I found my dress at The Dress and Jayna did my alternations! It was a great experience. Jayna’s alternations were spot on. She knew how to make the dress super flattering. She even...
added swooped laced sleeves. I would recommend The Dress.
Cute little store with good selection and a super nice owner! She also does the alterations which were excellent!
From the first shopping experience, I fell in love with the Dress! Jayna is extremely talented and was able to identify immediately which styles would be flattering and would go we...
ll with our venue. The level of service was a stark contrast to many of the other experiences I had shopping in LA and NYC with staff that didn’t understand figures and fabrics. I ended up finding a dress that I loved and Jayna was able to customize it to perfection with pearls down the back and even made the perfect custom veil to match! Highly recommend shopping for your dress here and using Jayna and team for your alterations/ customizations!
I took a dress I purchased from another store and Jayna transformed it with her alterations. She shortened my train significantly, tightened a few areas, including the straps, and ...
added a bustle. The bustle was so easy to figure out after my ceremony was over. I also purchased my veil there. She is extremely good at what she does and I felt very confident in her ability to make my dress fit like a dream, which it absolutely did. Cannot recommend Jayna enough for your wedding dress alterations - she is amazing!!
I was recommended to Jayna by my now-SIL who bought her dress at The Dress. Put your trust in her - she picked out a handful of dresses for me that I would have skimmed over and I ...
ended up getting married in one of the first ones she put me into! Her alterations were flawless and quick and she was honest - when she thought something looked off, she said it! I 100% recommend Jayna for the best wedding dress shopping experience - she's a badass and smart business owner who I'm proud to support! :)
This was the first time I tried on wedding dresses and Jayna was amazing. She listened to what I liked and pulled great options to try on. She was so helpful and suggested alterati...
ons to make the dress EXACTLY what I had in mind. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. 10/10.
I am from Montana and have family in SB so we went there in search of my wedding dress. We went to 4 different places and The Dress was our last stop. This place is so laid back ...
and makes it easy to find a dress. You didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable at all and she had exactly what I was looking for. I am so happy we found this place!
Fantastic dress shop. The owner is super friendly and does great alterations. I bought my dress here for my beach wedding.
After falling in love with a dress double my budget in a local shoppe, I found the same dress as a sample sale from The Dress. Although I was so excited to find "the one" in my bud...
get, I was very nervous about buying something Id never seen and from someone I had never met. But Jayna was fantastic! She went above and beyond to send me additional photos and reassure me that it was like new and authentic. She also got it shipped out and at my door in Alabama within a week, and the dress was perfect. I highly recommend The Dress and am so thankful that I found them!!
This is where I found my dress! The little shop on Street is lovely to visit. In a interesting turn of events, I actually saw the dress I was interested in online on Tradesy.com an...
d wanted it. I was about to email the seller when I realized that it was at a small shop in Santa Barbara, down the street from where my fiancé lived at the time. I obviously decided to walk to The Dress to try on what would become my dress. It was the one. Once I made the decision, I was so happy to work with Jayna throughout the process. She was very accommodating with my schedule (I didn't live in Santa Barbara, but was there on weekends). She also did all the alterations herself (bustle, cups and a few other tweaks), some on the spot. She also gave me instructions on how to transport it safely since my wedding was cross country. I'm so happy that I found her and my dress in Santa Barbara! Thank you, Jayna!
