I really enjoyed her company and appreciated how quickly she worked while still having attention to detail and making the morning getting ready fun! Definitely recommend this company, especially if you want to make things easier by booking both hair and makeup with the same company.

nt photos. I looked for makeup artists all over Colorado Springs who could also do hair so I could have a one-stop shop getting ready for our engagement photos. I found The Day and was truly impressed with not only the hair and makeup photos on their website and Instagram, but also with the incredible reviews describing Brandi (the owner) and her team. I reached out to Brandi through her booking website and she and I eventually started communicating through calls and texts. Our engagement photo date was changed due to not receiving a permit for the original day we requested, and Brandi was kind and caring in getting my services rescheduled for our new photo date. I got to the salon the morning of our photos and walked into a beautiful place that was fully equipped with everything needed to do my services. It was bright, clean, and just felt like a friendly and inviting space. Sandra did my makeup and I was SO IMPRESSED. She took the inspo photos and descriptions I gave her and made me feel so incredibly beautiful! Sandra was so sweet and kind and made sure to show me my reflection throughout the process to make sure I liked what she was doing. My makeup was natural-looking, but glam at the same time, and was simply perfection. Brandi did my hair. I was worried about having my hair up for photos because I usually wear it down, but Brandi gave me a gorgeous up-do that fit perfectly with the outfits I chose to wear. I truly cannot express how beautiful Brandi and Sandra made me look and feel for our engagement photos. I received endless compliments from people who saw our photos on my hair and makeup. Brandi was fun, friendly, and just so lovely to work with! I would highly recommend Brandi and her team at The Day for any special occasion makeup and hair services; you will NOT be disappointed and will be in extremely capable, and talented hands!

y and makes sure that everything is planned correctly and ready for your day. My hair and makeup trial with Jules and Lauren went amazing. They both listened closely to what I liked and disliked. Both my hair and make-up looks were exactly what I wanted and made my look perfect. My makeup and my bridesmaids makeup didn't smudge at all through the night and our hair stayed perfect.

just a few weeks before my wedding date and she was out on a walk, and I felt bad for contacting her during her personal time! But she was super sweet and took care of all my questions right then and there & was very happy to help! I truly believe she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of & the two stylist I had during my day were Lili & Ashley P - they were wonderful! Awesome personalities and very good at what they do! My whole experience with this team was amazing and I can’t recommend them enough! My favorite part is that they love to post their brides on their social media and make you feel so special and hyped up!! Definitely book with The Day - you won’t regret it! :)
