We have always supported the cookie factory for family birthdays, parties, and gatherings - we love their baked goods. But as far as our wedding was concerned, we were left unimpre...
ssed and will likely look elsewhere for baked goods for future events. Customer service was lacking in most phone interactions starting with setting up a tasting. I let that go though and still wanted to proceed as we enjoy cakes from the cookie factory and it was set up to have them as the cake vendor through our wedding venue. Then our wedding got closer. My husband reached out 3 times within 2 weeks of our wedding day to try and submit our final order - the second and third time he was met with an attitude when inquiring about receiving a call back. At that point we still had not made our final cake order. When he was finally able to officially submit our order after he was contacted after making the third call - less than 5 days to our wedding day - he was told we weren’t able to get a cupcake flavor we requested because one was a “specialty” and it was “too late in the week” - (we ordered vanilla, red velvet, lemon. we were told we couldn’t do lemon. ended up with vanilla and lemon, no red velvet) - despite the fact that the lack of communication was 100% on them. Our cake/cupcakes tasted and looked fine, but sometimes customer service makes that much of a difference in someone’s experience and based on that, I will no longer recommend The Cookie Factory. It is very off putting to make paying customers feel like a nuisance for doing what is supposed to be your job, especially surrounding such an important event like a wedding. Do better.
We had a great experience with the cookie factory for our wedding. Patti communicated with us during the process and then worked directly with our venue to give us the exact cake t...
hat we wanted. The cake was exactly what my wife wanted and she loved how everything came out. The cake tasted amazing and was a big hit to guests at the wedding. The process for sampling while we were making our decision was very easy and everything was great. We highly recommend working with Patti and the cookie factory team!
We absolutely loved Cookie Factory's carrot cake and my husband was set on this for our wedding day. Unfortunately, it is a very dense cake and couldn't be stacked into a full wedd...
ing cake, so we ultimately decided to purchase a small grooms cake from them. As much as we loved the actual cake, we had difficulty with the store from beginning to end. The staff was rude, always answering questions quickly and telling me no to most things I asked. Couldn't help but feel like I was bothering them by trying to do business with them. A week before the wedding we were told they may need to cancel the order because they didn't have a cake decorator anymore. Overall, delicious cake, but not worth the effort.
My husband and I decided to go with an apple spice cake and it was the best! Yes, non traditional, but perfect for our end of fall wedding. The cake decorator made our cake look ex...

Less than a month before our wedding we decided to change our wedding cake plans and to go with The Cookie Factory because we cant resist their famous fudge filling. They were abl...
e to accommodate us so last minute and made the most amazing wedding cake we have ever tasted! One of our favorite things they do is give you four cupcakes to taste at home which allows you not to feel pressured. We were able to try the different combinations and found our favorite- the famous fudge filling with a thin layer of raspberry jam on their delicious white cake! We did our consultation with Christina and she completely understood exactly what we were looking for and our vision for our wedding cake. She answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. Our cake had a floral topper and loose flowers along the side of the cake. When we picked up the flowers from the florist that morning we were not pleased with how they looked. Christina could tell we were very stressed about this and ensured us she would fix it for us and make the cake look beautiful- even if that meant adding some of her own fake flowers from the shop. She was able to clean up the flowers, added some color, and arranged them so they looked beautiful! The cake tasted amazing and all of our guests loved the flavor combination we chose. The one surprise we weren't expecting was the extra cake that was delivered. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!!! Instead of saving the top layer of our wedding cake we decided to save the extra cake and cant wait to cut into it next year on our anniversary! Thank you so much for a job well done!!! We will be using The Cookie Factory for all of our cake needs in the future!
Cookie Factory and Kristina were wonderful to work with. Our wedding cake was beautiful. They also made us several cakes for the wedding and they were delicious!
We have heard from a number of guests that our wedding cake was the best cake they have ever had and we completely agree. The cake was not only delicious but it was beautiful and ...

The Red Velvet Cake and the Raspberry were just as good. There's just something about a girl and there chocolate. We will be ordering from the again real soon.
