e best wedding food they had ever had! Brian the wedding coordinator and his team were amazing too! He met with us several times, answered all of my crazy questions, and was so calm and collected while I was freaking out over every detail. The day went off without a hitch! The set up, the food, the drinks, the environment! Can’t say enough good things!!!

ve been to multiple weddings were filet is served rare and over half of it gets thrown out because people don't eat it. We ordered all of ours at the venue to be cooked medium and if someone wanted it more well done they would take it back and cook it a little longer. It was the perfect medium steak all across the board. Not ONE was sent back and everyone knew they had that option. We also had chicken and salmon which were both delicious as well. The CC has an amazing covered outdoor space were we had our band. It has plastic flaps that will come down on the sides if it rains which it did for a bit but it kept the whole area completely dry and everyone was dancing the night away! They just remodeled the inside of the club and it is so pretty and nice. It is very sleek and modern with LOTS of windows and natural light. Stephanie their wedding coordinator made everything run so smoothly. She was SO knowledgeable about where to put things and how to have things arranged. We had a signature drink at our wedding which the bartenders quickly learned and it was a hit! Overall my wedding day was perfect. I do not have ONE complaint. The venue is gorgeous and we also had our rehearsal dinner their. It was truly the best experience. I highly recommend CC Hudson if you are looking for an elegant, country club vibe wedding!!!
