Once the estate of George Dery, known as "The King of Silk," this historic mansion tells a story of industrial triumph and social prestige. Dery was one of the wealthiest men in Pennsylvania during the early 20th century, and his home was designed to reflect a life of luxury and refinement. Today, The Dery House is fully restored as an extraordinary event venue that preserves the glamour of the past while meeting the needs of today's most memorable celebrations.
As the largest residential wedding venue in the Lehigh Valley, The Dery House can accommodate up to 350 guests with ease. It offers a flexible range of indoor and outdoor spaces that can be styled for everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale luxury weddings.
Inside the mansion, you'll find two expansive 1,800-square-foot ballrooms, rich in period details and natural light. The ceilings soar, the architecture sings with character, and guests are often awe-struck by one of the estate's most iconic features — an original Tiffany glass skylight, a true work of art that brings history and light together in perfect harmony.
For overnight guests or wedding parties, The Dery House features six private guest suites, each thoughtfully designed to combine old-world charm with modern comfort. These suites allow for a relaxed, all-in-one experience, perfect for multi-day events or destination weddings.
The estate's outdoor grounds are just as captivating. A massive Roman-style portico provides a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and photos, while the lush Victorian garden offers a romantic, natural atmosphere ideal for cocktail hours or outdoor receptions.

Since 2022, I’ve hosted over 45 events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, baby showers, birthdays, and private celebrations. Every event at Dery House is a chance to create something meaningful and memorable, and I approach each one with passion, professionalism, and care.
No event is too big or too small for us—we give the same attention to detail and creativity to every celebration. My goal is always to ensure that our guests feel welcomed and celebrated, and that each host sees their vision brought to life seamlessly. From floral design and layouts to timelines and guest experience, I work closely with clients to bring every element together beautifully.
My team is fully trained and shares the same commitment to excellence, making sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Fluent in four languages, I’m able to communicate clearly with a wide range of clients and offer culturally thoughtful service that makes every celebration feel personal and unique.
