erall experience. Cat was AMAZING. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and ON TIME. The rest of the staff were nothing but helpful and we couldn't praise them enough. As a wedding venue, we couldn't find fault in anything. We used vendors recommended by the venue- everyone worked so well together and this made for a perfect day. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful and elegant our wedding was. As a bride, having zero stress on my wedding day was not what I expected. Thank you Cat and Crystal Ballroom for that! Highly recommend this venue!

planning process and on the day of the wedding they made me feel great. The bartender made sure I had a drink and the servers helped me with my and my husbands food. The decor looked so beeautiful. ginal wedding plans fell through. They were able to accommodate us quickly and helped make the situation that much less stressful. The only complaints our guests had were that the bussing staff was too quick on the pick up of drinks and plates. Almost all my guests were upset that they did not even get to have a sip of their champagne after the toast as they were picked up off the table, without comment. Additionally the same was said about plates of food. Other than those two things, guest raved about the location, and I am raving about the behind the scenes staff :)

ager was not friendly and never even knew who I was when I came in even the week of the wedding while meeting my photographer at the venue it seemed like they thought my photographer was the bride. Every time we discussed a detail for the day of it seemed very hard to get an understanding however everything did go as planned. One huge issue I had was the fact that they told me they only do rehearsals Monday-Thursday. Our wedding was on Sat so I had to have my out of town guests there early to make this happen which was not an issue until I came in to get ready the day of the wedding and low and behold there is someone doing a rehearsal in the room that our wedding was going to be in. They stayed up until my guests starting arriving and I had to ask the staff to have them leave twice. This to me is very unprofessional I was forced to have my rehearsal on a certain day but others apparently get special treatment and it was weird for my guests to come in and see that going on. I guess if I was a higher paying customer I would have received special treatment as well.

complaint with the venue is the customer service. The staff was very disorganized and not helpful. The day of the rehearsal they wanted all the stuff dropped off at the venue and they would hold it for the wedding. They failed to tell me I would be unloading everything through a back door, walking across a dance lesson and placing my stuff underneath a computer desk. They also lost some of my wedding things during clean up so I was out memorabilia I had wanted.
My wedding was just perfect! Thanks Crystal Ballroom Staff.
