Upon arriving you notice something is different in this luxury hotel. We are the first new hotel in downtown, designed with a nod to nostalgia and a timeless twist. Our staff too is different and ready to be at your service. We enjoy connecting visitors to the thriving local beach & nightlife culture to include the city’s first 25th floor rooftop bar; Sparrow, with 360 views.
It’s our mission to create magic for your Event by leveraging our culinary expertise and passion for food and wine. We’ll craft the perfect balance of artful presentation and fresh & delicious food.

understanding the wedding process and helping me through all my questions and concerns. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating throughout this whole process. The dalmar not only was aesthetically a great venue but from the beginning gave us so many options to allow us to use the entire venue how we desired. What made the dalmar special from other hotels/venues in the area is giving us full access to the venue spaces for the weekend rather than sharing multiple ballrooms/outdoor areas with other parties which really made this place feel like our own and gave us the flexibility and ease of changes plans for weather. Another reason why we chose the Dalmar is they are a full service venue. Everything from food, furniture, linens, and hotel accommodations are provided by the hotel which made planning everything much easier for us. Most of our guests were from out of town and stayed at the Dalmar for the full weekend. Everyone was really impressed with their hotel stay, our event and everything in between. I also received so many compliments on the food which is such important factor for guests. We couldn’t have imagined a better wedding weekend. Thank you so much to Alyanna and the entire staff at the hotel for making it so special for us. 12/10 recommend for your wedding or any big event!!
