Stephanie Cook founded The Creative Planners in 2012. Since then she has put together a team of exceptionally talented and professional event specialists. Her colleagues, like herself, have a Labor of Love for planning and working with clients, by creating weddings that truly reflects their clients vision and style. Full Planning, let us joyfully plan, manage and coordinate every aspects of your wedding from selecting the perfect venue and vendors to overseeing the day of the wedding. There is no detail we do not handle so that you can enjoy this time while planning a perfect wedding day!
Partial Wedding Planning, clients book some of the basic vendors and services, we oversee the larger items - decor, vision, venue planning but in the end we manage and coordinate all of the details for the wedding to the Wedding Day!
Event Management, let us help you bring all vendors together, last 8 weeks of planning from Day of printed items, final confirmations, decor details to overseeing the Day of the Wedding. We are there to bring it all together those last few months.

, she brought a level of professionalism, organization, and calm that immediately put our family at ease. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she handled every detail with incredible care and precision, allowing us to truly enjoy the experience rather than stress over it.
What impressed me most was her ability to make everyone feel supported. She listened carefully to my daughter's vision and somehow transformed it into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire day flowed seamlessly from start to finish.
On the wedding day, she was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Every vendor knew exactly where to be, every timeline was perfectly managed, and any challenges that arose were handled before we even knew about them. Because of her, our family was able to be fully present and focus on celebrating instead of worrying about logistics.
Beyond her exceptional skills, she is simply a wonderful person. Kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making the day special. It was clear throughout the process that she cared deeply about our family and wanted the wedding to be perfect.
Our daughter's wedding exceeded every expectation, and so much of that is thanks to her hard work, dedication, and talent. We will always be grateful for the role she played in creating one of the most meaningful days of our lives.

One little example of Stephanie's ability to truly manage it all was her preparedness in the midst of all the Covid related changes to our wedding. Our head table had to be separated into three tables due to Covid restrictions; however, because Stephanie thinks of everything she ordered one long linen, in addition to the three, just in case the restrictions lifted in time for our event. Sure enough a day before our wedding the city lifted the table number restrictions and she was completely prepared with the extra linen. Stephanie was our rock. Her calm demeanor and ability to be nimble and creative guided us through the process, helping us to manage our heartbreak and disappointment as our guest numbers (and venue options) had to be greatly reduced. She suggested alternatives and ideas that got us all excited again. anizational talents were invaluable in that the bride and groom were in two different cities and the parents of each were in another two cities. Furthermore. It was a destination wedding in the mountains in the middle of January! Stephanie was a powerful negotiator with the vendors and had terrific ideas that made the weekend memorable and intimate. Both the reception venue, which hosts over 75 weddings a year, and the rehearsal dinner venue mgmt, pulled us aside to comment that she was one of the best wedding planners they had worked with. Our wedding weekend started on a Thursday and ended on a Sunday - and she was there every step of the way. Five stars!
