We were also at one point 30 minutes ahead of schedule which is unheard of on a wedding day. We heard from all of our guests that she was hands down the best coordinator they have ever seen at a wedding. We've been raving about her to everyone since our wedding and truly it could not have been as perfect as it was without her.

o our wedding and Rosalie was with us on our wedding day to ensure everything went to plan! I had so many of my vendors tell me how on top of everything Caroline was. They expressed that Caroline made their jobs so much easier by reaching out in such a timely manner and being so organized. She created a day of schedule that was flawless and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. She also thought of every single detail possible to check in with us on. Rose was such a calming, positive energy to have surrounding us on our wedding day. She genuinely put us at ease and made us feel so relaxed. She worked to follow the schedule, organize the details of our reception and ceremony, and coordinate with the venue and all of our vendors. We were able to sit back and relax and she guided us through the day so smoothly. They were doing things behind the scenes that I was not even aware of because they made it their duty to take as much stress and "to dos" off my list as possible. The Day of Company truly made our lives so much easier and was one of the best investments we made surrounding our wedding. I highly recommend working with them- they are a delight!

From start to finish he was steady, prepared, and unflappable. No matter how much chaos was swirling around him, he brought every single detail to life with grace and ease. He kept us calm when we needed it most and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Because of him, we were free to be fully present and joyful on our wedding day, knowing everything was in the most capable hands. What Caroline and Henry do is a true gift. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and can't recommend them highly enough.

Company.  Throughout the process, Caroline was thoughtful and helpful, always making us feel totally at ease. We did a number of calls leading up to the wedding and she was always accommodating and most importantly, super knowledgeable, both about wedding planning in general and our venue/vendors in particular. She helped us plan a realistic schedule that got us all the major things on our wedding wishlist.  When it came to the day of our wedding, she was an absolute machine! Caroline and her assistant made everything run perfectly — we didn’t find out until after that there were some real hiccups (e.g., some items accidentally delivered to the wrong church!) that she smoothed over expertly without us even knowing.  Both of our entire families  kept raving about how great Caroline was — I think she was my mother in law’s favorite person at the whole wedding! At every moment, she was there helping us with whatever we needed, often before we even thought to ask. We had a few non traditional wrinkles, day of requests, and last minute adjustments and absolutely nothing fazed her or disrupted her calming energy. She truly made our special day so wonderful — cannot recommend Caroline and the Day Of team enough!

Every question, concern, moment of panic, late-night thought spiral — I went straight to them. Audra, especially, has this incredible calm confidence that makes you feel like no problem is too big, no detail too small, and nothing will slip through the cracks. Her knowledge is encyclopedic. She knew every vendor, every timeline nuance, and every logistical possibility. After our phone calls and spreadsheets, I genuinely felt like, “Okay… Audra has this.” And then there’s Caroline — brilliant, patient, unshakeably capable Caroline — who I unintentionally handed the world’s hardest job. Here’s the backstory: I didn’t realize I needed outdoor lighting until a week before the wedding. There I was, scrambling, ordering nearly 300 candles and 25+ uplights… and poor Caroline was the one left in charge of setting all of it up to my very specific (read: borderline obsessive) instructions. She executed it PERFECTLY. She managed every detail of that setup — candles, lanterns, lighting flow, tablescapes — while also keeping every vendor, every guest, and every moving part on task. She worked seamlessly with my venue coordinator, communicated beautifully with our band, photographer, videographer, catering staff, and somehow still found time to bring me what I needed before I even realized I needed it. And my personal favorite moment? Caroline made my Chick-fil-A dreams come true. At the end of the night, every guest went home with a boxed Chick-fil-A meal — because who doesn’t want nuggets after dancing for five hours? She handled the logistics, the timing, the distribution… everything. Effortless. Audra and Caroline were the invisible hands making magic all night — fixing things before they became problems, smoothing things before anyone noticed, and ultimately giving me and my husband the gift of being fully present at our wedding. I felt safe with them. I felt taken care of. I felt seen. They are organized, kind, highly skilled, and absolutely phenomenal at what they do. If you’re even considering a day-of team — hire them. Hire them twice. Your wedding deserves people like this.

Over the course of the night, she checked in regularly (but never obtrusively) on both of us - always making sure we had a drink and that everything was proceeding as we hoped. Our services didn't end there, though, as Audra continued to help us work out final kinks by email in the days before our wedding and coordinated behind the scenes with several different vendors. On the day of, Carleigh was a lifesaver. She was up for any small unexpected job, like picking up extra bags of ice or alcohol, in addition to coordinating all the vendors as they arrived one by one and helping us stick to our packed schedule of rehearsals, photos, ceremony, and partying. We knew that we could stop her at any moment with a question or request, and that removed so much of our stress. We are extremely grateful to Audra and Carleigh and would recommend their services without hesitation. That they do all this at such a fair price is all the more incredible!

Caroline was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment of the year of planning with us! It was unbelievable to watch her work: From set-up, to coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the flow of the event, to running out a water or two when she could see that we needed it – the list goes on and on and on. If you’re looking for a day of coordinator that will help reduce the stress of the planning process, and of its execution, look no further. To us, this was perhaps the single most important quality in a coordinator, and having been through it, I don’t think it can be taken for granted – this experience was stress free to the point of being FUN. We had concerns about turning things over to anyone that wasn’t ourselves – and those concerns proved completely unfounded. At 2am after our wedding, when we realized that we’d left behind champagne glasses with special significance, we fired off a panicked email to Caroline. We expected to hear from her Monday, and instead we received a reply not two minutes later explaining exactly where they were and who they left the venue with. We hope this single above-and-beyond example – one of many – can help paint a picture of how easy Joanna, Caroline, and The Day Of will make your big day. A million thanks to them; we recommend them with our whole hearts.

Audra would quickly respond to every one of our emails with a thorough, accurate, and helpful email. She is very well networked in the NYC wedding scene, and has done this for a while, so she definitely knows everyone and knows the ropes, which was super helpful. For instance, we weren't sure how we wanted to lay out or tables and she sent us four previously used floorplans from our venue. On the day of, Rosalba took the reins and helped execute all our plans flawlessly. We would definitely recommend them very highly.
