Owner Talya Pessolano earned her chops in her family kitchen growing up in Springfield, MA, and further developed her culinary display skills at a local store. As a parting gift when Talya moved to the big city, she was given what has become one of her signature recipes by the Frigo Family: “Talya’s Dirty Italian” sandwich. When the time came to name her business, it was the perfect choice.
A Dirty Italian-catered event offers customizable menus, so you and your partner can ensure all your favorites are present for your wedding feast. The Dirty Italian board provides mountains of imported meats and cheeses, crackers, fruit, spreads, and nuts. The Sweet Italian is loaded with a delightful assortment of sweet, savory, and salty treats, while the Mediterranean offers an enticing selection of hummus, olives, vegetables, feta cheese, and naan. I’ve been working with Talya for a few months to help me create charcuterie bridesmaid proposals and I can’t say enough great things! Talya was super responsive and came up with the cutest and most delicious charcuterie boxes for my girls. She hand delivered to my local bridesmaids and shipped boxes out of state for me! She even tested shipping a box to a friend to make sure it would arrive perfectly so that we wouldn’t have any issues sending to my out of state bridesmaids. She accommodated a last minute request for a dairy free box too! I will definitely be using The Dirty Italian for all my cheese treats going forward! 100/10 recommend!!
We hired Talya to create a gourmet grazing table for our engagement party! Talya is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We gave her our must haves to incorporate into our grazing table and left the rest up to her. She exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! From start to finish, Talya made this process fun and easy for us. The grazing table was the talk of the party! Would definitely recommend her for any occasion that you may have!
All I can say is amazing!!! Not only was the presentation so beautiful and creative but the food tasted amazing too! My guests were in awe. Talya is professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Talya made the most beautiful and delicious board for my bachelorette weekend. We loved it so much, we ordered another for our pre-rehearsal dinner gathering as well. She is beyond talented and creative. She uses the best quality meats and cheeses and is so knowledgeable when it comes to pairing ingredients. Huge crowd-pleaser and very elegant!!
The Dirty Italian made a grazing table for my boho themed bridal shower. The selection of meats and cheeses were amazing and I also loved the additional details that were added. Talya was fun to work with and it felt like an authentic Italian experience!
We used the dirty Italian for my bachelorette weekend. I must say it was perfect! Everyone loved the board as Talya included such variety of meats, cheeses, fruit and crackers. She is very flexible, and overall is great! The creativity of the board was also so amazing, I felt bad eating it at first! Would definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed!
