The Element was the best band we could've chosen for our wedding. Tony and team were so professional and all around AMAZING to work with. He had great ideas on how to make the night more fun, transitions smooth and were willing to learn songs special to us. They brought the energy, good vibes and so much fun. We got so many compliments after the wedding about the band. If you're getting married - do not think twice about hiring The Element!!

The Element is fantastic. They’re very talented musicians ready to take the party to the next level. Our guests raved about The Element the night of and the following days. Our guests even chanted ‘encore’ because no one wanted the night to end! Erin & Tony lead The Band with professionalism and compassion for what we wanted for the night. They are flexible, down to earth, and great people. Hopefully, one of our guests in the future rebooks them (like we did) so we can dance with them again! Thank you, The Element rocks!

The ELEMENT was ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were recommended the ELEMENT by another band (which says a lot about how amazing they are!). From planning phase to event they were amazing. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, organized-basically everything you want planning. At the wedding they were fun, engaging, music was AMAZING, and were very helpful in managing our timeline/allowing us to go with the flow when we needed. We got more compliments than I can count about how great the entertainment was. They customized the event to us and they allowed my husband to join the band for a few songs. You don’t need to read this entire review. If you are considering hiring a band for your wedding, hire The Element. We had the opportunity to see a handful of different bands to decide which one to go with. While all of them were musically talented, there is not another band in Cleveland that can match the level of fun that The Element provides. They not only played our first dance and parents’ dances to perfection. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say the three hours of music and dancing at the end of the reception were the most fun 3 hours my wife and I have had in our lives. The lead singer, Erin, was also the music coordinator we worked with. In addition to being professional, she is the friendliest, most upbeat person we worked with in the entire wedding planning process. We met in person for the first time right before the reception, and it felt like seeing a friend. We knew from working with her and seeing the band in person they would be fantastic, but they were better than anything we could have imagined. Having Erin and Tony both as singers gives them the ability to do both male and female vocals seamlessly. If you are going to have a band at your wedding, let me make the decision for you. Your band is The Element.

The Element is the absolute best!!! Not only are they incredibly talented but they’re also amazing to work with! They were so willing to learn a new song for our first dance and even allowed us to make new song suggestions for our reception (Erin singing Lizzo is AMAZING!!). They kept our dance floor busy the whole night and we had SO much fun with them! So many people told us how great the band was and we could not agree more! The Element is incredible and we cannot recommend the more highly for your wedding!

These guys are amazing! Erin and The Element made our night such a dream. They are so incredibly talented and kept the party going all night. They worked with my husband and I so that we could sing and get in on the fun with them. I also can’t overstate how different the mood is with a live band. It’s so much easier to dance to a band, and your guests will love that! You feed off of each other’s energy and everyone has a blast! We had so much fun with these guys!

The Element was the absolute perfect band for our wedding on July 9. We truly can't say enough good things. The music selection was spot on and the dance floor was full the entire night. The band remembered everything we requested (a specific last song, the overall genre and vibe of the music) and even learned a special song for our first dance (which they totally nailed). Even now that some time has passed I'm still so impressed by their professionalism and how engaged they were in our whole day. A few specific examples that were so appreciated by me and my husband (and all of our guests): The band (and especially the band leader Erin) went above and beyond by learning our parents names and using them throughout the night. My mom really loved this. After one of the speeches mentioned listening to Queen in the car with my middle school soccer team, Erin put on a brief clip of "we are the champions." The morning after the wedding, Erin sent a handful of pictures and videos she had taken throughout the night and a reel she made for Instagram. I would also be remiss to not mention that they are excellent musicians - at one point one of the band members was even playing piano and saxophone at the same time. The Element was one of the highlights of our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone!

The Element was fantastic! All of my guests have come to us afterwards raving about them! Working with Tony ahead of the wedding was a great experience. He was accommodating and always on top of everything. A guitarist from the band covered the ceremony, we put together playlists for cocktail hour and band breaks, then The Element covered the rest of the music based on our selection mixed with some crowd favorites they knew would get everyone dancing.

I cannot say enough good things about having The Element perform at our wedding! Erin was so fun and easy to work with from the beginning. The band had a wide variety of songs they could play. We received so many compliments from our guests- everyone absolutely loved the music. I truly believe the band is the main reason hardly anyone left the party early and so many people were on the dance floor. Highly recommend!!

I truly believe that the music makes the wedding, so from the first moment of planning I knew I wanted a band that would set the tone for the night. We hired The Element through Cleveland Music Group and they delivered in every way. Erin Rossi was incredible to work with while coordinating for our wedding and made for an excellent emcee that kept guests engaged (not to mention, her voice is absolutely incredible!!) Tony Koussa's voice is also absolute magic! The band built a perfect setlist based on our style and the dance floor was packed ALL night. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that was in large part due to the band. I'll also note that we used CMG for our ceremony sound and photo booth, and both were executed flawlessly. From coordination to delivery, The Element and Cleveland Music Group absolutely ROCKED. I'd highly highly recommend them for any wedding!

The Element is amazing!! Not only are they super easy to work with, but they had the dance floor full the entire night! They are amazing musicians, their vocals are spot on and they interact with the crowd! We could not be happier with their music and their ability to MC the event. Several guests asked me to send them the name of the band, they were truly spectacular.

After seeing Tony and The Element perform at my sister's wedding a few years ago, I knew they were the one thing I wanted for my wedding day. I truly cannot thank Tony and his crew enough for everything! He totally understood what I was looking for for my wedding and executed the night perfectly. The dance floor was literally packed the entire night!! We had so much fun celebrating thanks to Tony and The Element keeping the energy levels high all night!! The best decision I made for our wedding was hiring this amazing group.

As soon as we started wedding planning, it was a no-brainer that we would choose The Element! My best friend booked them for her wedding and they made the night so fun, I knew I had to have them too! Tony, Erin, and the band are so talented and they made sure to play all our must haves-they even let me sing a song with them and surprised my wife! It was our favorite moment of the whole wedding and will definitely be a cherished memory for us. :)

Amazing as expected! We had the chance to hear this band play at a wedding a few years ago, and we just knew we wanted them to perform at our wedding when the time came. We chose the 5 piece band per Erin's recommendation based on our venue / guest count, and it could not have been more perfect. Erin made the stresses of wedding planning a breeze and assisted us every step of the way. The last thing you want to stress over is the fun stuff such as the music, entrance songs, or if the band will say your best friend's name right. The Element even took time to learn the songs for the first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. This extra service, makes the special day even more special. Tony, Erin and the entire band were absolutely amazing. They performed at our wedding and our guests couldn’t get enough. The dance floor was packed the entire night. They were so easy and fun to work with. HIGHLY recommend them for any event.

This group rocked! Our wedding party was a lively bunch who loves to dance, and the band met our energy level and then some! We did not want the night to end. I'm bummed that I live in eastern PA and may not get to hear them play again. BOOK THIS BAND! They will not disappoint!

We could not have made a better decision when we asked The Element to perform at our wedding. Since we first reached out to them, Tony was so pleasant and accommodating, making the whole process a breeze. Their set list is huge and extensive with a fantastic range of classics and current hits. Tony was great in letting us tailor the setlist to our taste and dance floor antics, with him and Erin crushing vocals all night! We had so many comments before the wedding on how awesome it was that we got The Element and even more after the wedding saying that it was the best live band our friends had seen at a wedding. We could not be more thrilled to have had The Element at our wedding!

We are so glad that we hired The Element to play at our reception! They were lively, accommodating to all ages and tastes in music, and made sure that everyone had a blast. Erin was wonderful to work with during the planning process and helped us to create a schedule for the evening that flowed and kept everyone dancing all night long. One of our favorite parts of the night was when they changed up the set to play a special song so that the groom could waltz with his grandmother. It was such a sweet and memorable moment, and we are so grateful that they were flexible and willing to accommodate this request during the reception. I cannot rave enough about The Element! We hired them for our wedding on December 1st and they made the reception so much more than I could have ever asked for! The dance floor was packed full all night long!! I had so many people come up to me after the wedding to say how amazing they sounded and how much fun they had! Erin and Tony are so easy to work with, and their talents are out of this world! If you want to get your guests up and dancing and keep them dancing all night long this band is the band you need!!

Kathleen R. Best wedding band ever! They played at a wedding that I attended on October 20 and I have been talking about them to anyone who would listen! My only regret is living out of town because I would 100% hire them to play at my next party/function. It was a great night and the addition of The Element made it even more fun!

I attended a wedding on 10/20/18 and I couldn't wait to write a review of this amazing group of musicians. They were simply phenomenal from start to finish. I have never seen so many people on a dance floor at a wedding. So unique, so classy, and so much fun!

Single best thing we did was hire Tony Koussa and The Element!! The Band is incredible...we had so many people come up throughout the night saying that they would love to hire Tony and The Band. We had a smaller wedding of a little less than 80 people and Tony, Erin and The Element kept our dance floor packed with people dancing. I still have people raving about the music a couple weeks after our wedding. We loved working with them and are already trying to figure out our next big party event to do that!!

We cannot even begin to put into words what an amazing job The Element did at our wedding. They have such a diverse list of songs--they followed our exact wishes in that they played a perfect mix of Oldies and New Hits. Erin was a pleasure to work with--from the very beginning of the booking process through the actual night of--she was professional, accommodating, and positive. No matter how silly our request was--ie--my husband's favorite song is "Loveshack" so please round up everyone on the dance floor before you sing it, Erin took all our requests in stride. She is an amazing MC. My guests had so many compliments about the band. They even let one of my bridesmaids on stage to sing "Proud Mary" with them. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Worth.Every.Penny.

Without a doubt the BEST BAND BY FAR! I have been to a ton of weddings and listened to so many as well! These guys were amazing to work with and had everyone dancing the entire evening. Even My 90 year mother danced! Their sound, lights, musicality and wow factor was exceptional! They made the night unforgettable! Cannot wait till next occasion to entertain. The ELEMENT was INCREDIBLE. They blew me away with their music, entertainment, quick thinking, and flexibility. Erin was so helpful and organized prior to the wedding answering all of our questions and making sure she knew what kind of vibe, music, and all the little details of the wedding were aligned. The band was great at on the spot changes as we had a couple speech move arounds and such and they did a great job going with the flow. Our guests had an absolute blast and everyone danced the ENTIRE NIGHT. There was almost an unanimous boo at the end of the night when the party was over. I would HIGHLY recommend The Element to anyone for their wedding - actually if you read this far in the review - go ahead and book them now. It's worth every penny.

If I could give The Element 10 stars, I totally would. They are hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. They exceeded all expectations and we could not have asked for a better group of musicians. They delivered the BEST entertainment I have ever experienced at a wedding. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Tony was SO great to work with and I loved that he listened to what we wanted and then executed. He went above and beyond for us. Outstanding! These guys are the model for professionalism, musicianship and energy that you're seeking for your wedding. Every single guest at our wedding was absolutely blown away by The Element's versatility. Your wedding day can be a crazy day, but The Element is the closest thing to a guarantee! Tony responded to our communication very quickly and worked with us to ensure that each step of our wedding was perfect. He met with us at the venue a few weeks prior to go over our requests, timeline, placement of the band, lighting, etc. The band took care of lights and sound as part of their package. The day of the wedding, they arrived early, dressed professionally, and went out of their way not to disrupt our guests. This band is the real deal. Each musician is highly skilled and fully engaged in the performance. Our guests had a blast! I come from a musical family and the majority of our guests were fellow musicians so the music was priority number one for us. My wife and I requested a rather obscure song for our first dance and my mother dug even deeper. The Element didn't even flinch at our requests and they created memories that will last a lifetime. My only complaint would be that NO ONE EVER LEFT THE DANCE FLOOR!!!! This band was absolutely amazing. From their elegant jazz trio during dinner, to the best selection of dancing music you can imagine, they had it all! They made my daughter's wedding more fun than we could have hoped for. Tony was fantastic to work with and willing to do anything you asked. The night of the wedding, EVERYONE was asking who they were. And I have had several follow up requests for their number. If they are available for your event, sign on the dotted line with lightning speed and count your blessings!

Tony and the Element Band were everything we could have imagined and more! I had some initial reservations about having a band rather than a DJ. Could they play modern songs? Could they keep the dance floor upbeat and full of people? YES and YES! From the moment our reception ended, we've received endless compliments about how great the band was. It's been over a month since our big day and our guests are still raving about their music. Tony, Erin, and Chad all have incredible voices. They have a very up-to-date and well rounded playlist to choose from and are even willing to learn new songs for the couple's first dance as well as the father-daughter and mother son-dance! Behind the scenes Tony was a delight to work with. He was very organized and easily accessible leading up to our big day. We would highly recommend Tony and the Element band. It was easily the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding!

Tony and the other trio members did an amazing job at our July 2011 wedding. They played the music for our outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. Their music selections were perfect for each part and transitioned from day to night seamlessly. All members are trained, quality musicians and it shows. They were able to play all the songs that we requested (even if they weren't on the playlist - they learned them in advance). For the reception, they created an energetic playlist with a great blend of popular songs that everyone knows and loves. The dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. The music really set the tone for all the parts of our wedding and made it a perfect day! Hiring Tony was a great decision and I would definitely recommend him!
