We rented the venue the day before our wedding also to decorate and that was well worth it and reduced a lot of stress the day of. The owners were very kind and attentive. It is beautiful and the location is perfect. Not only is it a quiet area but the streets match the vibe of the venue. Parking was not an issue. we had via email and were very responsive during our wedding day. The venue even did a 40% off summer sale so we were able to get the day before for our rehearsal dinner/set up and it was so convenient! We only had a minor issue with the AC in the bridal suite the day before, but Kacie was able to figure out the issue the day of. The AC in the main building was blowing amazingly in the Texas July heat. Also, I will say they had a ton of rental options available which was convenient for us. This was a great budget friendly venue and the guests loved the atmosphere and vibe. It comfortably fit 75 people. The outside area is so photogenic and made for a great background. Highly recommend booking The Eagle along with Tony's backyard BBQ for a food truck and Christopher Hughes for photography!

the Eagle Historic Warehouse. The owners were so helpful and made the process easier which is so needed when wedding planning. Being able to rent table cloths and other decorations from them saved us money and saved us from hauling extra stuff to the venue. The bridal suite is AMAZING, such a sweet place to spend the best day of your life with all your girls beforehand. There is nothing negative to say about this place. We had the most beautiful wedding and every time I look at our photos I still can’t believe how perfect it was. I cannot recommend it enough!!

Karissa care deeply about making sure the space is memorable & unique. They also were so helpful & answered every question I had promptly throughout my wedding planning process! We got so many compliments from our wedding guests about our choice of venue too!

in love. The venue itself is amazing - so unique and beautiful with dark green ceilings, a large wooden bar area, string lights, a beautiful bridal suite, and more. The price was so good, much better than anything else we'd seen, and they let us bring our own food and drink in without a penalty. The owners, Andy and Karissa, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were SO kind, very responsive and helpful, and made our wedding that much less stressful. If you're on the fence about using this as your venue, I would 100% recommend it. There are also tons of neat places right outside the venue to take wedding photos!

ported. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and just generally a cool space (green ceilings)! Parking is easy and the bridal suite is easily the most beautiful and lit by natural light all throughout for an easy time getting ready. You can bring your own vendors and you are able to rent the adjoining lawn space as well for any outdoor activities you have in mind. This space is very all in one - which was great for us because we were able to lean into some really cool decor choices. This venue is also dog friendly which was a must for us! They also have some great rentals available as well! 1000% would choose them everytime!

and the owners were so quick to get those for us. They were easily accessible and were always there to answer any of our questions. I loved that the venue was already by style/theme: industrial, and it was very easy to add a few decorations to keep it simple yet elegant! Hands down the best venue and would love to book again if I ever needed a venue for anything else.

was on a Sunday and luckily no one booked it for Saturday so Andy offered for us to be able to set up whatever we wanted the day before for free which was SO helpful to relieve some stress for the following day. On the day of the wedding, our steamer didn't end up working that we brought so we messaged Andy and within minutes he brought theirs for us to use. We were able to go visit the venue before hand multiple times and set up as we pleased to make sure we got everything right for the day of. The cost was AMAZING for the "DFW" area. We live in SW Fort Worth and it was about a 50 minute drive, but we have family/friends all the way up into the Plano area so we figured people would have to drive quite a distance either way, it ended up working fine, we blocked a hotel nearby for those that didn't want to drive back at around $80 a night, but driving back was fine as well as that is what my husband and I did. If you are in doubt don't be, just book it!

fortless! The venue was priced so well, that made our drive from Fort Worth even better. They were easy to contact, gave out wonderful advice and just simply are genuine people. The venue speaks for itself, GORGEOUS! We rented out the Southern Charm manor the night before, and the grooms party got ready there while the girls took the room at the venue. If I had to do it again i would change nothing!

Andy was around the day before the wedding as we set up to help guide the process and ensure that all of the rentals we reserved were present, and he checked in on us several times the day of the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend The Eagle Historic Warehouse to anyone looking for a gorgeous space, great price, and incredible vendor to work with.

roughout our two-day rental. The venue itself is simple yet beautiful, just what we wanted for our low-key wedding. We had about 80 people attend our wedding and it was the perfect place for both the ceremony and reception. The kitchen was sufficient for our caterer and the bridal suite in the back had plenty of space for the several women getting ready there. We got loads of compliments from all our guests about how beautiful the venue was. With the string lights, exposed brick walls, and a nice bar area, no decorations aside from table top was needed. We got absolutely the best bang for our buck with this hidden gem of a venue ❤️
