phic. The dress was beautiful, affordable, and the staff was very helpful! Great store!

ect. We both knew the first dress was the one! Monica picked out the perfect accessories to tie the whole look together without ever trying to oversell. I also used the in-house seamstress, Courtney, and she was great to work with. Courtney really cares about getting the perfect fit. The salon is beautiful and we had a great experience.

ard about this place from another friend who got her wedding dress here. My appointment was the day after Thanksgiving and the owner herself opened the shop and was my consultant. Sorry I forgot her name! She was so nice! I think she opened the shop just for me, because I was the only one there that day. By the time I arrived here, I already tried on close to 40 dresses, so I knew what type and style of dress I want. I told the owner what I am looking for and she immediately pulled out dresses for me. As I tried the dresses on, she listened to what I liked and what I don't like, offering her opinion when asked. Then pulled out some more dresses based on my preferences. I think I tried on 5-7 dresses. Ultimately, I choose the last dress she pulled out! It was everything I was looking for and more! Most importantly it fits my budget. The owner was so great for working with my tight budget and we came to agree on a price that we were both comfortable with. I did not use their alteration service because I live far from them, but I did store my dress there for a 2 month before it needed to be altered. Can't recommend them more! Their places can't be beat! Thank you for allowing me to find the perfect dress for my wedding day!

fect and exactly the elegant, classic, and timeless style I wanted. Thank you!

oked lovely wearing them. We ordered the dresses in March, just as all retail stores were closing. Debbie made us feel safe and the dresses arrived in plenty of time for alterations. I would highly recommend this store.

lso allowed my mom and I free time to roam which made me feel at ease. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I liked, which I loved since I am so indecisive! However, after I tried on three I fell in love with my dress! I am obsessed and could not have asked for a better place to find my dress and veil! They were very helpful and sweet!

ses that I wouldn't normally go for! In my opinion, the dresses were also reasonably priced. The Dress Matters was the first shop I went to, and every store after did not measure up. I am so happy with the dress that I ended up with from The Dress Matters! Beautiful - would highly recommend!

had on my Pinterest board. I was thrilled to have found my dream dress here! Everyone is so sweet, they have a great selection which I was pleasantly surprised by since it is a smaller store. I had an excellent overall experience and definitely recommend any bride to check it out!

t myself. The location is wonderful and charming. I found my perfect wedding dress and headpiece with the help of Debbie who was there throughout the whole process. Her selection of dresses are beautiful and I would highly recommend this boutique for the customer service and overall experience. My wife even found her wedding dress here and together we looked gorgeous on our wedding day.

recommend getting your dress from her boutique. Beautiful dresses for a great price!

perience. Nadine was so kind and patient while I tried on a million dresses and made me feel really special throughout the entire experience. All the other girls I worked with were great too! Plus the prices are great!! It’s a smaller shop but I liked that about it. It felt very personal.

ned to what I was asking for and pulled dresses accordingly. She even told us to look through the racks and pull things that I liked. She was patient with me with I tried on multiple dresses hoping to find the one. I want to thank Debbie for being so kind and patient with me and for making my 1st experience trying on gowns a great one!!!

ture of the dress). But they were always honest about what they could do and how much things would cost. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful and most importantly comfortable on my wedding day! I couldn't be more grateful for their honesty and support. I loved my dress and it was absolutely perfect for me!

rom the start. My consultant, Naomi, was wonderful. She chose a variety of dresses to pull, and adjusted quickly to the styles that were most flattering for me. Would definitely recommend a visit to these ladies to all future brides!

ses that fit my body shape great. I'm so happy I found my wedding dress here with such ease and would recommend this store to every bride searching for their perfect dress ( and priced great ).

remely well made. I will say that I had something different in mind going in to the store, but their dresses stole my heart. The staff was incredible, the dresses were move-you-to-tears beautiful. I cannot say enough good things!

dress for me. Deborah Collins, the owner and my consultant that day, made me feel so beautiful and comfortable! I showed her pictures of the type of style I was looking for, and immediately she was able to pull a ton of beautiful dresses. When she added accessories to the one dress I loved the most, I had my "wow" bridal moment! Once I said yes, I was given a glass of wine to celebrate! It was such a fun, special time that I will always remember! I can't wait to wear my dress on my big day! I highly recommend going to The Dress Matters!! You will not be disappointed!

y on in my size, not just smaller sizes like 4, 6, and 8. Their gowns are reasonably priced, and alterations package is a nice perk! I highly recommend The Dress Matters!

I’m so happy with my dress and experience !!!! Highly recommend !

nd not pushy.

ent and knowledgeable. I said yes to a dress that was very inexpensive. I can't wait for my dress to come in!

on. Good experience at The Dress Matters!

for the fashion and the shop stopper gown was amazing. Deborah is very personable and her customer service is impeccable.

e room has black curtains which provide privacy. The dresses came in larger sizes, unlike other boutiques that offer you sizes 8, 10 & 12. A majority of their gowns are $1,000 - $1,500. Parking is tight, so if you go with a group, try and carpool. The boutique is by appointment only. I highly, highly recommend The Dress Matters!

dress, and I immediately knew after the 2nd that I found “the one”. Deborah really listened to me about the style I was interested in and pulled dresses accordingly. After the purchase, they have kept communication open by giving me updates about the dress and have been easy to deal with when setting up dress fitting appointments. Overall, I would highly recommend The Dress Matters to anyone! Thanks again for providing me such a great experience for the biggest day of my life!

ess up, they shoved the large tulle skirt into a very small zipped garment bag which crushed the tulle and put more wrinkles in it than before I'd brought it in. They did re-steam the dress for free, and put it back in its original bag, but it seemed entirely unprofessional to me for them to crush my large tulle skirt into a small garment bag in the first place. They also stuffed the bust with tissue paper after steaming the dress, I did not bring it to them like this, and it caused the top of my dress to gap on my wedding day-I am very small chested and it had fit perfectly before. While I'm sure their dress selection and services are wonderful, I would go elsewhere for alterations and steaming services.

y options. The dress was perfect and not astronomical in price. People gave me so many compliments. I highly recommend working with their seamstress Mehtap as well. She put details I wanted on the dress and made it mine! Highly recommend this shop.

me, they'll say I'm impossible when it comes to finding a dress, but The Dress Matters made it so easy! The shop was clean, neat and organized. The staff was super friendly and made you feel right at home! I'm so happy I found my dress with them and I will recommend them to all!

hen I have questions. Great designer options, different from sounding bridal boutiques. I tell all my friends to go there!

ish mirror. Great help though. We ended up buying some earrings from here. I found my 2nd favorite dress here but ultimately it wasn't "the one".

l!

g, my group loved looking around at the gorgeous bridesmaid dresses while I changed. They picked out the prefect veil for me. They were even so kind as to honor a sale that was running the weekend after my appointment. I did not want to take the dress off and they did not rush me to do so haha. Thank you so much for helping me get the dress of my dreams. Can't wait until it comes in so I can have it on again!

es in (and out) of my comfort zone were selected. I was able to find the perfect dress during my first visit. Before paying for the dress, the representative was up front and let me know that it would be on sale 2 weeks out and allowed me to schedule a follow up appointment so that I could take advantage of the special. Overall, it was a great experience.
