We really enjoyed our stay here this last weekend! The location is so convenient for walking everywhere. No need to worry about parking downtown, as it gets pretty chaotic on the weekends. Our room was wonderful, clean, and decorated very nicel...
y (depends on the owner of the unit, but we lucked out for sure). The indoor pool was very large and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The restaurant attached, Lake City Social, was also very good! This is a great place to stay in Lake Geneva. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Conveniently located close to the lake and the downtown strip. The pools outside are great for families with small children. There is a children's pool and a very large deeper depth pool. There is even two bars where you can pur...
chase beer or mixed drinks to enjoy at the pool.
The rooms are spacious. We had a lot of broken or unusable items in our kitchen and bedrooms, but we made do. If you have small children, just take a look around at outlets and such to make sure nothing can be harmful (like you would in any place). Like we had a loose outlet, and our tub jets didn't work.
It is a very LARGE hotel, so be mindful if you are disabled or would like a room closer to the lobby/pool areas and request them! It is a walk to the pool if you are on the 4th floor at the end of the building.
There is an indoor pool, huge outdoor pool patio, restaurant, coffee shop, arcade, and fitness center.
The cleaning ladies were extremely thoughtful and kind! They asked if we needed anything or would like anything cleaned/refreshed.

Room was way bigger than expected - especially for the price. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Unexpected lunch for Octoberfest was a nice touch. Hotel restaurant was sooooo good. Cleaning done every day! The only problem was quiet hours. They...
were not observed, even though at check-in AND posted in our rooms were the policies for quiet hours threatening eviction with no refund if not followed. When I complained, I was told it was Saturday and it was expected, there was nothing they could do. The desk was very rude about it.

Not horrible but I’d stay somewhere else next time.
The carpet and furniture seemed old and the air conditioning is not in the bedroom so it’s hot at night- I would have been comfortable if there was a ceiling fan or even a box fan. The polyest...
er sheets and blankets did not help the warm nights and it gives such a cheap feeling to a hotel room.
The check in staff seemed teen age and did not ask if I’ve been or if I know how to go to my room. Friendly but not unhelpful or hospitable.
The text to see how all is going is bothersome and intrusive. And please don’t text me if you aren’t going to respond.
Was a bummer to pay for a hotel pool that is closed for the season when all other hotel pools in town are open.
Was very quiet at night though so that was nice.

Walls of rooms are paper thin; we could hear our neighbor using their roll of TP, mattress was as hard as the floor-causing me to sleep on the sofa. The remote for the “bedroom” fan was missing, causing my husband to turn the temp down to 64. “...
Quiet hours” begin at 11pm were not enforced. We had 1/4 roll of TP & 1/4 box of tissues, called the front desk & housekeeping was up quickly. Room was beautifully decorated & up to date & clean. When our experience was shared via phone to the front desk & upon our checkout-no reimbursement/price break was offered. Way too pricey for the very less than stellar accommodations.
