The Counterfeiters were fantastic and had everyone on the dance floor the entire night! Weeks after the wedding we still have guests talking about them and how much fun they had during our reception. We cannot recommend them enough!

Wow! The Counterfeiters played at our wedding at The Stone House in 11/2/2019. We cannot say enough amazing things about Dave and the rest of The Counterfeiters! Our guests are still raving about the music! From the start of the ceremony to the very last song, everything was perfect. They even brought my niece out to play a song on the guitar! We would recommend The Counterfeiters to anyone getting married, and we will definitely be seeing them again soon!

Music at my wedding was my biggest concern coming from a family of talented musicians so while the Counterfeiters may not have known it the pressure was certainly on. They exceeded all my expectations and were the highlight of our wedding. A week later and people are still asking me where they were from. Personable, intuitive, and willing to go above and beyond. They're playing at my sister's wedding in 5 months and I cannot wait to see them again!

WOW! The Counterfeiters played at our 200 person wedding last weekend, and everyone has been talking about them ever since! The dance floor was jammed all night with guests of all ages dancing the night away. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and that largely because of the music! They were SO easy to work with, and had amazing communication through Kelly leading up to the big day. They did acoustics and keys at the cocktail hour which was also nothing short of amazing. I truly cannot say enough about their work and professionalism. They were interactive, upbeat, and passionate about their music. Truly made our wedding a night to remember, and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Forget every other band and just book them. Twenty seconds into the first song the entire reception of 140 people emptied their seats and packed the dance floor, and that went on for the next 3.5 hours - non-stop. Over and over again, people said: "Hands down the best wedding band I ever heard," as they headed to the bus, (exhausted from dancing). If you want a dance-party reception, where audience participation is welcome by the band, get the Counterfeiters.

We had a great wedding thanks to The Counterfeiters! Dave and the band are complete professionals and so much fun. Kristy and I couldn’t be happier. The dance floor was packed all night. Everyone danced and sang along even though they didn’t know the words. Lot’s of my guests have raved about the band. Dave gave a heartfelt toast and I meant a lot to us. If you are looking for a band for a special occasion look no further!

The Counterfeiters were an absolute pleasure to work with- making the planning process SO easy. They exceeded all of our needs and wants- and made our wedding night SO AMAZING. They provided the most epic soundtrack and kept all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. Our guests raved the entire night about them. The Counterfeiters were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond their duties and exceeded all expectations. All of our wedding guests raved about how amazing the band was. They interacted with the crowd, (people that usually do not dance were up and dancing.) They played great music, sounded amazing, they were extremely flexible, and I can’t praise them enough. They communicated with us, made sure we had everything we wanted, and are a fun, down to earth group. Hire the counterfeiters you will not regret it! They made our wedding even more perfect!

The Counterfeiter's were amazing! They had the dance floor full all night and everyone loved every song that they played. Days after the wedding, guests were still complimenting the band and how much they loved them. I would highly recommend The Counterfeiters for your next event!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys! David was there to respond to my hundreds of emails as I tried to plan out our day. Their actual performance was beyond all of my expectations. All of our guests were raving! Book them now!

From the first chord of the first song to the last note of the last song, the Counterfeiters had the dance floor full and rocking. After seeing them once, we knew they would be supplying the soundtrack to an awesome night. They did not disappoint! Guests have been raving about them since, and many have asked for their contact information. Their professionalism and openness to collaboration was top notch. They even invited the bride to one of their rehearsals to pull off an unforgettable wedding present for her new husband. They exceeded every expectation and made every one of our visions come to fruition. We could not have asked for a better group of musicians to be with us on our wedding day. Holy Mackerel!! The Counterfeiters rocked our wedding on 10/14 and simply blew everyone away!! My husband owes me big time, as he wanted a DJ, and from the first note of the first song until now, he's been apologizing to me! The band had everyone on the dance floor from start to finish and they sounded exactly like the bands we love. We cannot stress it enough: If you're looking for a live band for your reception, these are the guys to get. You will NEVER see a better band!

The Counterfeiters played our wedding Sept. 2nd. All I can say was said by my father - "In my sixty-five years of going to weddings, I've never seen a better band." My husband and I can't agree more. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. Hiring you was the best decision we ever made. Wish we could do an infomercial for you! Thank you! If you're planning a wedding, you're probably thinking "let's get a DJ, everybody will enjoy listening to the same rehashed generic wedding songs" Wrong. Get a band. It will be the smartest decision you make. And this is the band to get. They played our wedding on June 30th, 2017 at Doolan's Shore Club and it was literally the best night of both of our lives, in large part to these guys, who provided the soundtrack. They're super professional, have clearly played a bunch of weddings and know how to get the crowd moving. They specialize in 80's rock but don't be fooled, they can bust out 90's stuff, Prince, Stones and are pretty flexible and eclectic. The lead singer is cool, the sound guy is clearlya pro and they are all approachable and accommodating to your requests. But they will play "Jessie's girl" whether you like it or not.

Your wedding is the most important day you will plan, and as lovers of live music, it was important we had the best band! We were soo lucky to have found The Counterfeiters for our special day. From the customized ceremony music on the piano and acoustic, to the cocktail keys, and the best dance party songs throughout the reception, they were amazing and completely outdid our expectations! They were easy to work with and coming from the bride, I would recommend taking their advice on song selections because they know how to throw a party! Their array of song selections catered all the generations and got EVERYONE on the dance floor the entire night! It was truly the best night of our lives and it was a big thanks to their perfect performance! Our friends and family continue to compliment how great they were and have already planned to see them play throughout the summer at the local bars!

The Counterfeiters are phenomenal! They made our wedding day (July 15th) so incredibly fantastic. We have so many wonderful memories! We loved everything the Band played! My husband loves the Rolling Stones - and he is super critical of bands playing Rolling Stones songs - the Counterfeiters surprised us with 2 Rolling Stones songs and my husband started his rooster strut! My husband absolutely loved the Counterfeiters' singing the Rolling Stones songs! All of our guests loved the Counterfeiters! There was never a moment our dance floor was empty! Our guests could not stop raving about the Counterfeiters. We were constantly asked - Where did you find that band?! One of our guests commented: That Singer (David) was like a parrot! Every song he sang, he sounded like the original! From our initial conversation, David of the Counterfeiters was wonderful! I knew instantaneously that this was the right Band for our wedding. He is super friendly and easy going but super professional. During our first conversation, David said - We like to make this easy so you can focus on the real stuff! David put my mind at ease and he was in touch as we got close to the wedding date to finalize details and ensure we were on the same page. We love the Counterfeiters and are planning to go to one of their shows. We really wish we could have an anniversary party every year and hire the Counterfeiters! Words truly cannot express how we feel!

We saw them out years ago at Talkhouse and thought they'd be a perfect fit for our wedding. Thankfully we found them on the knot and were able to make it happen. We can't say enough good things about this band...and our guests haven't stopped telling us how good they were. They played to our audience and kept the party going. The dance floor was filled the whole time! Having the counterfeiters there made our wedding reflect who we are. This was a great choice!! We highly recommend them!

All we can say is, "WOW!" I would've never believed a band could be this good. You guys made our entire evening, from top to bottom, such a gloriously happy and uplifting experience, we can't thank you enough. My husband and I absolutely loved The Counterfeiters! They are so talented and every song they played was such a hit with everyone at the wedding. We were all dancing from the 1st song they played. Our wedding song was a bit obscure and they nailed it! Dave, the lead singer, was so engaging and charming with our guests and we all had such a great time. I even got to sing a Journey song with them on stage! We are still getting texts and emails from our friends saying this is the best band they've ever heard at a wedding. -Antoinette and Michael

There are so many good wedding bands out there, but, if you're a bride to be looking for the most absolutely fun and AMAZING BAND for your wedding, I would insist on THE COUNTERFEITERS! Not only is their song selection the best I've ever seen, but their vocals, stage performance, and musicianship is second to none! Trust me! My husband and I are music snobs, we hate everything on the radio today, and we were blown away! The Counterfeiters rocked our wedding to the bone and they will rock yours as well! Party on, guys! 500 STARS!!

The Counterfeiters were an amazing wedding band. We found them at the Patio Bar in Point Pleasant. The band totally made the night. They had everyone up on the dance floor - even our guy friends who don't dance. They were so amazing they had my grandmother dancing with our groomsmen to Jesse's Girl. They played every song we love to dance to and stayed overtime. Our friends said it was the best wedding band they'd ever heard. Not cheesy at all. Just a rockin good time. Also they were able to handle the flow of events and were easy to work with. We didn't want the night to end

The band was great. The Counterfeiters were exactly the type of band we were looking for for our wedding. Fun, energetic and they rocked the house! They kept the dance floor going the whole time. The music they played was the best songs from the 90s along with our own special song requests. Everyone at the wedding knew all the songs and had a great time dancing and going crazy. They are professional and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them.

Planning a wedding isn't exactly a breeze, so when my husband and I discovered The Counterfeiters at another event they played, we were psyched. Wedding band? CHECK! Not only are they awesome musicians and great energy, but everyone in the band is super nice and professional. They are NOT your typical wedding band. They are ABOVE & BEYOND! And, David, the lead singer/front man, is really funny (and cute) and an awesome entertainer! If I can brag, I think we had one of the funnest weddings ever and we have The Counterfeiters to thank for making magic on the dance floor. Our guests were raving. Everyone danced the night away AND even the old fogies in attendance were rockin' out to the band. The Counterfeiters will rock your wedding!

The Counterfeiters made our day so amazingly special - from the amazing music, to their flexibility in learning songs, i.e. last minute requests by my mother!
