From the moment we walked in the columns everything was perfect and we cannot recommend them enough! The columns did an excellent job with our bridal shower this July and wedding this September, they made every part of the planning process easy and enjoyable! Our guest all commented on the excellent drinks, experience, service and food! Every staff member we spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful! They made our day perfect and smooth! Jessica was amazing with answering questions and helping us through the process! Again cannot recommend them enough and can’t wait to have any other events in our future there with them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Columns. When I started looking for a venue, I never thought k would find a place that had everything I would want plus EXCEPTIONAL service! Jessica helped me from beginning to end with planning and let me make my dream wedding come true. The staff at the wedding were so organized and catered to everyone. The food was amazing! From Cocktail hour to dinner, people raved about the food and general experience! The outside view with the fountain and fire places just made for such an elegant night! This was the best experience I had with any vendor!

I would highly recommend this venue. We booked for our September 2024 wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. They were able to take my vision and bring it to life for me. The banquet manager was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. We even received a beautifully crafted gift basket from them at the end of the night! They helped make the entire day magical and payed attention to even the small details.

It was the most exceptional experience I’ve had dealing with a venue. The whole staff from beginning to end had my husband and I best interest at heart! They were understanding, patient, informative, very personable and pleasant to deal with. They were also very accommodating to the point, that; as a bride I was so overwhelmed I actually cried, due to them being so accommodating and understanding. The Columns Wedding Experience This was our third and last child to get married so we are very experienced with the process. The Columns is by far the very best venue we have ever dealt with. They are accommodating, flexible and extremely helpful. Their food selections are numerous and delicious. The Columns offers both indoor and outdoor wedding photo areas that are elegant and beautiful. We had rain on our wedding day so many of our pictures were taken indoors and look beautiful, but when the rain stopped, we took additional pictures outdoors to take advantage of their pristine landscape. Our guests commented that it was the best meal and wedding venue they have ever been at. And we agreed! We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of all the staff members. From the first visit to the venue to walking out the doors at the end of our wedding reception our experience with The Columns was outstanding! Jessica, the coordinator, was delightful to work with. She was responsive to emails and phone calls and very accommodating to the requests we made. Her and her team made the day of the reception a total breeze. I did not worry about anything at all when it can to the reception! The entire night our guests raved about how good the food and service was. The food was a shinning star! Many had not been to the venue before and were completely blown away by how beautiful the ballroom and patio area were. We are so happy we chose to have our reception at The Columns and would 10000% recommend anyone considering this venue to choose it!

Having our wedding at the Columns was the best decision that we made when planing our wedding. We had over 200 people at our wedding and every single plated dinner came out hot and cooked to perfection. Every question I had all the way up until the day of, Jessica answered swiftly and kindly. The patio is absolutely stunning to host a ceremony and cocktail hour on. The Columns provides so many upgrades that every other venue wanted to nickel and dime us on. The entire day went perfectly, I would recommend that anyone looking to have a wedding that provides excellent food, service, quality and price checks out the Columns before booking with another vendor.

The staff is so professional and Jessica is a pleasure to work with and truly cares about making your wedding day as special as possible. Our guests raved about the venue and the food for weeks. The attention to detail is splendid at the Columns. From our custom neon sign for their greenery wall to the light up LOVE letters that you can rent. It is truly a magical wedding venue and we absolutely loved our special day! If we could vote this venue over 5 stars we sure would!

This venue was absolutely beautiful for our outdoor ceremony, and celebration. They offered best in class food, and cocktails. The staff was extremely helpful both in the planning phase and during the wedding day. The banquet manager served as the facilitator the day of the wedding, and assisted with placing decorative items at each table. Their professionalism and care for the wedding party and our guests was exceptional. Many of our guests described their interactions with the staff as being truly committed and dedicated to their job, and having a sincere desire to serve them well.

The columns banquets was the perfect venue choice for our reception. The staff was absolutely amazing helping us to set up decorations and making the room look magical. The food was delicious and we had guests saying it was the best wedding meal they’re ever had. Jess, the banquet manager took the time to meet with us multiple times before the big day to ensure we got everything we needed and she was there for our special day and made sure everything ran smoothly! I am so beyond happy that my husband and I chose to get married at The Columns. We got married on Sunday, October 1st, and had the best experience! Jessica helped us with planning everything, from the seating chart and signature cocktail, to setting up decor and making sure my dress looked perfect before I walked down the aisle! This place is the biggest bang for your buck! The outdoor ceremony space is meticulously kept, the inside was beautifully decorated, and the staff was amazing all through the night! The food was amazing, and very accommodating to all types of food allergies/dietary restrictions. They even had chicken fingers and french fries set up in a highchair for our 2-year-old flower girl! I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the people that run it. Our day was utterly perfect thanks to them!

Jessica was an absolute joy to work with planning all the details leading up to the big day and Jade was our day of coordinator and absolutely crushed it. The Columns banquets is by far the best experience I have ever had in regards to accommodations, professionalism, and responsiveness. This banquet is family owned which I love. Everyone in the family made sure to make our night magical! They went above and beyond with everything and I felt 0 stress with all the logistics. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an event space. As for the price, it was very reasonable; especially for the amenities they provided! Finally, the space had a luxurious feel to it with big chandeliers beautiful cream color scheme. The outside was also extremely beautiful and well taken care of. They had fountains, fire pits, all kinds of flowers and trees and of course they had columns to take pictures! LoVe ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️

I cannot say enough things about the columns, 5 star service. My husband and I got married 9.15.23 the entire process from beginning to end was so simple it made choosing the columns and easy yes. They really take pride in making there couples happy, our guests are still talking about our wedding; some of the comments we continue to hear are how amazing the food was how incredible the service was and how beautiful the venue was! Our wedding was an absolute dream. I already can’t wait to have more events there!

I can’t rave enough about The Columns. We are beyond happy we decided to book them for our wedding venue. So communicative, attentive, accommodating & the packages to choose from are reasonably priced! Everything you can imagine for a wedding is included or you are able to add on! I had no worries leading up to the day or day of as Jessica was SO easy to work with & made sure everything was perfect. The staff set up and took down decor I provided. The staff was ON POINT when it came to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of between drinks, food or anything we needed all night. Jade the coordinator was amazing, she brought platters of drinks and appetizers to the wedding party as we took pictures for cocktail hour. The grounds are so beautiful, you don’t even need to add your own flowers or decor. truly a 12 out of 5 star experience. Thank you Jessica, Jade & all staff!!!

I can't say enough how much we LOVE this place. The food is OUTSTANDING!! You will not find better food in WNY at a wedding venue I guarantee. We had so many compliments!! Jessica was awesome to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. She made sure I was happy and was there day of to assist. Jade is adorable and such an amazing captain. She made me feel so important and prioritized all of my needs above anything which calmed me. John is the best!! We all loved him! The grounds are gorgeous and the owner himself was on hand and even brought my husband a beer. If you don't look here it is seriously your loss. I want a second wedding just to do it again!!!

So glad we went with the columns. They made planning my wedding so easy. Basically didn’t have to worry about anything except for showing up. They were on top of everything leading up to it and the day of. Everyone raved about the food and they were obsessed with the to-go boxes. Jessica helped keep guests at bay when we were trying to eat dinner. It was everything I could have asked for and more. I would recommend to everyone. I want to go back just to enjoy another meal

I had my bridal shower at The Columns yesterday and it was perfect. The staff was so accommodating with needing to postpone twice during COVID. They were always so responsive and empathetic to a difficult situation. When we arrived the room was already set up exactly as I had requested and the staff was so attentive to me and my guests throughout the event. The food was also delicious. They even boxed up some food for my fiancé to take home when he arrived at the end to help take our gifts home. I can't say enough good things about The Columns and would highly recommend them for an event as small as a 15 person party or as big as a wedding.

The Columns Banquet Hall can be summed up in one word: breathtaking. I have never seen such a well-trained staff, such elegant decor, and food that made high-end restaurants quiver. Hands down the best decision we could have made for a wedding venue. From the food, to the service, to the incredible beauty of the venue alone. Just all around amazing. The day flowed to effortlessly thanks to Heidi and Mo. I wish we could relive the day a million times over. The ceremony spot was beautiful, cocktail hour absolutely gorgeous. Something we so appreciated was the snacks and drinks while taking photos. A huge plus that helps you relax after your ceremony!! We received so many complements on how amazing food and service was. Aside from all of that, you want your day to be easy and care free and they made that possible. We are SO grateful and would recommend this place 1000000x over if we could.

We had a nightmare of a time choosing a wedding reception venue, but once we found The Columns, everything was perfect. Heidi, Candace, and the whole team were so helpful/responsive from start to finish, and we had guests coming up to us during our reception/still have people coming up to us now saying that they felt like they were the ones getting married because the staff was so attentive. The food was amazing, the lobby served as a perfect last-minute backdrop for bridal party pics (the weather on our wedding day was gross!), the ballroom space is absolutely gorgeous, and everything comes at a fantastic value. We can't recommend The Columns enough!

You will not be disappointed in the Columns! Heidi and the team are simply amazing. The grounds are beautiful and both ballrooms are breathtaking. Truly a classy and elegant venue. Heidi goes above and beyond to make your day special and memorable. The food is excellent. I’ve been to weddings before where the food isn’t that great but the Columns stands far above. Every dish from appetizers to dessert is delicious. All my guests were completely wowed by the food. I can’t recommend the Columns Banquets enough. They make everything easy for you and your beloved to have a beautiful day!

I truly cannot put into words the wonderful experience my husband and I had with The Columns. I viewed the Columns for the first time in 2016. It was my first stop and turned out to be my last stop for my July 2018 wedding. Leading up to our day, I was guided by Heidi and Candace to ensure our vision came to life for our big day. Without any doubt, The Columns made our wedding day absolutely beautiful. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else. The grounds itself are absolutely beautiful for our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The inside décor and setup left our guests speechless. Not only was the look of the venue everything we wanted, the staff was absolutely exceptionally on the day of our wedding. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smooth. Heidi was amazing, professional, and flexible regarding any last minute changes or minor issues we encountered. It was certainly a magical day and we're happy The Columns played such a huge role in making it unforgettable.

This place was amazing! I just had my wedding July 2016 & everything was amazing. Before the event everyone was amazing with getting back to me with any questions I had. I feel bad I did some last minute changes but everything came out perfectly! I had my wedding outside in the back which was gorgeous (and they have an indoor back up plan if it rains which is perfect!) & always willing to work with my on any request I had. The staff was fabulous, so attentive & great attitudes. Could not ask for a better staff & the venue is gorgeous & the food is amazing! Then to top it off the price! Can't beat it!

I celebrated my bridal shower on 4/18 in the new edition of the Columns Banquets! First- the room looked gorgeous! The details and class of the establishment are obvious in the decor! The food...breakfast buffet and omelet station....was phenomenal! My guests raved about the taste, the quantity and the speed of the omelet station! The champagne punch was a favorite by all...everyone asked for the recipe! And the staff....I can't say enough about the staff! They were quick and efficient! Ron, the banquet coordinator, met my every need and in a timely manner! I couldn't have asked for a better right hand man! They even did things that they don't usually do, such as let me bring things in the day before, to ease the load on the actual day of the shower! I highly recommend the Columns for any banquet needs and I can't thank them enough for making my bridal shower a great success!
