Before the wedding, they even shined up and treated my rings for free so that they would look perfect on our special day! extremely positive experiences from day one. Two days before my wedding, I went in to have my ring cleaned only to learn that 8 stones had become loose! Laura was very professional and handled the situation seamlessly and got my ring back to me promptly. They even took care of my dad and step mom when they came to pick it up for me. We left and went to another jeweler and got a beautiful ring - 1 carat center stone and 1 carat on the band, E in color, gorgeous for around our budget. I came back into the diamond cellar to have them check for loose stones and they told me how horrible my ring was, how "cheap" it looked and how they suggest we pay $500 to "recast" it because it looks TERRIBLE. I literally sobbed in the middle of the store because the man was so incredibly rude to me and my now husband. When I came back to pick up the ring (had them tighten two stones. No recasting BS), a friendly man was working the counter. I didn't tell him the whole story..but asked his opinion on the quality of my ring. He told me the quality of the stone and band were lovely and he saw no problems. WTF?! Stay AWAY from this place.

ellar I have brought them for repair to the Diamond Cellar and they have always done a great job with the repairs. The customer service is fantastic and I always feel welcome every time I walk into the store at Easton. The staff is really accommodating.

ith her and asked if she wanted to go look and she gave me the typical “oh be quiet”. We finally said why not since we were both very naïve when it came to jewelry and diamonds. We were greeted at the front by a worker and they had great coffee and other beverages to sip on while we waited for a sales associate to free up. We were then introduced to Sarah Schaffner who took us upstairs to the engagement ring section. They had a huge selection of rings at many different price points. Sarah was patient and walked us through every case so that Amanda could look at all of the styles. She eventually picked out a handful that she liked, and I tried to take mental notes of those particular features that she liked on each. I liked them all too but was envisioning something a bit different, so I decided to stop back in at a later date without Amanda. We discussed doing a custom ring and putting together some of Amanda’s favorite features of each that she previously had looked at. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the “custom” piece wasn’t nearly as expensive as I initially thought it would be. We sat down with one of the CAD designers to go over the specific dimensions and diamond sizes that I wanted on the ring. I then picked out the main diamond, but first shopped around to ensure that I was getting a fair price. The DC has a price matching policy for any diamond with the same specs at a competitor’s brick and mortar store, which will ensure that you are getting the best price in town. Once I felt comfortable with the design, I put down a deposit so that they could begin a full CAD design on the ring. Once that was completed, I was able to look at a very lifelike computer design of the final. I then gave the “ok” to begin the casting process. After a few more weeks, the ring was cast and polished, and the diamonds were set. Overall, the process took about a month before I could pick up the new STUNNING ring. Throughout the whole process, Sarah was very helpful with educating me about diamonds (there was way more to learn that I would have ever thought!), ring styles, and answering the many questions I had. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring and that makes the month of waiting for it to be finished totally worth it. I would definitely recommend the Diamond Cellar and/or their custom services to any of my friends and family. They have such a great selection and knowledgeable staff that will ensure you will leave with the perfect piece.

ur first consult, it was clear that this was the place to build our dream engagement ring. Not only did they offer excellent prices for customizing our own ring, they were very knowledgeable about rings, diamonds, etc. And, to top it off, they made every effort to finish the ring in time so I could propose before Christmas! In short, I would recommend the Diamond Cellar to anyone interested in an engagement ring, and especially in designing their own custom ring. We plan on returning for all of our future jewelry needs.
