Your ceremony will take place at the lakeside arbor, custom-made with genuine Tennessee whiskey barrels. It's been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 11 wedding party members during your ceremony. After you exchange your vows, you can move to the open fields and enjoy your reception with up to 150 guests. In the center of the venue is the Starr Pavilion, a rustic structure made from exposed wood and natural stone. This covered setting accommodates 100 guests and can host anything from your covered reception to your live band. With eight chandeliers in Starr Pavilion and hundreds of beautiful warm bistro lights, the entire event area is magical at night and photogenic to capture those lasting memories. In addition, the surrounding trees provide a natural shade and make for a beautiful area for your guest to move around and enjoy the property. A get-ready suite is also available on the grounds for you and your wedding party to prepare for the altar in style. The team behind The Cove at Shell Lake will provide you with a day-of coordinator to make sure everything goes according to plan. Chairs and tables will be provided, which you can set up to any arrangement you prefer.
