The Dirty River Jazz Band is a traditional style jazz band hailing from San Antonio, Texas! They have played numerous wedding, private events, and public shows all around Texas and parts of Louisiana. Their sound can be described as early 1920's-1940's jazz which closely emulates that of The Jim Cullum Jazz Band, Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, King Oliver, Kid Ory, Louis Prima, and Duke Heitger. The band also covers popular songs done by Frank Sinatra, Louis Prima, and Cab Calloway.
