A wedding day is already special but The Dennis Inn helped this day exceed our expectations! From service, to our helpful on-site planners both Michelle (day-of) and Jamie (communication beforehand) we felt the whole time like we were in good hands. This gorgeous day at a beautiful venue was made better by the time and care the staff at The Dennis Inn put into it. Special shout-out to Bill, who helped us with a health situation during our dinner and then went right back to his serving work - true MVP of the night. Thanks again Dennis Inn for being such an integral part of an unforgettable day!

We used The Dennis Inn for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party and had a fantastic experience. The food and drinks were perfect and the ambience of the space was exactly what we wanted. The service was great from the entire team.

Last September my husband and I held our wedding reception at The Dennis Inn and the event was perfect. Everything went off without a hitch and our guests were raving about how awesome the venue was. The food was fantastic, the staff friendly and the atmosphere gorgeous. The owner, Mark, was such a pleasure to work with that we rented two homes from him for our family and held our rehearsal dinner at his other property, The Borsari Gallery. We also rented the bridal suite which is a must do for bridal parties. Hanging out by the pool the day before and waking up in the same location you are getting ready the morning of was so relaxing and a great opportunity to spend extra time with your best friends over a busy weekend. Our favorite thing about The Dennis Inn is that they only focus on one wedding per weekend. This means you don’t have to wait to use the bridal suite until the wedding party from the day before is gone, and vendors don’t question where to set up or deliver the flowers. You are the only one on the property and the weekend that is supposed to be all about you, actually is. The staff was so accommodating and flexible that they were willing to work with us in any way we could imagine from personalizing a menu item to delivering a large decor item a few days early to get it out of the house before family arrived. And the best part, we could actually have a Saturday wedding, without feeling guilty that we could have saved a few bucks, to the displeasure of our guests, to move it to Friday or Sunday. My biggest concern about hosting a large wedding at The Dennis Inn was the need to split the night up into dinner in the tent and dancing indoors. I worried about the logistics of this and whether people would actually leave their tables to go dance. After seeing this option executed at my wedding, I now prefer it and would recommend it to those planning a wedding even if it’s not necessary. Not only did everyone move to the new location, but it prevented people from sitting at their tables watching others dance and making them feel awkward and want to stop dancing. There were nice tables inside separate from the dance floor where it was light and those who wanted to sit and talk could do so. This also made it easy for people who were sitting at different tables during dinner to join for a conversation. Most importantly, the dancing never stopped. The dance floor was like a club and everyone in it was dancing. You didn’t feel the need to pull someone from a table onto the dance floor or sit down with someone who didn’t like a certain song. If they were in this room they were dancing. If they weren’t dancing, they were out of sight and out of mind and the party carried on without them. I highly recommend choosing the Dennis Inn for your wedding venue. No matter your vision, their team will make sure they do all they can to make it come true. The venue has a classic Cape Cod look and you don’t need to spend much on decorations as it is naturally beautiful, the perfect spot for a wedding.

The Dennis Inn was the ultimate location for our wedding this past July. Not only is the property stunning, the staff and food take the cake. We could not have asked for a better experience with The Dennis Inn, they were always so quick to respond and were patient with my five thousand questions and want of every little detail to be perfect. Janene at The Dennis Inn is a rock star along with the rest of the team, they all work to make sure you have every single thing you need. They understood all details that were important to our day and made sure all were executed flawlessly. Even our guests raved about the beauty of our unique venue and how amazing the food was. You cannot go wrong with having your wedding at The Dennis Inn, we are still looking back on the beauty of our day there!

The Dennis Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding earlier this month. Janene is an absolute pleasure to work with and really knows her stuff. We were able to book the Dennis Inn for the entire weekend including our rehearsal and a brunch on Sunday. Guests remarked on how beautiful the setting was and how delicious the catering was. I’m trying to come up with other events to have at the Dennis Inn because we loved it so much. Highly recommended!

The absolute best decision we could have made related to our wedding was having it at the Dennis Inn! The team there truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Janene, the onsite event planner, is so incredible. She is a rare combination of super detail oriented and hardworking, while also remaining calm and keeping everyone around her sane, which is very important during the wedding planning process! When you book a wedding at the Dennis Inn the property is yours for the whole weekend, which we loved because it gave us the opportunity to really settle in (we had a pool party the day before our wedding with our party!) and feel like the space was truly ours. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the gorgeous bedrooms upstairs that look like they just jumped out of a Pottery Barn catalog, which was such a fun way to start the day. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing are in three different location around the property, which was nice for our guests to have a little change of scenery throughout the evening without actually having to go far. Our guests are still raving about the food, which was done by Treats, the onsite catering company, and the signature cocktails we created at the bar. Everything decision we made was met with a "sure, we can do that", which allowed us to really customize our wedding and make it not feel cookie-cutter. Overall we had such an amazing experience working with the whole team at the Dennis Inn and would absolutely recommend it to anyone getting married on the Cape.

The staff at The Dennis Inn were great to work with and SO accommodating! Everyone is very personable and we really felt like we were talking to people we'd known for years. The chefs personally talked to us about the menu and were able to create some dishes we had our hearts set on. Janene, the manager there is very laid back and accommodating. The suite upstairs is absolutely gorgeous and was so helpful for accommodating our large bridal party. We wished we could move in! We had a wonderful wedding experience and would definitely recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Dennis Inn last year in July and it was absolutely remarkable! We spent the majority of the week at the inn with our maid of honor, her husband, and my sister and brother-in-law. The accommodations were perfect! The pool was the ultimate hang-out spot as our guests arrived on the cape. The location is amazing as well! The majority of our guests were able to rent homes within walking distance, and all still had access to the local beaches nearby. Working with the team at the Dennis Inn was flawless. Janene and Tom catered to our every need (even when we were being a little too high-maintenance lol). On the day of our wedding, my wife and her bridesmaids used the inn to get ready. The photographer was in awe and was able to capture some beautiful moments pre-ceremony. After our wedding, we arrived at the Inn via party bus and WOW it was like a movie! There were guests outside playing yard games, mingling, having a blast. The appetizers were PHENOMENAL! My favorite was the bacon-topped scallops. Seriously, incredible. (Also, the raw bar was a perfect touch for a Cape Cod wedding) The flow of the event was amazing as well. We moved from outside into the side tent for appetizers, through the bar for cocktails, out to the main tent...there was no congestion and people loved it! After dinner we moved back inside for the cutting of the cake and dancing. The dance floor was hopping all night. The bar staff was attentive and friendly. Everything went off without a hitch. I can't thank the Dennis Inn enough for the absolutely remarkable experience! Our guests all commented on how amazing the venue was. They loved every minute of it. Thank you to everyone at the Dennis Inn for helping us celebrate our wedding in the most incredible way possible!

I don’t even know how to properly express how amazing the Dennis Inn was in hosting the most important weekend of our lives. Janene (the manager of the space) and her crew were beyond accommodating — to the point that we felt like an extension of their family. Our wildest dreams were made true by the amazing staff of the Dennis Inn. We couldn’t recommend them enough :-) PS - make sure Sue is working the weekend of your event; you won’t be disappointed ;-)

I truly cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing of a venue this place is. The grounds are simply stunning. From the hydrangeas in the backyard to the beautiful white tent on the perfectly mowed lawn, there is beauty at every single turn. The staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to tend to every single need of every single guest. The staff went so far as to bring my grandmother a cup of coffee the morning after the wedding to check in on her and she how she was doing. They accommodate to all your needs and wants. Communication up until the wedding was always prompt and professional. They even host an annual event where all couples getting married in the upcoming year can mingle with vendors and sample menu items and cocktails. They do an outstanding job with their attention to detail and really get to know the style of each different couple. At the end of the wedding you honestly feel like the staff is part of your family. The Dennis Inn is truly where you want to get married if you are looking for a Cape Cod Wedding!

We had our wedding at the Dennis Inn on 6/17/17-- it was better than we ever could have imagined! Janene and Fred were experts and really know how to ensure a wedding is absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous... I cannot say enough. Thank you, thank you! We still can't believe how lovely of a day it was. Would recommend the Dennis Inn to anyone!

The Dennis Inn is the absolute perfect venue for any couple who wants to be able to create their own wedding vibe and personality while still not having to DIY everything. So much of the charm of the Inn is already there - it is the ultimate "backyard" wedding venue, and they take such great care of the property that it always looks great. Janene is wonderful and a total pro, making sure all the details are taken care of, and the space is beautiful on its own or can really take on any kind of theme you want to throw at it. Staying at the Inn for the weekend gives you the chance to relax and not worry about transport or multiple locations, plus you are the only show in town for their team. The bridal suite is beautifully renovated and gives great light for photos the day of the wedding, plus it's clean and comfortable - it's nicer than most Cape hotels! And depending on the time of year, different flowers are in bloom - for our August wedding we got married against the backdrop of a wall of white hydrangeas, which looked stunning and natural. For us The Dennis Inn was the best of all available options - more homey than a country club but less work than a complete DIY rental.

My husband and I got married at the Dennis Inn, July 2017 and it was the absolute perfect weekend. The staff here- particularly Fred and Janene are just amazing and so flexible and accommodating. My favorite part about this venue is that it felt like a "home wedding" even though it wasn't hosted at a home. They only have one wedding per weekend so it's easy and not more expensive to have it on a Saturday and have the option to do the rehearsal dinner there too which is what we did. It made it so easy for our guests because after the rehearsal dinner, we hosted a "welcome party" for all guests and so by the time the wedding came, people felt like they knew the place! The upstairs of the "Inn" is a gorgeous bridal suite where I stayed with my bridal party the night before and got ready the morning of. I even had a yoga instructor come and do a class for any of the women coming to the wedding (no fees for this or anything)- their attitude is "it's yours for the weekend!" The actual wedding was absolutely beautiful- we were married outside in front of large hydrgana bushes and our cocktail hour was out on the front lawn and dinner under a tent. Now to the food- absolutely delicious! Fred is the chef and he is the best- extremely passionate about cooking and working with the couple to make sure it's exactly what they want. For example, my favorite food is buffalo chicken so, even though that wasn't on the menu, he worked with me to create a buffalo chicken appetizer. We were told by so many of our guests that it was just the perfect location because of how beautiful it was, how delicious the food was and how "home-y" the feel of the entire weekend was. I would recommend the Dennis Inn to anyone if you want a fun, relaxed and beautiful wedding!!!

We could not have been happier with Fred, Janene and the Dennis Inn crew! Our wedding reception and next day brunch were incredible. The food was delicious and far exceeded expectations. The team was professional, detail oriented, and helped us to have our very best wedding that was exactly what we wanted. The renovations look great and the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready the day of.

I can't write enough to say how much my husband and I loved the Dennis Inn, Janene, Fred, and all of the staff who helped us create the most wonderful wedding experience ever. First of all - they offer several packages. The deluxe package includes their bridal suite - ABSOLUTELY worth it. We did everything on site - rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, brunch the day after. They helped us with every little detail and most importantly - they felt like family. We're pretty laid back people, but if there was ever a small moment or little glitch that happened, Janene, Fred and his staff ensured that everything went off without a hitch. The hydrangeas were in bloom - the ceremony space was gorgeous - the suite was perfect for our wedding party - the food was AMAZING - and the staff was the best part about it. Please don't think twice about booking The Dennis Inn - just do it. Fred and Janene will take amazing care of you.

THE DENNIS INN IS AMAZING. My husband and I held our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception there the weekend of 8/13/16 and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was fantastic, the staff were professional and so personable, the grounds were immaculate... I just can't say enough. I am so appreciative of Janene and Fred's attention to every detail, making the entire weekend flow seamlessly. Finally, the upstairs bedroom suites were gorgeous. We were thrilled to make the Dennis Inn our home for our wedding weekend.

I had the wedding beyond my wildest dreams at the Dennis Inn. We did the deluxe package which allows you to take advantage of the beautiful property for the entire weekend. The suite upstairs is perfect for the bride & bridesmaids to get ready, and the lighting is amazing for pictures. From the moment I got there for my wedding weekend, Janene made me feel like I was right at home. The Inn is so beautiful and has so much history, but the best part is that it really lets you make it feel like your own home. Janene helped me display pictures, put out lawn games, signs, decorations, etc. The staff made sure to take care of everything so that my husband and I could sit back and have the best day ever with our family and friends. They were all AMAZING to work with!! Also, our guests are still talking about how great the food was. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :)

We got married on Sept 7 2014, a sunday. The Dennis Inn charges less on a sunday or during off season, so totally worth it. Brad and Cathy were in charge of our event and they really worked hard to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Since most of the wedding was DIY, they made my options really easy. Brad was easy to get a hold of and his genial manner made me feel at ease. The location itself is beautiful. An older style colonial house, refurbished as a catering hall, they host ONE party per day, so the day is truly about you and your husband. They have a fantastic sound system that made it easy for us to hook up our sound system and get everything going. The food was delicious and many of our guests are still asking us if we have recipes! The grounds themselves were flawless for photos, including a perfect pair of Adirondack chairs on the front lawn and flowers in bloom and a beautiful hedge that smells like spearmint. The dance floor was the perfect size for 50 guests and became a big hit. I think the only downsides were that the bathroom was too small and that their open bar prices were a bit staggering (which is why we chose a cash-only bar, which no one complained about and many many people enjoyed). Also, if you plan on holding ONLY your reception here, they have the option of also holding your wedding there, in case of inclement weather. They have a few rooms upstairs, as well, if you'd prefer to spend your wedding night there (we decided against it, but were sorely tempted!). Overall, I'd hold another event here, no doubt, as it was incredibly easy and fun to plan with them. Brad and Cathy know what they are doing and proudly stand by their business.

I can't say enough good things about the Dennis Inn. Working with Brad and Cathy is like having your own wedding planners. They are very responsive and answer any question you could possibly have. They also have a lot of centerpieces and other supplies available for use....you don't even have to worry about them! Their food is beyond amazing and I have gotten so many compliments about it from everyone at the wedding....their even telling other people about how good it was! We did the New England clambake, and the food was piled high on everyone's plate. They pay attention to every single detail of you day--I just left my candles, guest book, etc. in the basement, and it was miraculously set up the way I wanted it the next day! When my husband and I arrived at the Inn after our pictures at Corporation Beach, we were welcomed by one of the staff in the front yard with our own champagne glasses with flowers attached to the bottom. The guests were in the tent on the side of the building, so the bridal party went in the front door where there were staff waiting with appetizers for us. We had friends stay upstairs that weekend (for an extremely good rate I might add!), so I went up there to tie my bustle and switch shoes. One of the staff followed me and my girls up there with a tray of appetizers and even helped us! Their service is impeccable...as soon as your water glass was empty, it was refilled. Dishes and glasses were cleared quickly, and I have had many people tell me how wonderful and friendly all the staff was. After my husband and I had our special exit and all the guests left, we came back to hang out with our friends upstairs in the apartment. The staff was still downstairs, and they even offered to cook us more steak! If you are looking to get married on the Cape, look no further than the Dennis Inn--they are worth every penny and more if you ask me!

This venue was positively ideal for us...unique, with the perfect Cape Cod feel, beautiful outside for our ceremony, lovely inside for our reception, and every single person there with whom we interacted was completely professional, cheerful, clear, helpful, kind, and on task. During my wedding day I didn't need to worry about a thing, and, through the whole thing, the owners were fabulous to work with and very accessible and warm, as were the staff. There was too much good food to choose from! Everyone complimented us and the venue. We're so glad we picked it, couldn't imagine anything different!!

We planned our destination wedding at the Dennis Inn without ever visiting the Inn - we used references and The Knot to create a shortlist and after corresponding with Brad we decided that the Dennis Inn was the place! The price was competitive and included most of the services. The menu was local, seasonal produce which appealed to us. The grounds are lovely - the Inn is very versatile and the tent on the lawn was spectacular. Cathy helped us source our wedding cake 5 days before the wedding and got us a great deal. On the day the whole event ran smoothly and the staff were so attentive and friendly - the food and cocktails were delicious and Brad and Cathy were so helpful. If you get married on the Cape - be sure to involve Brad and Cathy - The Dennis Inn and Treats Catering. You will be so pleased!
