Apple Bar, and they went above and beyond by decorating their stand with a fun Halloween theme. The employees were thrilled to enjoy such delicious, custom-made caramel apples. The Cupcake Bar is extremely professional, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. They even sent me a thoughtful thank-you note a few days after the event, which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend them for any event—you won’t be disappointed!

delicious, and a huge hit with our guests! We had a wonderful experience working with Kim and Alexa up to the event. That tasting blew us away, and we knew we were in good hands. Alexa designed the vinyl for our wall, and she was fantastic. We so appreciated the extra time and care she put into designing our custom vinyl backdrop. It was stunning and exactly what we wanted! Ashlee served our guests at the wedding, and she was excellent. She really helped bring the fun element we wanted our guests to feel! We're also grateful for the time she took to box up the extra donuts and packaging two of them especially for us, too. All of the donuts found good homes at the end of the reception! All in all, we're so happy to have found The Cupcake Bar and had them at our wedding.

uests. I wanted something customizable and I recalled my employer hiring them for a doughnut wall that was a ton of fun. The cupcake bar was a huge hit with our guests. Since I was running around all night I didn’t get to go up to the actual table, but they packed up all the extras and I enjoyed them later. Not only were they prompt and matched the wedding decor, but they were delicious. I was so happy to have been able to give our guests more choices and the cost was about the same as having one large cake made. They have other options too if cupcakes isn’t what you want. Seriously, just book them, they are amazing.

If you are getting married in the Austin/Dripping Springs area and are looking for something other than a traditional wedding cake to have at your wedding, I highly recommend this vendor!

ar! It was spectacular! Seriously, the highlight of the night. If you are looking for a special “extra” for a party, this is it! I talked to them and then went and did a tasting. Bc it was a surprise bday party for the groom of a wedding, we already had cake coming, so I chose to have them bring out a floating tray of donuts. I had initially tasted several flavors and icing flavors and we looked at pictures so that I could design the whole look. I was able to go with 2 donut flavors with a pink buttercream, gold pearl sprinkles and gold tall skinny candles. She carried them out on a white open tray that I chose that had been imprinted with our monogram (nice touch). The white tray looked like it was floating bc it was held up with 2 dozen gold and silver balloons. I was even able to choose the outfit the Cupcake girl wore! Silver and black sequins in this case. She was perfectly on time, looked flawless, worked seemlessly with my wedding planner and arrived early (9ish) and stayed until 11pm. Everyone loved the donuts! They could not stop raving about the cinnamon sugar ones. I really liked that all payments were handled electronically. And again, I really like the tasting and preparation/planning process. Super professional, these ladies and gents know their business! I wish I could post the video someone made of her walking out onto our beautiful dance floor surrounded by walls of draping, amber uplighting, huge white arrangements, her sequined dress carrying this floating tray with all these balloons and the gold sparkly candles as the 10-piece brass band played Happy Birthday, seemingly in slow motion, and presented them to my groom. Priceless.

Leading up to wedding day was simple because Lori and Kimberly made sure everything was good on their end and all of my questions were answered. Day of - I didn't even realize that they were setting up because of how quiet and quick they were. I ordered the mini cupcakes and they were a hit. There was a longgggggg line of guests waiting to get their hands on some delicious cupcakes. My mistake was not having two tables set up with more cupcake bartenders! The table set up was perfect and looked elegant. I would definitely use their services again AND recommend that you hire them! I cannot say enough good things about these two ladies and the service that they provide!

s we tried are amazing and the price is even better than ordering a wedding cake. The idea of having a bar serving dessert was a hit with our guests. We had two bars for 175 guests and it worked perfectly. In addition, the process to finalize details was very professional and easy to follow. Lori's teams is so friendly and they set up the bars to match your theme if you specify it - an amazing package!

desserts were both perfect and delicious! Great variety and loved that you could personalize the trays! Had the doughnut wall at an 80 person event and the guests raved about it! Everyone wanted a selfie with the wall and the doughnuts tasted and looked amazing! Each and every person I worked with at The Cupcake Bar was helpful, friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them and cannot wait to use them again!
