But, if you’re looking for a DJ who knows EXACTLY how to get the crowd to have fun (while having fun himself), then look no further - I present you DJ Joe Bene. This guy is AWESOME and I cannot stress enough how lively our wedding was thanks to him. We gave him a playlist of music and he delivered, DJing the songs effortlessly while making some killer mixes. You will be missing out if you decide to hire somebody else besides this man.

DJ Joe Bene did a terrific job at our wedding. He is very organized and works with you to create the atmosphere and music you are looking for at your event. He knows how to keep the party going on the dance floor and we would suggest him fully for your wedding or other event.

DJ Joe is the best! His online platform is easy to use and so helpful for planning your playlist for the night. He took the time to review all of our song choices with us, and did an incredible job organizing the night and keeping the party going. Our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun he was!

As people who love music for its nostalgia and connection, but not the dancing/clubbing scene, we didn’t have any crazy high expectations for finding an over-the-top DJ team (lights, fog, etc.); rather, we were looking for someone who would handle the music and play songs that felt like “us.” The process was super easy with Joe; we had our initial talk with him, and he told us everything we needed to feel like we’d be in good hands. We signed with him almost a year before our wedding day, so we used the time in between to work on our list of potential songs. Fast forward to our wedding week, we talked with Joe once more to go over the details and get our “wish-list” for the day. On our actual wedding day, Joe truly made the music feel like “us”! He provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception – playing everything from Frank Sinatra to Def Leppard, and Luke Combs to Jake Scott. Joe was so good at reading the crowd and keeping people smiling and dancing (in 100 degrees!); and even more, he checked in often to make sure we as the bride and groom were enjoying our day. Don’t think twice about hiring him for your special day!

Joe was so patient and adapted to the crowd even after I asked him to stick with a schedule. He was the perfect MC at our wedding and really paid attention to detail for my vision for our wedding.. DJ Joe Bene was recommended to us by my stepsister, who had previously been to a wedding that he had worked. And the first thing out of her mouth was, "You HAVE to hire Joe for your wedding! We never left the dance floor!" From our first phone conversation to the last dance on our wedding day, Joe was absolutely incredible - professional, helpful, supportive, prompt, and very easy to work with. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable; we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Aside from the normal stress of planning a wedding, my husband and I also had to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, which left us with a lot of uncertainties about our special day. But planning with Joe didn't skip a beat, even after having a change of time, venue, and major cuts to the guest list. He offered advice and suggestions to accommodate all these changes and to make sure that, despite all the uncertainty, our wedding day was nothing but beautiful. The day of was absolutely amazing, and Joe was a huge part of that! He was flexible with our schedule when our photos ran long and made each of our transitions throughout the night seamless. And the music he played was perfect! Exactly what we imagined - Joe had music for everyone and kept our family and friends dancing all night! We could not have asked for a better DJ, and we'll DEFINITELY be recommending Joe to anyone who is planning an event. DJ Joe Bene was absolutely amazing! I made a last minute change in music to surprise my husband and Joe was completely on board. He arrived early the day of our wedding to set up and make sure everything was perfect. He constantly checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were good and if we needed anything at all. I honestly don’t think there was ever a time that someone wasn’t on the dance floor. The DJ was one of the most important things to us for our wedding and we are BEYOND happy that we chose Joe. He played nearly every song we asked and then some. Perfect all around!!

We can’t express enough how satisfied we are with choosing The DJ Joe Bene for our wedding. From initial contact all the way up to the day-of, Joe was so gracious and helpful with every step of the process. His professionalism is on-point: he said that he intends for his work to reflect what the couple wants for their wedding, and he demonstrated this and more with how he took our requests and turned them into perfect music sets. While other DJs may want to show off what they prefer to play, Joe will always have your and only your interests at heart. Joe’s online song request and event details system was super helpful for planning this aspect of our wedding. It allowed us to organize which songs we did and did not want, when to play them, and generally keep in order the different events of the wedding. It was all-in-all a great resource and definitely took a lot of the stress off. What’s more: if a certain song was not available through the website, Joe would happily find it for you anyway (something we needed more than once). The week before the wedding, he provided us a sample playlist for Cocktail Hour for our approval (naturally, it was exactly what we wanted). For the day-of, you are Joe’s only event (and sometimes for a couple days before too!), so yours has his full attention. He kept us reassured, went over key details to make sure everything was still straight, and coordinated with other vendors as needed on behalf of us. Joe also MCs the event, which he did perfectly. Our event manager kept telling us she had never seen so many people enjoying a reception before. Joe effortlessly kept people moving for hours through the night, from my 4-year-old niece to our older guests as well! It has been almost three months since the wedding, and our guests are still talking about it, and we always tell them how lucky we were to find Joe. The next time we ever need a DJ for an event, we won’t have to go looking because we’re going to come back to The DJ Joe Bene again and again. Do what we did and snag Joe early for your event!

Joe was by FAR the best DJ I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He had the dance floor packed the entire evening, even before the first course was even served! The party atmosphere lasted all night, and guests raved about how diverse yet amazing the music was! Joe was supportive, organized and knew exactly how to work the with venue and us to make sure everything was perfect. I seriously could not have been happier with him as our DJ, and 100% recommend him for your next event without any hesitation! He does not disappoint, and will make your event exactly how you envision it! Joe was awesome!! He was so organized, showed up early to get set up and test the sound. Helped everyone get set up for each part of the night and clearly worked hard to make our day special. The music was great, he went over every part of the night with us a few days before and he was right on point all night. We can't thank him enough for putting in the effort to make our wedding special.

DJ Joe ran the photobooth at our wedding, and was a big hit among our guests. He had a very organized setup and I think may have gotten every single guest to take a photo in the booth. He put together a terrific scrapbook complete with a USB drive for us as well. He's extremely professional and enthusiastic, and his photobooth was an extra special touch to our wedding day!

Hiring Joe as our DJ was absolutely one of the BEST decisions we made in wedding planning. He did both our ceremony and reception and photobooth. He executed our playlist preferences PERFECTLY. His timing, pacing, and choices were all on point. All of our guests were on the dance floor the ENTIRE night and raved about how great our DJ was. They loved the photobooth too (great props and photo quality!) and we loved that we got a thumb drive of all the pictures at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend!!

I used DJ Joe Bene for the photo booth for my January 13, 2018 wedding. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the booth. There were a ton of props for my guests to use. The book was amazing and getting the flash-drive of pictures was also very helpful. I would defiantly recommend them for photo booth services.

Joe was amazing - He handled everything sound related for our wedding perfectly. The music volume and pacing during dinner was great and Joe really got the crowd going on the dance floor. Joe was simply amazing at my wedding this past Sunday! My guests have been raving about his music selection and enthusiasm all week. Right after the parent dances my guests flocked to the dance floor and did not leave all night long! Joe not only got the party started but kept it going all night by playing my playlist and also feeling the crowd to keep everyone happy and moving. Sunday was the best night of my life and Joe played a huge part in that! DJ Joe Bene exceeded our expectations and was one of the best parts about our wedding day! He is extremely professional, punctual, & quick to communicate. He even remixed our first dance song to make it longer & it was seamless! One of the best parts was the way in which he was such a great emcee for the whole evening- he announced our parents & the bridal party into dinner as though we were rushing onto the super bowl field! DJ Joe Bene kept the momentum going throughout the entire evening and keeps a feel for the guests' reactions to songs- changing his set list to incorporate what they respond to! You'd be missing out if you pick anyone else other than Joe. He even came up to us at the end of the night to thank us and wished us well before we left the wedding. Our guests were asking where we found him all throughout the night!
