Customer Service was the worst. Despite emails and confirmations, they could not follow through with what was promised. A conflicting event was scheduled and I was notified 2 days ...before my wedding. Event staff and hotel staff do not communicate and contradict one another. For a high end price and a high end venue, you get low end treatment. Extremely disappointed.
