Our services include setup, bussing and breakdown, design assistance, planning, event coordination & management, even floral assistance - so your event flows seamlessly from start to finish. Whether you dream of timeless elegance, simple beauty, or an artful mix-and-match that’s uniquely yours, we’ll help you bring it to life.
Our carefully curated inventory includes plates, glassware, multiple flatware styles, chargers, and linens, as well as décor from candles and vases to small furniture pieces. We also offer a coffee station and yard games to enhance your event. The Elegant Eclectic serves weddings, rehearsal dinners, tea parties, baby showers, corporate events, and more.

I’m Mary, and I love bringing celebrations to life! With a background in interior design and the airline industry, plus years spent homeschooling, foster parenting, and organizing large events for family, friends, and community, I started The Elegant Eclectic to craft tablescapes that are uniquely yours and create the unexpected for your guests. Along the way, I’ve balanced life as both a special needs and military mom, and even consulted on design and remodeling projects. Birthed from my own daughter’s wedding (pictured here with me!) while living in Idaho, I’ve since expanded my business in Tennessee, specializing in blending vintage, classic, and modern-traditional pieces to create stylish, timeless, and Pinterest-worthy settings ~ all personalized to make your celebration exactly what you dreamed of!
