We are beyond happy with our experience at the crown room! They went above and beyond for us to make sure our day was special and exactly what we wanted! Natalie and Cindy were responsive and so easy to work with, any question or any concern was always answered and reassured, which helped so much during the whole process! The staff was professional and did a great job serving through the night! Highly highly recommend!!

Everyone at the Crown Room was extremely helpful in planning our event. They were timely in their communication, flexible in the requests we had for accommodations, and overall just great to work with! They make our event and the space look beautiful and everything went off without any issues.

Cindy and Natalie worked so hard to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. The convenience of the full service allowed us to focus on getting ready while the staff set up all the decorations for us. They did so well to make sure that everything was set how we wanted it to look. The day-of staff were so friendly and high energy, they made sure the bridal party got some of the appetizers before the grand entrance, and just helped the whole evening run so smoothly. The Crown Room is a beautiful venue on its own and will look amazing however it is decorated. Between the beautiful place and the amazing staff, it was easy to have a fun, memorable, and stress free wedding!

We had the most beautiful wedding at The Crown Room! When planning our wedding we wanted to ensure that our venue would be supportive and helpful, which is exactly what we got at the Crown Room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night. Cindy, Natalie, and Tami were so helpful with tours, planning, setting up, and being accommodating for last minute requests and changes as the night went on. Our timeline was impacted by the ceremony starting late, and Tami was amazing with adjusting our dinner time. The rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. We had so many guests tell us what amazing staff members they had there. We also had a fantastic time using 3 beautiful spaces. A cafe, main room, and outdoor space offered people different areas to hang out and mingle with family members. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone because of the level of professionalism and care that went into our wedding. It truly was a magical night. :)

The Crown Room was a perfect spot for our reception venue! The food was great, the staff was attentive, and the set up and take down was executed perfectly! Cindy and Natalie were great to work with and their communication was flawless through the many emails back and forth while setting up the wedding plans. The staff at the Crown Room set everything up, so we didn't have to stress on the wedding day and they also packed everything up so we could enjoy our wedding day until the very end. The chicken, brisket, and steak were amazing and had great flavors! We were checked on pretty frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and I couldn't have asked for a better place to host our wedding reception. I'd highly recommend using the Crown Room for your wedding or other events in the future!

We used The Crown Room for our reception and loved it! Minimal decorating was needed as the venue is amazing on its own! Cindy was great to work with! Would recommend to anyone!

Day of, this was the VERY BEST team to work with. Their bartenders were wonderful, their serving staff quick and efficient, and their nightly crew was AMAZING! I have to give a HUGE shout out to the kids who were stuck cleaning up our dance floor multiple times throughout the night over our split drinks. They could have been so annoyed and upset, but instead they can out and danced while they cleaned! It was an absolute ball and my guests definitely wanted them to stay (they had some pretty sweet moves!). My biggest feedback is if you host a bar, make sure you talk to the staff in TOTAL spend (taxes and fees included) otherwise the 22% service charge could definitely ruin your night. Again, we love love LOVED our wedding night! Thank you so so much to the Crown Room team! <3

All I can say is WOW! The Crown Room far exceeded my expectations for a wedding venue. The guests at our wedding repeatedly told us how beautiful everything was and how exceptional the staff was. If you want the WOW factor this is the place to go. Cindy Hunnicutt, Banquet Sales and Marketing Director was phenomenal. She treated our wedding event as if it was her own personal event, she was all in. Cindy was professional, accommodating, helpful, understanding, calming, prepared, attentive, simply outstanding. I cannot put into words just how happy I am that we chose the Crown Room for my daughters wedding. If you are looking for a wedding venue, this is the place to go! I have nothing but good words to say about the Crown Room. During the chaos of 2020 (when we were originally supposed to have our reception), they were nothing but flexible and helpful. When we were able to actually have out reception in August 2021, the experience was amazing. The staff and bartenders were very attentive and well trained. Many of my guest commented on how wonderful the service was and how smoothly the night ran. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

When Looking for a venue we cycled through quite a few amazing places, but when we found the Crown Room we knew we found the venue for us. The staff and the space were amazing. They were very open on all changes over the crazy year that was 2020 and kept us in the loop on all info as it became available. My wife and I were very fortunate to have worked with Gina before her last day and the transition to the new Event planners Cindy and Kate. Everything from food tastings and vendor selections were available for us to see in person before choosing. Everything they assisted us with really made our day extra special. We were really amazed by how our day came together and a large portion of it was due to the service and support from the Crown Room.

Great experience overall! Downside was the food we had as bride and groom. We picked the steak and a lemon shrimp dish and they were both horrible. However, our guests all said their food was fantastic. They had the pork and the chicken wrapped in bacon. Beautiful venue, overall good customer service, easy to work with.

We are very impressed with the service we received at the Crown Room. Even with the coordinator leaving a few months before the wedding, the current staff was very easy to communicate with and did very well executing our vision. They set up and helped take down all décor which made things much easier. The food at our reception was slightly different than what we had at our food tasting; however, it was still wonderful. The bartenders were top notch! We highly recommend the Crown Room for your wedding reception.

We were unable to have our wedding at The Crown Room due to Covid, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write a rave review. Gina is amazing to work with, and her communication is unmatched. When Covid hit she updated us on a regular basis, and was fair and flexible with the several reschedules we had. If you're looking for a beautiful affordable venue with amazing service, this is the place!

Gina is absolutely incredible to work with. Although we we're unable to have our reception there she made the planning process such a breeze. There was nothing to worry about! We highly recommend booking your wedding at The Crown Room, it is gorgeous!

We weren't able to have our wedding at the Crown Room because of COVID, but the staff was so wonderful and communicative the whole time. We really felt like they were looking out for our best interests, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue.

Due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our reception at the Crown Room, but during the entire time of planning Gina was amazing to work with and the multiple times we saw the venue it always looked beautiful. It would have been amazing had it worked out for us to have our reception there, but either way we would definitely recommend checking out the Crown Room.

Because of COVID-19 we had to cancel our reception at the Crown Room but the many months we planned for our wedding at the Crown Room was amazing. We loved the process and we loved the experience. Everyone was so helpful and attentive during our tour and the process to begin planning. When COVID-19 hit Gina was so kind as to walk us through our options and help us figure things out. Also, highly recommend the wedding open house they hold! It is such a great opportunity to get to know the venue and all it has to offer as well as try some delicious food. You will not regret holding your reception at this beautiful venue.

We had the pleasure of working with Gina at the Crown Room to plan our 2020 wedding. While we were unable to host our wedding at the Crown Room due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were blown away with Gina's service. She is kind, thoughtful, innovative and responsive. Dropping in to let the wedding world know how wonderful The Crown Room and their staff are. I have to give them a huge shout out for how easy they make the wedding planning process. The communication during planning was phenomenal and very organized. It truly made a difference when you are making all these decisions regarding the big day. The taste testing/open house was fun and well put together. Gina, the event coordinator, truly seems to care so much about her couples. I would highly recommend having your wedding here. The kicker: Covid got in the way with our wedding reception at The Crown Room. I am extremely bummed that I don't get to celebrate our marriage in this gorgeous facility, but am so very grateful they were able to work with me and be very flexible during these unsure and trying times. I wish I could give Gina and the Crown Room more than 5 stars. When we first started looking for a reception venue, I had a pretty defined vision and budget. We ended up choosing The Crown Room because Gina impressed me with her organization, the fact that the staff took care of all of the decorating for us and all of it fit into what we had budgeted. Then we got to do the food and dessert tastings and we were even more excited. When COVID hit, we rescheduled our early April wedding to the end of July and Gina was outstanding making sure all the details got transferred and worked with me as I got all 6 of our other vendors switched over. We talked weekly in May and June as she helped us work through re-planning. Ultimately we decided to get married vs. postponing our wedding again from the July date, so we did not get to experience the awesome Crown Room for our reception and I was so disappointed. However, Gina continued to work with us as we to figure out details for our smaller wedding and even sent a message on our wedding day letting us know they were thinking of us. I wish we could have had our reception at The Crown Room and I would recommend them to anyone who asks, over and over.

From start to finish Gina and the Crown Room Staff were incredible! We toured plenty of venues but the Crown Room was magical and reasonably fit into our budget. We got married on the special day of February 29, 2020 and it truly was a magical experience! Gina was always willing to chat and give advice and help point us in the right direction! The team there impressed everyone on the day of - from the smallest of details(bringing my husband and I some apps when we finally got into the building) to the big stuff (putting all of our decorations up literally perfectly!). Gina at the Crown Room has made our wedding experience amazing! We had to cancel our event at the Crown Room because of COVIID so didn't end up have our big day there. During the entire planning process and COVIID unknowns, Gina was knowledgeable, worked to give us what we wanted or needed, calming, kept us updated on what was going on, and super helpful in ideas for planning and possible changes as they occured. I would highly recommend working with Gina at the Crown Room to plan any event, she will make it amazing!

Working with Gina and the rest of The Crown Room team was amazing. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness and kindness we experienced was 2nd to none. Gina and her team were always available to answer any questions we had. When Gina tells you she is available anytime, SHE MEANS IT! Although my wife Ali and I were affected by the Coronavirus in our wedding process and ultimately decided to cancel our event, Gina and the Crown Room were there to support us in our decision and assisted with the process of contacting vendors and were flawless in the refunds. Gina and The Crown Room really stand by their clients and respect their opinions and decisions. This is a breathe of fresh air compared to the transactional nature you tend to deal with, with other companies. The only place we toured and were very impressed right away. everything is spelled out and honest up front. did not have any hidden cost, and ALL of the staff was super helpful and listened to every detail we wanted. There was no request too big for them to handle. really appreciated how smooth the process was. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with staff that does not push and can take no for an answer, this is your venue!

We had the most magical reception at the Crown Room! We loved all the staff that we had the opportunity to meet and work with the day of our wedding! Jen and Gina were so mindful of all the little details I had in mind for our wedding day and they really nailed it on the head! The room comfortably held all 220 of our guests. We could have not imagined a better place or staff to have our wedding reception with! We will be recommending the Crown Room to all our friends!

From the first tour my husband and I were in awe of the space and staff at The Crown Room in Rogers MN. Communication was prompt, expectations in terms of pricing were clear, and the space itself was not only beautiful but well maintained. The staff on the day of our wedding were attentive and every detail was carried out spectacularly. If I could do it all over again, I would choose The Crown Room again!

We had our ceremony and reception here. Gina and Jen were professional and knowledgable to work with and made planning our wedding from out-of-state easy, stress free, and fun! This venue was the perfect setting for a warm and cozy atmosphere and they partner with the best of the best vendors. It was the perfect size for our 130 guest count and our guests described the atmosphere as beautiful, gorgeous, and enchanted. We rented uplighting and edison bulbs from a preferred vendor and the Crown Room provided an amazing fireplace focal with fairy birch lighted trees. I also appreciated that this venue allowed us to release Sky Lanterns and Sparklers, features that many venues would normally not allow. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was not being able to have Gina or Jen on site with me the day of the wedding and having to work with staff I hadn't met prior to the wedding day. As with all weddings there were a few small hiccups throughout the day that could have easily been prevented had I been able to work directly with the day of manager. Other than that, you're in good hands here and have a team that wants to give you an amazing day!

The Crown Room exceeded our expectations! Gina and Jen were great to work with; they were organized, knowledgeable, professional, answered all of our questions, and more. They made sure the process leading up to, and our wedding ran smoothly. The staff was great as well. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and spacious, and the food was amazing. Comments we received from our guests: the venue was beautiful, having the additional spaces in the lobby and outside were nice for people who didn't want to be right by the music, and the food was great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The Crown Room was the perfect venue, and I would highly recommend them for weddings and events.

Every good thing that was written about the Crown Room is spot on! Jen and Gina were amazing and easy to work with! They were very organized, knowledgeable, helpful, and responded to emails in a timely manner. They made the wedding planning process easy, which is hard to do during the stress of planning a wedding! They have an eye for things and made the room absolutely beautiful with the extra decor we gave them! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful throughout the night! Unexpected things came up and they were able to take action right away to help make the night go smoothly. The food was absolutely AMAZING as well! We were so impressed by how organized Gina and Jen were. They helped from from the very beginning of our reservation to the last hour of our wedding. They made sure everything flowed smoothly and talked to our vendors to ensure everybody was on time for the reception. The staffs were very polite and respectful. Gina was there the night of my wedding to ensure the operations ran smoothly. They were very responsive to our wedding coordinators. The staffs checked on the Bride and Groom periodically to ensure things are running correct. The Crown Room made my reception awesome! I would recommend the Crown Room!

If you are considering having your wedding at the crown room then absolutely do it! I am a very particular person and have high expectations. Gina and Jen blew me away with every aspect of the planning process. They were extremely responsive and I never waited a full day to hear back from them with any questions, changes or concerns. They insured trust and kept their promise. We had our wedding reception and grooms dinner there. The food was amazing and served in a timely manner. The decorations were setup exactly as we requested and looked amazing! We have had numerous guests go out of their way to tell us how beautiful our wedding was and how special and welcomed they felt having the crown room employees there to open the doors and welcome them into the venue. We are so grateful we were able to have our wedding reception at The Crown Room. The staff was incredible-- easy to work with, clear in communication, and made sure all the little details worked together smoothly. Not only was our experience with the staff wonderful, but the food was a highlight for our guests. I still hear from guests weeks later that it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had!! The venue is beautiful in pictures, but it's even more beautiful in person. We saved money by not needing to buy many decorations because the place was beautiful without adding much else. I would strongly recommend The Crown Room to anyone who wants their planning process and special day to be low on stress, beautiful, and a blast.

An absolutely wonderful venue. After spending five minutes viewing the site and talking with their staff we knew that this was the place for us. The food was outstanding and our guests let us know how much they enjoyed it for several days after the wedding. The service is top class from every single staff member, and everyone at your wedding is treated with care. We could never speak highly enough about both Jen and Gina! The two of them were so helpful in every single aspect and guided us through a large portion of our planning. They truly cared about us and it showed with every interaction we had. There is no way our wedding would have turned out as well as it did without their help. We are so thankful for the Crown Room and its Staff. They truly made it a perfect day for us! This venue is without a doubt worth every penny (it's​ also very affordable by the way!) and you should absolutely get in touch with them about hosting your wedding!

We LOVED The Crown Room. Gina & Jen are amazing to work with. They respond promptly to everything and make sure to have everything documented so the day of goes fantastic. The staff that we worked with on the day of our wedding were beyond phenomenal. We had extra decor and they decorated extra things without us even having to ask. The staff paid attention to each little detail. They made sure our head table of 23 people was served at the exact same moment- it was amazing to watch. All of our guests raved about the food, including the late night pizza. The bartenders were efficient- our guests never had to wait for a drink and anytime myself or my husband walked up they had our drinks ready. The best part of The Crown Room was the staff set-up and took down all of our decor so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The Crown Room was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our December 2018 wedding at the Crown Room! Gina and Jen were a joy to work with. They made the whole process of booking and planning so easy and stress free. One of the main reasons we were interested in the Crown Room (besides the beautiful fireplace, large windows, and ceiling beams) was because they are a full service vendor. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room, they have their own chef and pastry chef, wait staff and bar service. The food is sooo good! From the open house in January that had appetizer/cake tasting and entree tasting a few months before the big day, we were constantly impressed and stuffed! We received countless positive reviews from family members and guest on how incredible the dinner, cupcakes and hors d’oeuvres were at the wedding. Some guests even describes the food service as “magical,” the servers seem to appear out of no where and serve all tables at the same time. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well as the reception. We loved being able to create our own aisle design and ambience. The guests did not sit in rows but instead at the tables they would be served dinner. I loved how this was set up, it felt more cozy and less formal and intimidating to me and my husband. We were allowed to take photos on site before the ceremony. There are many beautiful locations on the Crown Room grounds as well as inside to take photos as a large group or as a couple. We found it very sweet that this beautiful room was nestled in a senior living facility. There were many residents that would sit in their front lounge and admire all the beautiful dresses and give such kind compliments and advice to us newlyweds! I could go on and on about what an amazing experience we had at the Crown Room. Bottom line, if you love this venue book it before it’s too late!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Our experience at The Crown Room was beyond amazing! This was the first venue we toured, and nothing compared. The service, attention to details, professionalism, response time, helpfulness, flexibility, and kindness won us over immediately. Our expectations were met and exceeded by Gina, Jen, Kristen, and all of the staff! We constantly felt taken care of. It felt like we were their sole focus during the entire planning process. The food was AMAZING! Everything from the Potstickers and Meatball appetizers, to the main entrees, and finally the cake was impeccable. Our guests raved about the meals, the drinks, the service, and the venue itself all night, and still afterwards! The Crown Room definitely made our day go from great to unforgettable.

Can I give them more than 5 stars. Gina, Jen and the rest of the staff at the Crown Room MADE planning my son and now daughter in laws wedding so easy. Yep, you can find a less expensive place to have your wedding, but you will NOT be disappointed if you go with the Crown Room. Food was OUTSTANDING - certainly not "typical" wedding food. Flavorful, hot and delicious. If you are looking for one less thing to stress about, book the Crown Room and they will take care of everything - even stuff that you hadn't even thought of! You guys are the BEST!

The Crown Room worked tirelessly with us to create the space we wanted for our ceremony and reception. The venue was affordable, and the food was delicious. The flexibility and range of options is something we enjoyed. The natural beauty of the Crown Room is what really caught our attention. We built on top of the existing structure by creating a woodsy theme without having to go over the top. The result was a classy, subtle, beautiful ceremony and reception. The staff kept us on track, and were so accommodating and kind the whole way through. The Crown Room staff offer premium service and go above and beyond to check in on you and make sure everything is going to your plan. Thank you so much for making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be. I honestly cannot think of one thing the Crown Room did wrong. We are completely satisfied and they never once convoluted our expectations.

This venue has a truly unique and wonderful atmosphere and incredible staff. One of the major benefits of going here is that they do pretty much all the set up and take down of your decorations - all you have to do is bring them in the week before. Not having to worry about when we could get in to decorate or who we were going to delegate to decorate it all and take it all down was such a huge weight off my chest. Literally everyone at the Crown Room went above and beyond to make our day spectacular. Not only were we incredibly impressed, but our guests were too. Everyone raved about how good the food was (we heard from so many that it was the best wedding food they've every had), how gorgeous the place was, and how professional the staff was. They paid extra special attention to us as the bride and groom, making sure we had what we needed all night long. Would 100% recommend. You won't regret it!

Couldn't have been happier, we had a few bumps that went so smoothly we barely noticed because of the staff at the Crown Room. Planning was a breeze because of the help we had from Jen and Gina.

When the wedding party arrived to the Crown Room from our bus, they were even waiting as we got off with appetizers for us! We got so many compliments on the meals and how delicious they were! The food was passed out in a very timely manner, and was all still warm and perfect when it was served, which was a big deal to us. We had two flavors of cake, and they were both so good! At the end of the night, the staff took everything down for us and packed it up, we hardly had any clean up to do! Everything from start to finish at the Crown Room was amazing, and I highly recommend them as a venue!

We have been to the crown room a couple times for other weddings however we couldn't explain how great of a feeling it was to be in such good hands throughout our own. From the planning stages to the followthrough on first class service we couldn't be happier we decided to go with the Crown Room for our wedding reception venue. We were married at The Crown Room in November 2018 and couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful venue as well as amazing staff that helped us throughout the planning process. The building is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings and surrounding windows letting in natural lighting. We didn’t need much decor bc the building has so much to offer with beautiful wood vaults, brick, a wall waterfall in the lobby and a large beautiful fireplace. The staff at The Crown Room made the planning process fun and seamless! On the day of the wedding they were also there to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were always cheerful and willing to take the time to listen, walking is through the entire planning process. I felt like they were close friends by the time the wedding came! They were very responsive to questions and willing to make changes to accommodate us along the way. The wedding day turned out even better than I had imagined. The crown room is hands down the best wedding venue we have ever been to. We have been guests there, and now we can proudly say, we had our wedding there! Jen and Gina are truly passionate and caring when it comes to wedding planning. They are detail oriented, organized, and very efficient. They always got back to me within 24 hours or less if I had any questions or thoughts. The venue space is perfect. Everything is in one area, and I was looking for that (no one wants to lose wedding guests at the bar). The food was fantastic. Everyone raved about it. Food had perfect portions and everyone got served at the same time. Which made everything go smoothly and go as planned. The over all hospitality was perfect. Everyone was greeted at the door and coats were checked if needed. We also loved that they put up and took down all wedding decor. Huge stress reliever. Over all, our wedding was amazing and everything turned out perfect. Thank you Crown Room!

Our experience with The Crown Room was amazing. Just like everything else, planning takes month and month of preparation. Gina & Jen, along with all the other staff, went above and beyond to make sure our planning process was smooth and timeless. They were always there to answer your questions and knew exactly what to do on the day of. We could not have had a better day without all the amazing staff. We got lots of compliments from our friends and family about how amazing the food was and how polite and professional the banquet staff were. Highly recommend The Crown Room to anyone and we will never forget our special day because of them!
