d potatoes!! I have some picky family members that like to complain about food everywhere they go and they didn’t make a peep, so that says a lot! I would for sure recommend The Cruisin’ Chef for any event and I’m so happy we used them for our wedding.

he amount of people that asked us if we had leftovers to share was nearly indecent 🤣🤣 through the entire process it was like having another friend along for the ride with us. Thank you thank you thank you for being the most amazing caterer.
As a note the bridal package we did we got the following:
Charcuterie, Mongolian meatballs, egg rolls
Champagne chicken, Grecian chicken, and London broil with pesto.
Sides were garlic parmasan mashed potatos, green beans almondine, cornbread stuffing, Mostaccioli and of course the salad bar with bread rolls!
As a note, we ordered maybe 15 extra plates after quite a few no shows and we have been eating leftovers for WEEKS! They 100% know how to make sure everyone is fed
Alanna and her husband started off as head chef and event coordinator for a golf course in Detroit and they know weddings backwards and forwards. This made their services even more...
helpful as they had recommendations and were so wonderful start to finish. Their food was also INCREDIBLE. We went with their wedding package but they will also serve off the truck or do more specialized options. I truly cannot recommend them enough for your wedding.
