She provided us with a list of recommend vendors (which helped immensely since we are from out of town), helped us decide what speciality drinks to choose, created multiple floor plans for us to choose for our reception, figure out how to hang our bar sign, etc. Amy really helped to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly without a hitch. She checked us multiple times throughout the process, on our wedding day, and even checked in a few weeks after! Second, I think the pictures speak for themselves regarding the venue space. It is absolutely breathtaking! Our guests are still talking about it to this day. My husband and I were looking for a venue that has a beautiful exterior, as well as an interior, since we chose to have our ceremony indoors. We both have very different styles, but the Cracker Factory blends industrial modern (my style) with antique rustic charm (my husbands). In the end, we were both were very happy! Additionally, we were looking for a space where we did not have to spend a ton of money, or put in a ton of effort, in regard to decor because the space itself provided that. The venue provided so many different opportunities for different photos in great natural lighting as well. Outside with the vine covered wall, back in the corner with the old cement and brick, the front of the building with the fire escape, in front of the elevator, upstairs on the third floor. seemed she tried her best to nit pick and try to ruin the experience. Embarrassing was an understatement. Guests noticed and were not happy. The bar sodas were all flat as they were using two liters of soda. At one point I thought I’d want to get Married here along with others I know. We are glad we got to experience this before hand. We would never book this venue for a wedding nor any other function. Not to mention, someone wrote in chalk in the parking lot the bride and grooms name, she made them scrub it off the concrete before giving them their belongings back the next morning. I do not normally write reviews. But I felt I needed to save other happy couples the hassle of their beautiful day being ruined by this lady. Some people shouldn’t work in this industry. On the plus side: food was catered by club86 and that staff was delightful and food was delicious.
