The Eldred Preserve

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Eldred Preserve. From the beautiful venue and incredible food to the care shown by the entire staff, our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. But above all, the two people who deserve the biggest recognition are Curtis and Matthew. Curtis was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire planning process. From our first conversations through our wedding day, he was responsive, patient, organized, reassuring, and genuinely invested in making sure everything came together exactly as we envisioned. We had plenty of questions, changes, ideas, and tiny details along the way, and Curtis always made us feel heard and taken care of. He never made us feel like we were simply another wedding on the calendar. Over the course of planning, we became genuinely close with Curtis. What started as a relationship with our venue coordinator turned into someone we trusted so much and felt so comfortable with that we ultimately asked him to officiate our ceremony. Having Curtis standing up there with us made that moment incredibly personal and meaningful. He had been there through the planning, knew us as a couple, and had become such an important part of our wedding experience that we truly could not imagine anyone better to lead our ceremony. It is something we will always be grateful for. And then there is Matthew — an absolute ROCKSTAR. We cannot emphasize enough how incredible he was on our wedding day. Matthew was attentive, kind, professional, calm, and somehow always there exactly when we needed him. He seemed to be everywhere at once. Whether we needed something, our families needed something, a guest had a question, or something needed to be handled behind the scenes, Matthew was already on it. One of the greatest gifts on your wedding day is being able to actually be present instead of worrying about what is happening behind the scenes, and Matthew gave us that. We could enjoy ourselves, spend time with our guests, and take in the day because we knew everything was being handled. His attention to detail and genuine care for us did not go unnoticed. Curtis and Matthew truly went above and beyond. A venue can be gorgeous, the food can be amazing, and the property can photograph beautifully, but ultimately it is the people behind it who determine how you remember the experience. These two are such a huge reason we will remember our wedding at The Eldred Preserve so fondly. The rest of the team was also wonderful, our guests had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments about the venue, food, and service. Everything came together beautifully, and we felt cared for from beginning to end. We would recommend The Eldred Preserve without hesitation, but most of all, we hope they know just how lucky they are to have Curtis and Matthew. They do not simply do their jobs well — they make you feel like your wedding genuinely matters to them. That is something you cannot put a price on. We will forever be grateful to Curtis and Matthew for everything they did to make our wedding so special, and we will truly miss them both!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to host our wedding at The Eldred Preserve. The venue itself is a perfect blend of modern sophistication and natural beauty, which was exactly the vibe we were going for. A massive thank you to Curtis and Matthew who were incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to customize elements of our day, making it feel uniquely ours. One of the highlights was the dessert spread, which included authentic Hungarian, Egyptian, and Colombian desserts made buy their in-house team. It meant the world to us and our families. For our ceremony, we had to pivot to the covered ceremony option, which ended up being great with the view of the preserve behind us. And as soon as the weather cleared up, the staff seamlessly opened up the cocktail hour venue into an incredible open-air area. The only minor downside is that the boutique hotel rooms on-site were a bit pricey, which unfortunately prevented more of our guests from staying right on property. Ultimately, our wedding was a dream. We loved every single moment of our experience at The Eldred Preserve and would do it all over again! Highly recommend.
