June, 2015: This company is a scam. A few days before the wedding they said they would no longer be able to provide transportation. They said they would refund the money but never did and all communication stopped. December 2017 Update: My wedding was 2 and a half years ago and I got an email from WeddingWire last month stating that the Dallas Transporter group has disputed my review on their website. This company is ridiculous and not professional. Not only have they not refunded me the money, they wait over 2 years to dispute a review and have not contacted me yet.

Wanted to say Thank You to The Dallas Transporter for making my wedding incredibly special and memorable. The day was amazing but to have the best service from Jake and Michael, our two limo drivers. They were only on time but EARLY. The limos were spotless and they allowed us to decorate them ahead of time which made it super unique. Thank you so much The Dallas Transporter for making the day so easy.

I booked an Escalade SUV limo to get myself, my mother and my bridesmaids from my apartment to my venue on my wedding day. I completed booking online very easily, and for what I found to be an extremely reasonable price which even included gratuity. On my wedding day, our driver actually arrived close to 30 minutes early and informed me that he would be waiting outside. They have a policy that if they are 15 minutes late, your ride will be free and so he was there well ahead of schedule. Driver was polite and helpful and got me and my girls to our destination on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their website couldn't have been easier to navigate and everything went seamlessly.

SCAMERS! SCAMERS! SCAMERS!!! We relied on the reviews when we booked and after our fiasco with this company we found out the “5 stars” ratings are from the employees and family members! These people were so quick to respond with any questions, and had insured us of all the things they would do for us and on the day of our wedding they didn’t even show up! Our wedding planner had to be the one to reach out to them because they were causing all of us to be late (we sent a timeline in advance), and then they proceeded to tell us the limo broke down and did not have a replacement for us. If it were not for the wedding planner finding a back up limo for the rest of the day it would have really ruined our day. To make matters worse, we had communicated with them since and they told us they will be refunding us and gave us a timeline when the money would come, and one month later we have not been reimbursed and had to file a lawsuit! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Honestly, was a little nervous their limos weren't gonna be what I expected. But boy was I wrong... they had a great stereo system, awesome driver (most favorite driver I've ever come by, he was so much fun haha) I'd reccormend them.

We had a fantastic experience with The Dallas Transporter. We used them for our getaway ride in their Mercedes, but we also used them the day before our wedding. We rented a party bus and took my family from out state for a night on the town! We loved our driver and the experience so much that we went over 3 hours past our reservation... oops :) Would highly recommend them. Their prices aren't the lowest in town but to me, that's a very good thing! :)

My family come down here to Dallas for my wedding, but they all arrived one day early. That first day, we all agreed to chip in a little to have a night out on the town for 25 of us in a party bus. The Bus was AWESOME!! The driver Preston was so nice and gave us suggestions on where to eat and took us through some neighborhoods with really nice houses (Highland Park) that we had never seen before. All in all the experience was so great that we even went over our original booking by 3 hours... oops :-) Would recommend them anytime!

I had been referred to The Dallas Transporter by one of my friends at work, who had used them for a party bus and getaway car for their wedding. I ended up using them for my wedding, and they couldn't have given me a better experience! They were there early, dressed up so nice, and the cars were clean and new. They knew exactly where to go, and we were able to keep the party bus a few more hours than we originally planned. Thanks again!!!

Very prompt, professional, and truly delivered great customer service. This was a perfect way to end my wedding night as he greeted us by name, opened doors, took bags and whisked us away. Really made me/us feel special. Thanks again!!!!
