From the moment we walked in to see the venue we knew it was the one. It was the first venue we saw. We had no need to see anything else. We could not believe such a magical place ...
exists in Miami. Before we booked, we had a lot of questions, each one answered with professionalism and kindness. After we booked, things got even better. Every email, every text. every phone call, every question answered in a timely manner. I would book the place over and over again. Idalia, Regina and Lori are true professionals and they know how to make you feel relaxed. We dealt with Idalia the most, as she was the first person we met, the one we communicated with the most and our wedding day coordinator (yes you get one!!!). Idalia was my angel fairy. I think she got tired of me telling her how wonderful she is haha! When we went for the food tasting was another confimation we had chosen the right spot. The food was so delicious, and they give you so many otions for menus. The value we got for our money is unmatched. I compared prices with other venues and it just did not compare. Some were too pricey and some were too underwhelming. This is definitely a five star venue with a very affordable price tag. I would reccomend them to everyone who asks. If you are in the process of planning your wedding please save time and pay them a visit, I'm positive your search will come to a halt.
The day of our wedding was magical. I enjoyed my party so much. They say brides get very stressed the day of their wedding, and they forget to eat. That was not my case at all. I ate, drank and danced a lot. I LOVED our wedding. Idalia and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect and it absolutely was. Many guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I have people constatly telling us how beautifl the venue was. The pictures here and on google give you a pretty good idea but do yourself a favor and see it in person. You will fall in love. Idalia, thank you for everything, we will never forget how great this day was, so thank you for making it run so smoothly, for being there at every moment you were needed. You were always in the right place at the right time. Thank you Regina, Lori, Idalia and the rest of The Cooper Estate team for making our wedding day THE BEST DAY EVER!!!

e venue is even more stunning in person and our guests were raving about how incredibly beautiful the place is, especially the ceremony area. In terms of flow, this venue is great for guest experience because they never get stagnant in one place for too long - they flow from the ceremony area into the open area for cocktail hour, and then into the barn for the reception.
Idalia was our venue coordinator and she was absolutely incredible to work with. She made the whole experience SEAMLESS! We probably emailed her 100+ questions over the course of the year and she patiently answered every single one quickly and thoroughly. She became such a trusted resource for us for all things wedding planning and we couldn’t have asked for a better contact!! On the day of the wedding, she put so much care into making sure everything ran smoothly. She thought of everything that we missed in terms of flow (i.e. where should I put my bouquet after the grand entrance and before the first dance? How should we position ourselves for the cake cutting? etc.). This wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her expertise and care. Overall we absolutely loved it!!!! Thank you so much to the whole team at TCE for making our special day so beautiful and memorable!!! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else.
We also wanted to include some tid-bits that would have been useful for us as we were planning a wedding here. We found these out along the way, so we wanted to share just in case they can help other couples in the future!
-After we booked with them, the venue provided a tasting with the caterer so we could select our entrees, hors d'oeuvres, and linens
-The venue included valet staff, a bartender, a day-of coordinator (ours was Idalia), a DJ (we had DJ Rey), a cake (we got ours from Edda’s), and in-house catering with servers.
-We didn’t realize at first that a cake was included in the venue cost. We ended up ordering from Edda’s South Miami after visiting them for a free tasting. The cake tasted amazing and looked perfect!! They coordinate with The Cooper Estate for delivery so that was one of the easiest things to plan!
-Don’t be shy to ask about add-ons, for example the gold circle arch we rented from the venue wasn’t advertised on their website or handouts, but we asked about it and they were able to set it up for us.
-In terms of logistics, they will schedule a time to drop off your items a couple days before the event and they take care of set up.
-Your signature drinks will be passed during cocktail hour and they typically don’t continue to serve them for the rest of the night unless there are leftovers from the batch.
-The DJ will reach out about a month before the event, we were a little worried because we didn’t have a chance to shop around with the DJ like we would for other vendors, but honestly the DJ was amazing (DJ Rey from SCJ events), so don’t stress about this!
Those are just some things we wished we knew when we were starting out, and I thought that sharing this info might help make the planning process a little bit easier for other couples. ly need any extra decorations—the space just speaks for itself. And the staff? Absolute rockstars. They’re so friendly, accommodating, and detail-oriented. Every decoration we brought in was set up BEAUTIFULLY. They even have policies that actually make sense (no “just because” rules here), and if you’ve got your heart set on something outside the norm, they’ll do everything they can to find a compromise.
We were lucky enough to work with Idalia, our venue coordinator, from our very first tour to the big day itself. She’s an absolute pro—quick to respond, easy to work with, and just genuinely amazing. On the wedding day, she was there at all the right moments, even fixing my necklace when it was on backward right before I walked down the aisle. She thought of everything—like setting aside appetizers at our king table (I believe apps > entrees) and making sure we had drinks ready for photos after the ceremony. The attention to detail was next-level.
We went with the rodizio option, and WOW. Our guests are still raving about it! And our DJ kept the dance floor packed all night. It was just one incredible thing after another. The Cooper Estate exceeded all of our expectations. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a magical, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding experience.

e often confused and worried bride, she helped ease my nerves and guide me throughout the process. She made all communication timely, easily digestible, and easy to follow through with. Any time I needed her outside of scheduled calls/times, she was there for me. Aside from the emotional support, this place is seriously magical. The natural beauty, the vibes, the style, and the food…. all 10/10. I kid you not, since the food tasting (March 2024), I have been constantly craving their Braised Boneless Short Ribs. After my wedding (January 2025), multiple guests have reached out to me to share just how delicious their food options were and how beautiful of a venue it is. If I had to do this all again, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to TCE again. It will ALWAYS hold a very special place in my heart.

this is a beautiful and intimate venue for a wedding.
Our guests are still raving about the grotto, the out-door furniture that we rented through the Cooper Estate for the cocktail area, and the reception food. We had the rodizio-style BBQ, and not only was it delicious, it was presented with such flair that the meal actually got a round of applause when the waiters came out.
Idalia, our day-of coordinator and point of contact, was very helpful. She answered every question quickly and clearly. She also helped point us toward a rehearsal vendor when our plans fell through and easily set us up with the Cooper Estate’s chuppah rental when ours broke two days before the wedding. On the wedding day, she also helped my MOH battle my bustle so that my train could be set in time for our big entrance.
Overall, the Cooper Estate team was lovely and kept us moving throughout the day so that any wedding chaos was tamed. We felt like we could enjoy our day (and the food) in the moment, which was a big deal for us. You won’t regret getting married here.

Now for the day of… everyone was superb. From the servers to Idalia everything went off without a hitch. The servers were fast and reliable. Everyone loved them. Idalia and there were two other helping her throughout and they were just the sweetest and kindest people. We were waited on for everything, our guest couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everyone was.
And the location, when we first got there to see it I knew this was going to be the place. Everything just looks amazing and didn’t really need any kind of decorations. The bridal suite is huge and spacious. The ceremony area was simply divine. The cocktail space was huge and the twinkling lights out side was a vibe. The inside of the “barn” is so magical it felt like we were kings and queens that day. Same thing every one of our guest couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the place was.

The ceremony area is breathtaking and the grounds are immaculate! We did using their in house catering and went with their Rodizio Menu option (it's kind of like Texas De Brazil style) The food was GREAT! I even went with a few side options that I didn't taste at the tasting and everything was delicious. The whole team did such a wonderful job at keeping the drinks flowing and handled any concerns.

Idalia ended up being my day of coordinator and really made sure everything was in place and that I had everything I needed! When my fiance and I first toured the Cooper Estate in Feburary 2022, we both agreed this was going to be the perfect place for our wedding. We booked March 25 2023 for our wedding...
date and we were so excited. Unfortunately April of 2022 we experienced some unforeseen medical expenses and quickly realized we were not going to be able to afford the wedding we had hoped for. We immediately contacted Idalia at Cooper Estate to see if they could work with us to return our deposit. She initially said if our date was booked by another couple, they would gladly return our deposit. She put together a contract for the agreement and we signed. As our hospital bills were piling up, we were so grateful for her understanding.Since it was almost a year from our booked date during peak wedding season, we were optimistic we would get our $5,000 deposit back, which we so desperately needed. After a few months I went by, I reached out to see if it had been booked and was informed it had not been. As August approached and finances were thin, I decided to ask a friend to reach out to see if the date was available. When my friend contacted Cooper Estate, she was informed the date of March 25 was no longer available. I was very excited to hear this news and contacted Idalia, who told me that the date had NOT been booked yet. When I told her my friend had just spoke to her, she scolded me for questioning her integrity as a business woman and said she would never lie about such a thing. Believing maybe there was some miscommunication when my friend called, I decided to wait another month and have another friend contact them. Again, my friend was told March 25 2023 was not available. I called to confirm and again, Idalia told me the date had not been booked. At this point I decided to reach out to a friend who is an attorney for some advice on how to proceed. He has been helping me try to recover the $5000 deposit that Idalia and her team at Cooper Estate signed a contract stating they would return if the date was rebooked. From 3 separate sources that contacted Cooper Estate, the date of March 25 2023 had been rebooked by another couple, yet Idalia has refused to return the $5000, has refused to communicate or cooperate with my attorney when he has attempted to contact her multiple times. I understand if the date hadn’t been rebooked, it is very reasonable of them to keep the $5000. However, the date had been rebooked, they were able to make the money needed off that date. The greed, deceit and manipulation that I have experienced from Idalia and the Cooper Estate during this very difficult time has been desolating.

edding-we had 100 people and it felt perfect, but we probably could have gone up to 120 before it would have felt crowded indoors (we also wanted as much space as possible for the dance floor!). Brides cottage is the perfect space for getting ready and taking super cute photos with the girls, and it had a view of the cocktail space which I loved so I could see people arriving from inside (without them seeing me). There is also a few beautiful spaces just outside of the cottage that are out of view from guests and made a great background for party photos and family formals. Ceremony space is amazing, a green grotto with a few steps down and a waterfall behind the couple which flows until its time for vows to be read. One caution-the steps were slightly steep for our grandmothers, but its an easy fix to send them down with someone strong, or have additional hands nearby the steps to help if needed. I personally had a broken foot while walking down the steps and even in my cast & long dress i had no problems. The cocktail space is amazing, the string lights give such a romantic vibe! we rented all our cocktail furniture directly from the venue (including two sofa sets-The Fred and the Diana Demask set) and our guests raved about the homey feel to the space. We brought in all of our decorations the day before, and Lori (Day of Coordinator)+ staff set up everything outside using some drawings and plans I provided and I felt the whole vision was perfectly put together! The reception hall was the icing on the cake! We actually were sold by the fact that the long table and wooden internal barn reminded us of Viking halls, and a bonus the whole place is so pretty on its own, that décor doesn't need to be over the top. The food, well lets just say its the first thing our guests raved about afterwards! We did the inhouse catering and chose the rodizio menu, Texas de brazil style. I cant rave about the food enough! We also got our cake through this catering package and went with Ruth's cakes from Panchis Bakery, so good! We did the package base for the cake flavor and icing, and upgraded the filling for guava and pineapple, yum! The bar and servers were all on point, our friends loved the two mixed drinks and the staff did a great job of serving everything quickly for our guests. At the end of the night we had sliders served to go, and our guests went crazy over them-one even asked me afterwards if the cooper estate caters outside parties! DJ Rey was awesome too! he did a great job of keeping the dance floor packed until the very end of the night! We provided our guests the chance to pre request songs for the dancefloor and he was able to get them through an apple playlist we created, making it so much easier than just requesting music on the night of.
Overall so very pleased with Lori, Regina, Idalia, and the rest of the staff for making our night the greatest! The venues package included so much of what is needed, and really made my wedding planning experience a lot easier. I did the planning myself and almost all of our decor (besides furniture) so having their team available for my many many emails and questions was a great help.

She is the fairy godmother and made all my dreams and wishes come true. The venue is impeccable, from the grounds, to the grotto, DJ, photographer, food and flowers. Everything was so beautiful and everyone was incredibly professional. The bridal cottage is stunning and you really feel tucked away in your own little private cottage to enjoy your bridal time. Regina, Idalia and Donna made my experience so special. I am so thankful they were in my life during this special time. I could not imagine my wedding day without them. My husband and I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to spend our first moment as husband and wife there. It was a magical day that I will cherish forever.

Friends and family often ask my daughter, and I what was the best part of the wedding day, and for both of us the best part was that we did not have to worry about anything because the sense of confidence was there from day one. Regina and her assistant Idalia were amazing always responding to all our questions, always open for any Ideas we had as well as per their expert advised, and multiple choices without pressuring.
The entire staff and vendors they recommend for good reasons are absolutely amazing. Everything felt personal and dedicated.
