Owner Talya Pessolano earned her chops in her family kitchen growing up in Springfield, MA, and further developed her culinary display skills at a local store. As a parting gift when Talya moved to the big city, she was given what has become one of her signature recipes by the Frigo Family: “Talya’s Dirty Italian” sandwich. When the time came to name her business, it was the perfect choice.
A Dirty Italian-catered event offers customizable menus, so you and your partner can ensure all your favorites are present for your wedding feast. The Dirty Italian board provides mountains of imported meats and cheeses, crackers, fruit, spreads, and nuts. The Sweet Italian is loaded with a delightful assortment of sweet, savory, and salty treats, while the Mediterranean offers an enticing selection of hummus, olives, vegetables, feta cheese, and naan. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available, as well as the potential pairing of your grazing board with specialty wines. Delivery, setup, and cleanup are all part of the service.
