I also used the in-house seamstress, Courtney, and she was great to work with. Courtney really cares about getting the perfect fit. The salon is beautiful and we had a great experience.

ard about this place from another friend who got her wedding dress here. My appointment was the day after Thanksgiving and the owner herself opened the shop and was my consultant. Sorry I forgot her name! She was so nice! I think she opened the shop just for me, because I was the only one there that day. By the time I arrived here, I already tried on close to 40 dresses, so I knew what type and style of dress I want. I told the owner what I am looking for and she immediately pulled out dresses for me. As I tried the dresses on, she listened to what I liked and what I don't like, offering her opinion when asked. Then pulled out some more dresses based on my preferences. I think I tried on 5-7 dresses. Ultimately, I choose the last dress she pulled out! It was everything I was looking for and more! Most importantly it fits my budget. The owner was so great for working with my tight budget and we came to agree on a price that we were both comfortable with. I did not use their alteration service because I live far from them, but I did store my dress there for a 2 month before it needed to be altered. Can't recommend them more! Their places can't be beat! Thank you for allowing me to find the perfect dress for my wedding day!

When she added accessories to the one dress I loved the most, I had my "wow" bridal moment! Once I said yes, I was given a glass of wine to celebrate! e room has black curtains which provide privacy. The dresses came in larger sizes, unlike other boutiques that offer you sizes 8, 10 & 12. A majority of their gowns are $1,000 - $1,500. Parking is tight, so if you go with a group, try and carpool. The boutique is by appointment only. I highly, highly recommend The Dress Matters!

ess up, they shoved the large tulle skirt into a very small zipped garment bag which crushed the tulle and put more wrinkles in it than before I'd brought it in. They did re-steam the dress for free, and put it back in its original bag, but it seemed entirely unprofessional to me for them to crush my large tulle skirt into a small garment bag in the first place. They also stuffed the bust with tissue paper after steaming the dress, I did not bring it to them like this, and it caused the top of my dress to gap on my wedding day-I am very small chested and it had fit perfectly before. While I'm sure their dress selection and services are wonderful, I would go elsewhere for alterations and steaming services.

g, my group loved looking around at the gorgeous bridesmaid dresses while I changed. They picked out the prefect veil for me. They were even so kind as to honor a sale that was running the weekend after my appointment. I did not want to take the dress off and they did not rush me to do so haha. Thank you so much for helping me get the dress of my dreams. Can't wait until it comes in so I can have it on again!

Before paying for the dress, the representative was up front and let me know that it would be on sale 2 weeks out and allowed me to schedule a follow up appointment so that I could take advantage of the special. I felt like a Queen throughout the entire journey...even at fittings...with her seamstress May doing an excellent job! My Bridesmaids also ordered dresses with The Dress Matters and they too were very satisfied and everything exceeded our expectations!! Truly a gem to work with. Prices were very reasonable and my accessories were well coordinated by the jewelry, veil and crown she had in stock.
