Chad and the Columbus Photobooth had DJs, and tables and chairs and tents and heaters and anything else I could need made my life SOO easy!.. not only did we hire Columbus Photobooth for the Photobooth but we also used them for a TENT outside with a heater, we used them for tables and chairs for our garage and we hired our DJ through chad!! they did an excellent job!!! HIRE THEM!!!! I give them 10 stars our of 5!! I had a magical wedding and hiring a company like Columbus Photobooth was the best thing I did! Splurging on a photobooth was one of the things my husband and I envisioned when planning our wedding. Little did we know how affordable they really are! The Columbus Photo Booth Company was so responsive, even when the shutdown occurred. The photobooth was possibly the highlight of our reception! All of our guests raved about how much fun it was, all ages were found taking pictures! The best part was having an album made of all the copies of the guests with notes inside, which served as a great memory to look back on.

Chad is a pro and everyone at our wedding loved the fun props the company provides. You also get a copy of every photo at the end of the night in a cool scrapbook — that alone is worth booking with this company!

Amazing experience working with The Columbus Photo Booth Company! Booking was very simple and they answered all of my questions quickly. Prior to the wedding they send out a very detailed questionaire so they could really get a good understanding of our wedding. While designing our photo strip they were very receptive to my ideas and reedited until we found the perfect banner! The photo attendant at the wedding was so fun and made sure our guests had a great time! The prop table was a huge hit and we loved being able to look back at all the pictures in the scrapbook we bought!

We had a great experience! Chad did a great job communicating with us prior to the wedding and he made sure he understood everything we wanted. Everything was set-up in a timely manner and just the way we planned. Chad did a great job interacting with our guests the entire night. The pictures were high quality and made for a great keepsake for our guests and for our photo book. The props were a big hit and helped keep the good times rolling all evening! Highly recommend!!!

We were very excited about having a photo booth for our wedding. Unfortunately there were a few hickups the day of our wedding. Our guest never saw the photo book and never had the chance to sign beside their picture. The attendent we had for our event (Tom) was not very frendly. We did talk to the owner Chad and he was very apologetic and did what he could to make things better, I would say that if you usws them to as for a diffrent booth attendent.

The photobooth was a big hit at our wedding! We used the photo book as our wedding guest book- it was so fun to look through it and see our guests comments and silly pictures after the honeymoon! We had a bit of a mixup with paperwork (they told us that we hadn't turned it in, so we re-filled it out again and ended up making a few changes to times and colors, etc.) no big deal- except that on the day of wedding turns out they actually did have the original paperwork because it made them late. However with that being said.. The photobooth staff handled it amazingly! They set up everything quickly and without making a scene (since the reception had started) and stayed later for us. They were very apologetic and professional about the whole thing- fully took the blame for the mixup, and for that alone, I would highly recommend them!!

The Columbus Photo Booth did a great job with the photo booth at our wedding. Chad was great to work with during the planning process. He was friendly, very responsive, and extremely helpful. He prepared everything that was needed for the photo booth and made sure it arrived on the date of the wedding. We were able to get a customized photo strip, scrapbook with all the photos from the booth, and our guests could take as many photos as they wanted during the wedding. On the wedding day, Nicole, the attendant, did a great job running the photo booth. She was very personable and great with our guests. We, and our guests, had so much fun with the photo booth at the wedding, and my husband and I loved going through the scrapbook with all the pictures from the photo booth the day after the wedding. Thank you for doing a great job at our wedding, Columbus Photo Booth!

We decided to go with The Columbus Photo Booth Company after seeing them at a Bridal Show. It was a last minute decision but I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They were super reliable, had great communication throughout the whole process of planning, and provided excellent service! They were also very affordable! The photobooth at my wedding was an absolute hit and was full the entire night!! After the wedding, the disc I had recieved that was supposed to have all our pictures on it was blank- I notified them and within a couple days had a sincere response and within less than a week, I received a brand new disc with our pictures (which were so fun to look at and provided great memories for us to have)! Their customer service and loyalty to make it a great experience is absolutely outstanding! I cannot thank them enough for everything and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
