Our owner operated intimate venue is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre estate lot overlooking Lemon Bay, Gulf of Mexico in the tranquil city of Englewood, Florida. We recently expanded operations from a very successful Airbnb enterprise that earned full 5-star ratings from over 25 guest groups since 2021. We now specialize in bundling your special ceremony with two days of pre-event preparations followed by up to 5 days of an extended honeymoon experience. Our venue is perfect for private, open air ceremonies all within an enchanting private setting. Large pine trees scatter across the property creating the ideal setting for those dreamy photos. And LED lit at night transforms our oasis to a spectacle of beauty. Your special day is surrounded by natural beauty from morning until the stars come out. The outdoor space is ideal for your entire plan including guest arrival, the ceremony, and then followed by dining, speeches, dancing, and celebrating, whether under the enhanced lanai or on the expansive lawn. Following the ceremony, guests mingle in a gorgeous natural setting directly on the ocean, offering picture taking opportunities and breathtaking sunset views. Receptions are held undercover with dancing space in the lanai, around the pool, or under the stars are always optional. Food and bar services by your caterers are delivered within the home's lovely kitchen or within the lanai space. The venue promotes a 2800 sq ft. modernized home accommodating 6 adults and 2 children, 3 bathrooms, and all the amenities for a seamless and stress free celebration. Also, the venue includes a 1600 sq ft. game room housed in it's own building a few hundred feet away from the main house. A perfect spot for one side of the wedding party to entertain and shelter themselves as you build anticipation while preparing in one of the house's master suites. All your planning happens on-site which means vendors come to you with no rushing or worrying about getting to your ceremony on time - you're already there, in your own private master suite, perfect for you and your bridesmaids to prepare with ample space for make-up and hair stylists to pamper you in the morning of your special day. We offer for rent various wedding accessories, including a stunning alter, beautifully decorated bride and groom table, cake table, and pool side tables accentuated with matching earthy flower arrangements. Also, we have coordinating florals to line the aisle as you stroll to the decorated alter. The expansive grounds allows ample parking, convenient and separate for both vendors and guests, with direct access to the home.
