The Davis-Shai House

Here, you can erect an event tent or simply set seating up on the grass for your special service. You can also hold you cocktail reception here following your vow exchange, taking some time to enjoy the carefully maintained greenery and gardens. Your reception can take place in a number of different rooms inside the Davis-Shai House itself. For intimate events, the Camelot Room is available, with seating to accommodate up to 85 guests. This room features a cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing any celebration in natural light. For larger get-togethers, the Camelot Room can be joined with the adjacent Fairview Room, combining to create space for up to 125 guests. Add the veranda and lawn and increase your guest count to 350+. Tent rental is available if needed. The Davis-Shai House offers a number of inclusive packages to aid in your seamless celebration. These packages include in-house catering, which features plated lunches and dinners, as well as buffet and hors d’oeuvres options. Bar services can also be requested. Event rentals are available from the property, including chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, linens, centerpieces, and more.
