The cake itself was beautiful and decorated just as i had imagined. Delivered on top and set up where it needed to be. The taste of the cake was very good and will be going to buy cupcakes in the near future!

Delicious! I was there when the Confectionary Cupboard team arrived and set up our display, and the entire room was filled with the sweet smell of their creations! We ordered various flavors of cupcakes and a three tiered cake for our wedding. Everything they created was amazing, and the setup was flawless. They even worked with our unique request for real succulents on the cake. Beautiful and Delicious!!

I knew from the moment I got engaged that I wanted Confectionary Cupboard to do my groom's cake and wedding cake. To all of my NE Ohio neighbors, they are an amazing bakery. Not only are their cakes delicious (we truly had so much fun doing the tasting), but their cupcakes, mini cakes, and tarts are incredible. They absolutely got out vision for our cakes spot on and I will continue to use them for birthdays, parties, anniversaries lifelong.

After my sister used Confectionary Cupboard for her wedding, I knew our wedding cake was going to be amazing, but it turned out absolutely perfect. All my husband and I had to do was provide Pat with our cake stand. She decorated our cake with ribbon, real flowers, our cake topper, and edible lace. It was stunning and she made the process so easy for us! Everyone loved the cake! Thank you!

I’m so happy we went with The Confectionary Cupboard for our wedding cake! We’re receiving so many compliments on how delicious the cake was! The prices were extremely reasonable for how good the cake tasted and looked. Just beautiful! I will be getting every special cake I need from them in the future.

We had mini cupcakes in a variety of flavors, in addition to a two tiered cake. Everything was delicious!!! Patty is so easy to work with and set up everything beautifully. I loved her idea of adding fresh flowers as decor to our cake. We received so many compliments on how good everything was. Love this place!

I attended the bridal cupcake tasting event on 2/19/17. I was impressed, so I spoke with an employee and gave them my wedding details and contact information. She said she'd email me a quote, and we would take it from there. Great! For the next 2 weeks, I checked in twice (once by email and once by phone), politely asking for an update. Used to receiving quotes back quickly from other wedding vendors, and seeing that the bakery had been very active on their social media account, I thought maybe I was just accidentally forgotten. It wasn't until I contacted them over Facebook that I was acknowledged. I was promised I'd receive a quote in 3 days. Nothing happened, so I reached out again. They claimed having sent it out, but maybe they had my email address wrong. They asked for it, despite it had been provided multiple times in various ways. I shared it and was guaranteed a quote within a day. Yes, I was contacted the next day, but without a quote, stating they thought I was a different customer in our previous conversation, and that my file was now pulled and prioritized due to the mix-up. I finally received the quote a week later on 3/19/17. It incorrectly showed cupcakes for 190 guests (instead of our max capacity of 120) and a 2-tier cake (instead of 1-tier). I'm not sure how, since this information appeared to be taken down at the tasting. I requested a corrected quote and also had 2 simple questions regarding the mentioned cupcake tower rental and deposits. That was 11 days ago. At the 7-week mark, my patience has certainly been tested. I'm beginning to wonder how many more weeks it will take to hear back? Regardless, I've reached my limits with this potential vendor. Overall, it sounds like they were ill-prepared and don't want the business generated by a tasting event they voluntarily hosted.

The team at confectionary cupboard was amazing! From the initial tasting to the big day, the team seemed to really care about us! Not only did we love the display they made for us, it was a huge hit for our guests too! Beautiful and delicious!!!!! Would recommend to anyone! Can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

We did a cupcakes on a cupcake stand and a 2 tiered cake on top to cut. The tasting was so awesome (and of course fun) and we loved the unique flavors that were offered. Our small cake we cut was designed beautifully with scroll work and small flowers on it and was so tasty- I wish we had more then just the bits we smashed into each other! We had 6 or so flavors in cupcakes and they were a HUGE hit- everyone loved the options and the cupcakes themselves are big enough to share. I highly recommend Pat and the Confectionary Cupboard!

We decided to have cupcakes for our reception and a small display cake. We did a tasting with confectionary cupboard after having their cupcakes for another event knowing we would be booking them. The tasting itself was awesome. We got some standard cake flavored with some others we were able to choose and a variety of icing flavors. They gave us some direction on combinations they would recommend but overall we could decide on whatever we wanted. They were very easy to work with and communication via email was very quick. I had a display cake in mind and sent them a picture. The day of the cake was almost identical and beautiful. And delicious!! The cupcakes were a hit. We decided on mini cupcakes so everyone could sample different kinds and everyone was raving about them. We thankfully over ordered and had a bunch of leftovers. They were incredible even the next day. I even froze some to bring to work over a week later and they were wonderful after being frozen as well. They are an amazing company. So accommodating and helpful with an incredible product!!

This was my 3rd baker. I went the month before and picked my topper cake and the cupcakes. I had 4 different flavors of cupcakes and they were to die for.
