These guys are amazing! My fiance went in and they helped him design a one-of-a-kind ring from scratch. It turned out beautiful so we were stoked to return for both of our bands, which were also custom designed. Their pricing is SUPER fair and their personalities make working with them really easy! Service was amazing when I designed my wife's engagement ring over a year ago. But now they are really dropping the ball and are having a hard time following up with orders. For example, it is more than two weeks after my wedding date and I still don't have my wedding band! I've had to be the one to proactively call to make progress on my rings every step of the way. The quality is still great, but they made my wedding week even more stressful because my wife's wedding band arrived just the day before the wedding!

BEST IN SAN DIEGO...AND IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! I looked at numerous engagement ring and diamond stores in SD before going into see Dragan and his team and was told at all others "for your budget this is the best you will get." That "best" was small, cloudy diamonds that were way overpriced! From the moment I entered Diamond Connection they were not pushy at all, listened, and had such a selection. Best part is you can customize your ring 100% for no upcharge! The diamond they sold me was by far the best quality and had the most shine of any I had looked at and my now wife get compliments literally every time we go out or she gets her nails done on how stunning the ring is! We purchased her wedding bands also through them and they gave us a great deal and even matched them 100% to her engagement ring! My husband found the Diamond Connection while shopping for my engagement ring almost 2 years ago. He really enjoyed Adam's enthusiasm at his idea for an engagement ring and Dragon's nice input on the idea. The engagement ring is a rose gold cushion cut with halo, and I get so many compliments on it every week. When I first walked into the store to get the engagement ring resized, I fell in love. Everyone who works there is absolutely the best, honest and very nice, and the jewel in the case are simply stunning!! We decided (well, not much of a decision) to go back to Adam and Dragon for our wedding bands. Scott got a simple gold band, comfort fit and I got a matching rose gold band with enclosed diamonds all the way around. It's different and unique and I love it. When I told Adam my idea of a band, he was incredibly enthusiastic...I mean, who doesn't want that from someone who is designing jewelry for you!?! In all, our bands were within our budget and are exactly what we both wanted. We couldn't be happier with our service there and we HIGHLY recommend Diamond Connection to anyone shopping for spectacular jewels!

We got all of our rings at the Diamond Connection and are super happy with the quality, value and look. It's a tiny store, which is somewhat intimidating, but the pricing and selection is much better than the larger chain stores. We were lucky enough to stop in to look at wedding bands and they told us about a GroupOn special they were running - which saved us basically half off! So nice that they actually told us about the special (some places probably wouldn't mention it unless you specifically asked). We've always received prompt, friendly service and will definitely go back if we need to add any other rings later in life :)

After my fiance had a bad experience with Robbins Brother, we looked at the Diamond Connection (who had been referred by my fiance's friend). Salesperson, Fumi, was great. Even though the shop is small, they have a beautiful selection of rings.
