We just hosted my daughter, and now husbands, wedding day at this perfect venue on October 11, 2025. Every detail was spectacular. We had 185 guests for an outdoor ceremony and a plated dinner reception under their lovely tent. We worked with Lisa Ferraro, Manager of the venue and received detailed, exceptional service. We knew we were in good hands from the day we chose The Dempsey with Lisa working with us on every little detail to make the day perfect. We worked with three vendors from their preferred vendor list. Kelly Miller-Latham, Events by KC, LLC was our Day of Event Coordinator. And let me tell you, YOU NEED THIS SERVICE to fully enjoy your entire day. Kelly assisted us on decor, flower and set up ideas. Her ideas were a perfect match to what my daughter was envisioning. Most importantly I, as the MOB, was completely stress free from the moment we arrived at The Dempsey right to when we were pulling out after each guest left. I never worried about one detail the entire day. Kelly was amazing. We also hired Matt Ferree, DJ and musician with Seamless Sounds to MC and handle every aspect of music. From the live musicians during the ceremony, to making important announcements and to keeping the dance floor PACKED all night. He is a true professional with exceptional music knowledge. We could not have been happier with Matt. Our caterer, Hudson's Edge Catering & Events, LLC out of London, Ohio knocked it out of the ballpark. Their food was amazing. We had guests that evening and weeks after reaching out to us to say how wonderful everything was and how exceptional the food was. What a wonderful feeling. We worked exclusively with Nicole McCrate and would not have wanted it any other way.

The Dempsey Event Center exceeded every expectation for our wedding day. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained and the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. The coordination and setup were flawless, with every detail handled thoughtfully and efficiently.

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment. There is a selection of packages for you to choose from to help streamline the planning process, with features that include valet parking and various rentals. A licensed officiant can also be arranged, alongside floral design and wedding cake, a list of preferred caterers, and flexibility to include your favorite caterer.
