The handoff at month of was seamless and I knew that Brooke had coordination with all of our vendors completely under control. On the wedding day, I felt completely at ease because I knew that Brooke and Ashley from her team had it handled. The timeline, decor, communication with the bendors, and the little personal touches - she orchestrated all of it seamlessly. If anything went awry behind the scenes I still have no idea because she handled everything quietly, efficiently, and professionally - all we felt on our day was joy. :) Beyond all of that, Brooke and Ashley were wonderful people to be around. They got along so well with our other vendors and helped create an overall environment of fun and celebration throughout our big day. al moments of our wedding night, Brooke handled every single detail with such intention and grace. She created breakdown lists I genuinely needed to keep my sanity, built a timeline that didn’t miss a single beat, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks — even with all the extra little things I added that required a bit more planning. Day-of, she was everywhere she needed to be before anyone even realized it — wrangling kids, keeping the guys on track (no easy task 😂), bringing us food and cake, communicating with our photographer and videographer, stepping in with the DJ to make sure everything happened exactly how we wanted, and even helping with my dress change. Truly… a woman of all things! Our timeline was a bit insane, and without her our day would’ve been a chaotic mess. Instead, it felt effortless. Peaceful. Stress-free. Exactly what a wedding day should be. Brooke is the absolute sweetest, but she also knows when to be direct and take charge when people aren’t listening — and honestly, that’s a gift. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want a coordinator who cares deeply, works seamlessly with your entire vendor team, and makes your wedding day feel like a breeze, Brooke is the one. 💕 

line with all vendors, sitting down to go over all of the day of details together and bringing ideas to the table that I would have never thought of myself but incorporated because of their suggestion and those were the most complimented details of the day from guests! Day of they helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. They go above and beyond in their work and it really shows. Any issues throughout the day were solved before they even came to my attention because of these ladies.
