My husband and I used CTG for our Italian honeymoon in October. Megan planned an incredible week long trip for us. The itinerary was the perfect balance of leisure and activity, and every detail was taken care of. Megan was very responsive both during planning as well as while we were on the trip. We will definitely be using CTG for our next trip!

We are so grateful for Carli and her team! I’m the midst of a very busy time planning the wedding and busy lives in general, having her teams support and expertise was wonderful. We provided guidelines of what we wanted for our honeymoon and she came back with a custom itinerary and supported the booking for everything, from resorts to activities to transportation! We had a perfect honeymoon in Greece (Mykonos, Santorini, and Athens) thanks to Carli and Gabriella. It was such a relief to experience a trip arranged by somebody else after planning an entire wedding. From hotels to excursions, rides, flights, ferry tickets, and dinner reservations, they did it all. All we had to do was choose our favorite options from Carli's thoughtful trip proposal and suggestions. Gabriella was responsive and reliable when it came to providing us with dinner reservation confirmations and ferry/plane tickets. We also loved the notes and treats "from Carli" in each new location. Thank you again for making every minute of our trip easy, fun, and beautiful. We can't wait to use The Honeymoon Concierge again for future trips!

Carli and her team did a fabulous job planning our honeymoon! We traveled to 5 different cities over the course of 3 weeks and every part of trip was so smooth and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The hotels Carli booked were incredible and fit our requests exactly. We loved every moment of our honeymoon, especially that all the planning had been done for us so all we had to do was show up, relax, and enjoy! Would love to use her to help us plan more trips in the future!!!

Planned our last minute Mexican honeymoon adventure with Carli and team. We loved how she found unique hotels and experiences. I tend to over think the hotel part and we can never decide. She gave us options and made it super easy covering lodging, travel, restaurants / bars, spas, activities, and everything in between. We even had a local guide that was at the ready! Some highlights she made happen: Tulum: - Hotel was truly amazing and the staff was very attentive. Felt totally disconnected. - The gift the hotel gave us in the spa was something we will never forget - Sunrise party at the hotel was beautiful - Best restaurants = Chamboa and Mila at our hotel - Best beach club = Gitano Beach (you recommendation) - Best experience = the museum at Azulik Riviera Maya - Total luxury and bliss of a hotel. The upgrade to the suite was a great call, thank you! - Loved how we could ride bikes everywhere and how we had 3 resorts to explore - very safe - Eco tour and kayaking in the lagoon / cenote were big highlights - Water was crystal clear at beach, a rare site in Mexico! - Spa was amazing - got a message and facials - Food was perfect, the restaurants all had top notch food which is surprising for all inclusive - sotavento is a must try (went twice it was so good)

Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. Considering this is not a free travel agent and you pay $500 for “vip treatment” which is sold to come with perks/room upgrades. The service was unsatisfactory. Luckily we realized this due to her unresponsiveness throughout process and started planning the trip on our own. We signed on with her in January she booked the hotel and car but nothing more until a month before our trip in June. I guess we had higher expectations and considering the fee and “customized itinerary we expected a detailed itinerary w/ more suggestions. Carly does a great job booking the hotels and making dinner and car reservations but nothing more. It leaves you wondering what you ultimately paid for. We highly recommend Hawaii as a honeymoon destination and completely enjoyed it. But that was due to our own planning and suggestions from friends.

Carli was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a 3+ week trip to Australia and New Zealand and after having done some preliminary research, we decided to connect with Carli, the Honeymoon Concierge, and are so happy we did. She incorporated all of our interests as well as created an itinerary for us that allowed us to really experience and appreciate each city we traveled to. We were able to collaborate on our itinerary once a first draft was provided, which allowed us to make updates but also get excellent advice along the way. In addition to her services ahead of time, Carli makes sure you have resources at your disposal should you need to make any updates while on your trip. We truly appreciate the work she did and refer her services every time our friends ask us how we planned our amazing honeymoon trip!

The Honeymoon Concierge was amazing. As someone who had never been out of the country, Carli helped us plan our dream honeyoon and take away some of my fears about planning such a big trip, and all the logistics that go with it. She knew exactly where we should stay, where we should go, and was able to work within our budget by giving us plenty of options. She was also wonderful the week of the honeymoon, especially when we had a scare about our flights (booked on our own) might be canceled, and assuaged our fears that we would make it to Italy (luckily, all worked out). The mobile itinerary was very helpful, as well as having contacts in Italy for all of our planned events. I would recommend Carli in a heartbeat, and look forward to using the Honeymoon Concierge for future trips!

Carli helped us plan a dream honeymoon to Greece and Italy. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to see what we liked/didn't like. We just returned and our trip was truly magical! We stayed away from the touristy crowds in Santorini, which we loved, and had sunset views from our room each night. She suggested activities such as a catamaran tour to do, and we had so much fun! In Italy, our favorite stop was Florence and we are so happy she added that night in our itinerary. Thanks for a trip we will never forget!

Carli helped us plan our honeymoon to Hawaii and we had the best trip ever! What could I possibly say about Carli and her team that hasn’t been boasted on her reviews. She is absolutely amazing. Her talent for planning unforgettable, once in a lifetime trips is unprecedented. Carli will instantly become your friend as she learns about you and your desires for your vacation. She planned the trip around as our hopes and wishes using her experiences and knowledge. We used Carli to plan our honeymoon to Italy and she covered IT ALL. From Rome to The Amalfi Coast, we relaxed, explored, and ate our way through the greatest country on the face of the earth. Her impeccable planning skills made for smooth transitions and travels to different cities. We didn’t even have to think. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about The Honeymoon Concierge and about Carli Fernandez in particular! Carli worked with us over the course of 2017-2018 on our October 2018 honeymoon. We gave her a budget and an approximate number of days we had to work with, and she patiently worked with us on multiple different itineraries until we settled on Thailand. She answered any random questions I had along the way (and I had a lot!). The service, however did not stop at planning. The entire honeymoon experience from the moment we landed in Thailand was amazing. We had 5 star service and seamless transitions from city to city and activity to activity. I cannot recommend The Honeymoon Concierge enough!

Sami at The Honeymoon Concierge planned the most amazing honeymoon to South Africa for my husband and I! It was the trip of a lifetime and everything was planned perfectly. Our St Lucia & Charleston honeymoon was phenomenal because of Carli! We had a great experience with Carli planning our honeymoon in Nov. 2017! We visited multiple destinations in New Zealand and finished the trip in Hawaii. Everything was seamless which was key as we had many in-country flights in NZ and several ferries. The hotels, excursions and restaurants she recommended were fantastic. She was very accommodating as we had to make several changes to the itinerary prior to booking and quick to respond. This was our first time using a travel agent and we'll definitely be using Carli again for future trips! Highly recommend her!!

I can’t say enough about our incredible experience working with Sami. She helped plan our exquisite honeymoon to New Zealand and Bora Bora. We traveled to 4 cities in New Zealand and then stayed at the Four Seasons in Bora Bora. She was so easy to work with, very knowledgable and so honest.
