The cake and cupcakes were delicious, no question. However, communication was difficult and the owner was completely inflexible with covid, how our original wedding was 300 then down to 125, no refund or credit.

BE AWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They mess up orders all the time. If you do take out check your order before you leave. Also note, when they mess up, they will not make it right for the customer.

Rachel worked with us to make our 3 tier wedding cake, we did a cupcake tasting with our moms and decided on lemon with lemon curd, chocolate with almond frosting, and peanut butter oreo with peanut butter frosting. They did not have any cupcakes with almond frosting at the time so when we inquired about that Rachel went to the back and whipped up some almond frosting real quick so we could taste it. Rachel was super artistic and designed our cake just as asked down to the color palette.

I will be the first to admit that I was a complete slacker on getting my wedding cake ordering together. If any of you brides are reading this review be prepared to judge me appropriately - I went in just short of 2 weeks before my wedding date. I would not recommend anyone do this unless you were literally planning a wedding in a very short time (and good luck to you!) Anyway Rachel was kind enough to meet with me and able to pull together exactly what I wanted, a small cake for me (and my husband, I guess) as well as a variety of delicious cupcakes for our guests. I have heard nothing but positive feedback on the desserts as well as inquiries on the company and baker. For an additional charge they set up at the venue which was reasonable. Rachel, the baker, was also very accommodating in developing the perfect purple for my little cake and was probably the nicest person I have ever met. Next time I need an order of deserts I will go through them but will be nice enough to give them a little notice!
