Wow! I cannot recommend Drizzled Pear enough. Rhonda and her team were absolutely amazing from the very first day I reached out. She was always quick to respond to any questions we...
had about our big day—even through the countless changes to our menu and payment questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs and specialty requests, while also providing us with honest recommendations on what we didn’t actually need, which we really appreciated.
Our tasting experience felt like dining at a fine restaurant—the food, presentation, and service were all outstanding. Rhonda made the entire process seamless, and I’m so grateful we chose Drizzled Pear for our wedding!
Now, onto the food—absolutely EXCELLENT! I couldn’t even narrow down our appetizers because everything was so delicious. The entrées at our wedding not only exceeded any catered food we’ve ever had, but truly rivaled a 5-star restaurant. The local catch was a personal favorite! Rhonda’s staff was so attentive and kind, even while navigating less-than-ideal weather on our wedding day. They truly made our day so special!
I truly cannot recommend Drizzled Pear enough—do not hesitate to hire them for your big day!
Absolutely loved working with Rhonda and the Drizzled Pear. Rhonda wanted all our servings to be exactly how we wanted them, and she brought us back for a second tasting to make ...
sure her team accomplished this. She was extremely responsive to emails/questions with very little wait for response time. I’m not sure when she sleeps!! We enjoyed every minute of working with her, from the initial inquiry to our wedding day. Thank you Rhonda for being so organized and devoted in making your business perfect for your clients.

l night we received so many compliments about the food! We did passed hors d’oeuvres and every bite was perfect. Several guests told us that the dessert shooters, especially the tres leches, changed their life. Don’t skip out on the late night bites either!! The cheeseburgers and fries were a hit. Service was impeccable and to top it all off Rhonda was just the sweetest and an absolute pleasure to work with!!!
From the first phone call to the wedding day, Rhonda Mitchell with The Drizzled Pear was wonderful to work with. Catering was one of the biggest components for my daughter's weddin...
g and despite being long distance, Rhonda made me feel at ease through the entire process. I feel in love with her menu selections and wished we could have included more! She and her staff were very courteous, professional and timely during the reception. We selected 4 different appetizers (fantastic) and 3 stations (my favorite were the crab cakes!) for dinner with 140 guests. Her team assisted with cutting and serving cake as well. The overall flow of the evening went very well. Rhonda was recommended by The Cooper River Room and is familiar with their layout and kitchen prep area. I highly recommend!
I can't give enough praise for Rhonda and team!! Not only were the displays gorgeous and right on theme with the rest of our reception hall, but the food was DELICIOUS! Our guests ...
could not get enough of that homemade fried chicken!! I have to say my favorite was was the mac and cheese bar and the prosciutto wrapped goat cheese stuffed shrimp--simply amazing!! On top of the wedding being perfect and delicious, I was blown away with the plates sent home with us! We had so much of the food that we barely got to eat at the reception so that we didn't miss a thing! The professionalism, attention to detail, and absolute deliciousness and quality of food makes Drizzled Pear, hands down, the best catering around!! Thank you so much for helping make our big day absolutely perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about our wedding caterer The Drizzled Pear! The owner, Rhonda, was personally involved in the creation of the menu and execution of the food! As th...
e bride, I was in direct contact with her throughout the entire process. She took our personal taste and created the best food of our lives! From the moment we arrived at the venue, we were personally served the h'ordeuvres, had our own plates with our own personal preferences, and a huge surprise picnic basket at hotel at the end of the end night stocked with extra food and wine! She decorated her food stations to match our wedding aesthetic perfectly! The guests have been raving about the food and exceptional personable service! We had passed h'ordeuvres of shecrab soup shooters (BEST SHE CRAP SOUP EVER) with cornbread, chicken n waffle bites, & fried green tomatoes. Our dinner stations were chicken BBQ sliders with pickled onions with a side mixed green salad with champagne vinaigrette (with pears of course), pork carving station with Charleston red rice & collard greens, & Lowcountry shrimp 'n grits! I need her to open a restaurant because I NEED more of this food!! Thank you for everything and making all of our favorite food. I am so proud to have found such a wonderful small business in the wedding industry who worked with us as locals to have the wedding of our dreams!
