Esther played the harp during my wedding ceremony this past October 2023. The way she plays is so angelic and beautiful. Everyone at my wedding felt as though they walked into a Hollywood movie. She was a dream and a perfect aspect to my wedding. I highly recommend Esther as your musician during your ceremony. She also has an amazing husband who is a pastor/reverend and officiates weddings. They are so professional and a perfect duo! Highly recommend!

Twenty years ago as we celebrated our 30th anniversary we hired Esther to play at our renewal service and were very pleased with her music. This year as we planned our 50th celebration we were absolutely thrilled to be able to hire Esther again. On both occasions she filled the room with her beautiful music. Esther fulfilled all our requests and then some. If you are looking for someone to create your music memories at your special occasion then there could not be anyone better than Esther Underhay.
Such a beautiful and elegant touch to our garden party wedding! We had our wedding at the beautiful Boldt Castle in July 2023. Very reasonably priced and professional experience with an extensive selection of songs.
I had a destination wedding at the Boldt Castle in Alexandria Bay, NY. I live in Arkansas and communication was great with the company. It was very easy to setup the services long distance and they made everything hassle free! It’s also a steal and reasonably priced. They’re very talented and the music is beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful! Esther and her team including AnnaLisa were absolutely wonderful and played the most beautiful music for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at PGA National. Esther was absolutely amazing to work with!!! She played both harp and piano at our wedding ceremony and reception in May and did a fantastic job. I was having difficulty selecting songs for the ceremony and she was so patient with me, helping me to pick songs over zoom by playing samples of each on her harp. I had so many guests comment on the relaxing environment that she created with her beautiful music. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a harpist or pianist for their event.

We hired Esther to be a special part of our big day and she was awesome to work with. She was communicative, sweet, and very flexible! She offered a long list of music and services to even learn songs if there was anything in particular that we wanted to play that wasn’t on the list. Our guests also loved her and still talk about her when we talk about our wedding, I would hire Esther again and again! Thanks so much for the memories and being apart of our day! 😊

I cannot begin to find the words to express the level of beauty and ambience that Esther with her Elegant Harp Trio created for our daughters wedding. The quality of music and overall elegance provided for the Ceremony and Cocktail hour simply said was "outstanding". We could not be more happy for the results, as Esther hit the mark with her image and song options. Esther worked closely with our daughter to select appropriate song choices both on and off Esther's playlist. If you did not hear Esther play "Hallelujah" you are missing something wonderful. Esther's Elegant Harp Trio was on premise and set up to play well before our guests started to arrive, and we received rave revues from everyone. Esther was our harpist for our wedding ceremony at the Ann Norton Sculpture Garden in West Palm beach last week. She was INCREDIBLE! From the very beginning, she was professional and kind and had a wide selection of music to choose from which made it very easy for us to pick and choose what we liked. Esther was one of the vendors that took little to no oversite because she is just so experienced and excellent at her craft. Her music really set the tone for an extremely memorable day. I would recommend Esther to perform with her harp to anyone who is planning an event :)

Esther and the band were off the chart amazing!!! Esther played the harp as we walked down the aisle, and
even honored our request and played the Muppet theme for the recessional.
We added a saxophone for the cocktail hour and the jazz band for the reception. From our first dance: "At Last" to the final song of the night, everything was perfect.
In the words of my husband: "The jazz band just blew it out of the water. They are amazing!"

I am SO happy I hired Esther to play the harp at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. She was absolutely amazing. Everyone said how elegant her performance was and she truly made our event. She even learned songs that were not in her library that we requested she perform at our wedding. We have been lucky to experience Esther's talent ( in addition grace, collaboration, organization, efficiency, and kindness) twice! We hired her for ceremony music in 2017, and to celebrate our 5th anniversary we knew she would be the perfect person to help us revisit our special day. Having Esther Underhay play her beautiful harp at our wedding at Boldt Castle, 1000 Islands, NY, this summer was one of the best decisions I made. From our very first conversation, to the planning session, to the day of the event, Esther was pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. Because of her years of experience playing at weddings, she was able to give me guidance and suggestions in picking the perfect music for our ceremony. Best of all, she had played many times at our venue, so she needed no help or direction from anyone to set up.
One of my favorite memories from that day was nervously waiting in the dressing room and then hearing her begin to play. I knew that meant our family and friends were arriving. Thank you, Esther, for making our special day even better.
Ms. Underhay and her team did an amazing job. They played during my cocktail hour and it absolutely elevated the event. I am so happy I was able to have her as part of my special day!!! I will definitely use her for any future events that deserve an extra touch of class.
Esther is absolutely amazing! She is extremely accommodating to make sure your wedding is exactly what you want. I had my sister sing as I walked down the aisle, and Esther went out of her way to practice with her prior to the wedding to ensure everything would be perfect. From the initial conversation, to the consultation session and to the actual day - Esther was gracious, pleasant and so easy to work with! Not only was Esther professional but also very flexible. I had a number of songs that I chose to be played during the prelude and the processional for all the other attendants, however, I had a hard time selecting the song that my husband and I would walk down to. My husband and I searched the internet and found and heard a harp cover of "All My Life" by KCI and JoJo - and we knew immediately that that is the song that we wanted Esther to play while we walked down the aisle. She did not have the music but she found the music and she played it so beautifully at our Blessing Ceremony! We weren't the only ones happy with Esther. In fact, several guests commented at how wonderfully she played and how soothing the music selection was. It was truly elegant just as the name suggests and the perfect addition to our big day! She has a large selection of music and upon request learned to play a song from one of my husband's favorite video games (Zelda's Lullaby) - we had a lot of Zelda fans and they were thrilled to hear it! Esther was amazing. We had so many compliments on her music and how pretty it was. We had to postpone our wedding a whole year due to Covid and she was very easy to communicate with during that time.

I contacted Esther and was so happy she was available for my Daughter's wedding. She was so kind and very accommodating. My daughter changed her mind a few times about the music. Esther did research on some songs we wanted played to be able to play them. She was happy to accompany a soloist sing Ave Maria. I had a quartet, they played prior to the wedding, during the ceremony and during the cocktail hour. Esther was easy to contact, helpful and so pleasant. Esther was wonderful to work with. We had a meeting beforehand at her lovely home where she patiently went through her repertoire with us and allowed us to go through her song books to look for the songs we wanted to have played. She played us samples of the things we were looking at to give us a better idea of how a song would sound on the harp, which was immensely helpful.
I knew I wanted a harpist at my wedding because I wanted a specific song played during my walk down the aisle. Esther learned the song at my request, which I so appreciated.
Esther is great!! She played beautifully for my ceremony and cocktail hour. All of my guests were in awe of the harp music. Esther is extremely easy to work with and communicate. My husband-to-be & I knew exactly what we wanted. As he says, I am "very particular" (about just about everything), when I contacted other vendors, they could not guarantee which harpist would be playing (!!) and I wanted to be sure that the musicians were truly accomplished and really symphony quality. We made an appointment to go "hear" Esther play. She was so very understanding and played numerous pieces so that we could identify which music for each phase of the procession... We are "kinda" traditionally elegant in our tastes. She totally captured our spirit...was wonderful...did I mention that we also wanted a cellist to play along.....Shall I say from start to finish, the evening was Pure Magic and the music was Divine. Absolutely AMAZING. When we first met to go over the music, she was open to play anything. She already has a huge list to choose from with all different types of genre. My daughter had a small wedding, with family and very intimate.
We wanted someone to play the Harp with elegant soothing music. Esther did just that. From the beginning to the end she was amazing! She was so professional. She played all of the requested songs. I am so happy we found her. I would highly recommend The Elegant Harp.

We had Esther at our 1/4/19 wedding in Fort Lauderdale. She played beautiful music and it was extremely impressive as to how many songs she can play. She is also willing to learn something special for you! 10/10 recommend her for your wedding!
We chose Esther to play the harp, accompanied by cello, at our wedding ceremony at Vizcaya. Esther is a talented musician and was very professional to work with. She arrived on time and the music was beautiful.

Esther is such a lovely person to work with. She was kind and gracious and she didn’t mind the long list of crazy songs I had her and her fellow musicians play for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour (game of thrones, Harry Potter, florence and the machine, etc.) the music was so beautiful, I felt like I was in a dream. I loved every single moment. Thank you so much for such a precious memory.

From the beginning of wedding planning I loved the thought of having a harpist at our ceremony. Esther was the perfect choice. She had a list of tons of songs both classical and modern and also would be willing to learn new songs if requested. I wish that I was able to enjoy all of her playing while everyone was being seated, etc.... everyone stated they loved her! She also helped my husband with his boutinerre which was very nice.
We booked Esther for our ceremony and cocktail hour in June 2018. She had a prior engagement that conflicted with our wedding , however she provided an excellent replacement. Our ceremony music and the music at our cocktail hour was divine. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing wedding day.

My husband and I had a small, very elegant outdoor wedding at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach this past March. We wanted it to be romantic, magical and spiritual, and after listening to Esther's harp music, we were enthralled. Of all the decisions that I had to make for the wedding, this was the easiest. To me the harp is the closest instrument to heaven, and Esther's magical touch was transcendent. After the ceremony, we had an spectacular indoor dinner for our family inside, loaded with candlelight, and we supplemented Esther and her harp with a violinist and cello for a trio of musicians that played everything from Dr. Zhivago to I Think I Love You (did I mention she is a great sport as well?) Besides her beautiful music, Esther is also a beautiful person inside and out, with a gentle soul and a graceful and refined presence. The best!
Esther played the harp for our wedding ceremony and we were so pleased!!! She is a true professional and very talented. Everyone complemented how beautiful the ceremony music was! She was so helpful when it came to selecting the music for the ceremony and she offered great recommendations. We highly recommend her!!!
Originally my husband and I were going to just have instrumentals playing by our DJ for our ceremony, but my mom wanted something more romantic. I am so glad we decided to go with something more romantic and hiring Esther. We received so many compliments by our guests for the music she played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. She met with us personally and with songs we had in mind for the processional and recessional she played them to help give us an idea of how they will sound. This I feel was a very personal touch and reflection of her love for her work. And because I am such a Disney princess, she also had a great selection of Disney songs which she played during cocktail hour. It just allowed for another piece of myself and my husband to be experienced by our guests. Great investment for any bride and groom, you won't regret it!

We had a small, intimate wedding and we wanted a touch of elegance. The Elegant Harp was the perfect choice to add that uniquely unforgettable experience that made our wedding so special! Esther, the harpist, played so beautifully! I always wanted a harpist for my ceremony and did not think I could afford it. The Elegant Harp was affordable and made my wedding day dream come true. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Esther was wonderful to work with and her lovely harp music was the perfect backdrop to our intimate, outdoor wedding ceremony. She took the time to meet with us prior to the wedding and gave us great ideas on music selections. Her husband, Pastor Paul Underhay, was our officiant and the ceremony was perfect and stress-free thanks to the two of them.

Esther (and her husband, who officiated our wedding ceremony) were absolutely amazing. Most little girls have a picture from an early age of what their wedding will be like. While that image changes when you actually plan your wedding, the moment she began playing the bridal march, I almost teared up, as at least that moment was exactly the moment I had pictured my whole life--and it's one of the few moments of our wedding day that is still crystal clear in my mind, which is such a gift to me. Working with her was definitely one of the best decisions I made to ensure that our ceremony was perfect. On top of her skill on the harp, she was so easy and accommodating to work with. Esther performed at our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, which was a concern of mine due to a lack of coverage on the outdoor location. Esther and her husband arrived early and figured out a solution without any trouble (and no additional stress on us to try and help). She is a consummate professional, but also extremely personable--you really feel that she is so happy to be a part of your special day. I would recommend her again and again. My wedding was celtic themed and Esther helped mix some celtic songs and modern songs to create a BEAUTIFUL atmosphere at both my ceremony and cocktail hour. The harp was definitely one of the highlights of my wedding day. Esther is an outstanding harpist and I only wish I got to personally thank her on my wedding day
We had both Esther and Anna Lisa perform at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They were incredible and every guest complimented on how beautiful the dual harpists were and how much they enjoyed it! It was such a beautiful and elegant touch to our wedding to make it even more special. I would highly recommend using them to add that special touch to any special event.

Esther played at my Wedding Reception in April. She is absolutely amazing!! Her musical talents are incredible and she is also such a wonderful human being. She was so great to work with and made the whole process so easy. Everyone at the reception commented about how wonderful it was to have her playing as they arrived and in the background throughout the night. I'm so happy that we found her, she made the night absolutely perfect! The harp was such a beautiful addition to the reception, it would not have been the same without it! Great to do business with very friendly, many ideas and suggestions. Played many music samples live for us during our consultation. Ceremony was beautiful couldn't have asked for a better job. My husband and I had Esther play the harp at our wedding on the 20th of August 2016 on Heart Island in the Thousand Islands, Alexandria Bay, NY and we LOVED the services that she provided!
