The crystal room was beautiful. Can’t say enough about their Professionalism! Our daughter and son in-laws wedding was perfect!! From the large portions of food to the bar service. Everything was great! We even hired the DJ through them and Tim did an amazing job!! Thank you crystal room!

Bruce and Tish. We had our wedding here three years ago on June 24 2017 and let me tell you the best service I have ever had food was good everyone was nice we had the best wedding that year and I can’t believe it s been three years later I would and I still do recommend this venue I was one Bride who didn’t have to stress on my wedding day. Thank you again Crystal Room.

I can't say enough good things about The Crystal Room at Old San Francisco Steakhouse! Gina Salazar made sure ever detail was taken care of and had no problem revising our contract as many times as needed. Renee was an outstanding host and made sure we both felt like a king and queen on our special night. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. The photos at our venue came out beautiful and our guests were very impressed by the place. This venue ensures everything is taken care of so you can have a stress free wedding. 5 stars for the Crystal Room!

We had our wedding at the Crystal Room in May 2015, and really recommend this venue to anyone getting married in CT. It started out well during the planning process when Korey was very accommodating as neither I nor the groom were in CT, so my family had to do most of coordination that had to be done in person. Korey was very responsive to emails and helped out with every detail I had any questions about. You are able to get a package that includes everything, or you may choose to get your own DJ, limo, etc. The venue was perfect since it had the outdoor ceremony garden area we were looking for, along with the outdoor cocktail hour, and then the beautiful reception hall that had a nice size dance floor we really wanted. The food was tasty, and there was plenty of it. Guests all had a great time and told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Korey was great with the rehearsal too, as she helped guide us through everything since our officiant couldn't make it to the rehearsal. Korey and the staff were really helpful on the day of the wedding. In addition to setting everything up as we discussed, they were asking us if we needed anything. I remember Korey finding a ring pillow right before the ceremony and making sure that the ring bearer got it (since we must've forgotten to get it to him). She asked if we needed anything, like food or drinks. She unlocked the bridal suite when we needed it, and was available all night long to assist with any of our needs. It really made everything run smoothly and knowing that Korey and her staff were nearby cause less worry on my end, so I could actually relax and enjoy the wedding. Everything was great, and we cannot thank the Crystal Room and the staff for making it so wonderful for us. We hope we get to attend someone else's wedding in the Crystal Room in the future.

The Crystal Room was PERFECT for our wedding reception! The flower garden was beautiful for pictures and the banquet room was so romantic!! The people there were excellent and always ready with whatever my husband or I needed. The food was amazing as well!! So many of our wedding guests said it was the best wedding they have been to, and a huge part of that was the staff at the Crystal Room. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff was one of the friendly most helpful ones I've ever seen. They were always asking if we needed anything and were on top of keeping the food and drinks flowing. The venue only hosts one event at a time which I loved. The food was incredible and my guest all left very happy! Highly recommended!!

I had been to a wedding for my cousin at The Crystal Room when I was younger and had remembered it when we got engaged. I currently live in California, so my mom and my sister did most of the planning in CT. The woman in charge, Korey, was very helpful, efficient and professional. I was able to buy a package that included the DJ, cake and limo for the day of, which took stress away from having to find those things. I was nervous to see everything come together, but on our wedding day I was more than pleased to see what a great job my family and Korey had done. The day went perfectly; the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and the cake was gorgeous. I would recommend The Crystal Room to any couples getting married in Connecticut

The Crystal Room was the perfect wedding venue in which I give all the credit for making my dreams come true. The venue is hidden away on a hill just off the highway, making it easy to get to but at the same time it felt like a destination wedding. Korey created my dream wedding throughout my DIY frantic and pieced-together planning process. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I was amazed with how professional, friendly, accommodating, and understanding she was towards me. I clearly remember the rushed preparation before the ceremony that was only pieced together beautifully thanks to the staff. Unlike everyone else who plans a wedding, I brought everything that needed to be set up in the reception hall 45 minutes before the actual event. I was so worried about getting my guestbook/memorial table, gift table, cake servers and flutes set up while giving all of the guys and my girls their flowers and gifts and getting myself in my dress and ready at the same time. Korey truly saved my day by accommodating all of my mini disasters, making sure everything was placed where it should be, and smiling throughout the process. Her spirit is what really saved my day. I remember looking at her during the bridal prep as she asked me if I needed anything to drink or whatever and thinking ‘this is all coming together and it will all be fine.’ She was amazing at setting the tone in a room and calming not only me but anyone else that was around her. All of our guests commented that our wedding was the best wedding they’ve been to either ever or in a long time. I am so proud to have chosen a venue with such an amazing atmosphere both in the ceremony garden and in the gorgeous main dining room. I particularly loved the golden rose embroidered chairs since I was adamant about finding a venue with chairs that I didn’t need to cover. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the staff is truly amazing at what they do. Our entire day flowed so smoothly and whimsically that I can’t wait to attend someone else’s wedding at The Crystal Room! From beginning to end The Crystal Room exceeded both my husband and my as well as all of our guests’ expectations. I couldn’t have chosen a better venue that values customer service, good vibes, and true love (if that makes sense). Thank you so much Korey and everyone else at The Crystal Room! Thank you for the romantic ceremony atmosphere, the amazing food and sweet champagne, thank you for your perfected service, and thank you for not only saving but for putting together all of our desires like it was nothing. We couldn’t have had a more beautiful day!

They did a GREAT job! So many guests said it was the best wedding they'd been to. The ceremony was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all the details were perfect! I highly recommend The Crystal Room. Their packages include DJ, cake, limo, linens, a hotel suite... so many extras! It was nice having everything together like that. The staff went above & beyond to make our day special. I can't say enough nice things about them!
