There aren't enough words or thanks we can give to the Element Band for playing and emceeing our big day! My husband and I got married earlier this month and Tony & Erin, along with 6 other band members, performed at our wedding. We cannot recommend them more! From the start, Tony was very informative and detailed on what they would be able to do- from the different packages, to instruments they play, all the way to the entire song list they could perform. Tony sat down with us a couple weeks before the wedding and went into extensive detail of how the whole day would work. He helped us figure out our ceremony processional, introduction/first dance/special dance songs, studied the whole wedding party… literally not one detail was missed! Not to mention, the band will learn a couple songs to make it feel extra curated and special for you! We were a little nervous leading up to our wedding day, but after sitting down with Tony, we felt immediate relief that him and his team would deliver! We ended up having them be a part of our entire day! Tony along with another band member played live at our ceremony, they had a DJ setlist during our cocktail hour, light instrumental dinner music and of course, the dancing music with the full 8 member band! Ourselves along with our guests said they were one of the best bands they have heard not only at a wedding but anywhere, hands down! Erin ended up emceeing most of the day and she was absolutely amazing! A very lovely person with true excitement that made all of the wedding formalities truly special! Above all else, Erin & Tony and the instrumental band members are EXTREMELY talented artists. It absolutely felt like we had our own personalized concert with all our favorite songs and favorite people. I've been so fortunate to spend nearly my entire life doing what I love. At the age of 11 I was performing 4 nights a week at different clubs all around Ohio. Fast forward nearly 30 years now, I've played all over the world having shared the stage with so many amazing artists and even had the honor of performing for 2 US Presidents. In all the places my career has taken me, I've never felt more fulfilled than when a couple tells that their wedding was best night of their lives. I feel so much pride knowing that I got to be a part of it!

l. We had a handful of questions come up and Erin was always ready with a quick response for us. Even letting us borrow a mic stand for our ceremony that the venue didn’t have. Erin was so helpful and personal and really set the tone for us. For our cocktail hour we asked for a jazz trio set from some of the band and they hit the vibe right on the head. We were taking some photos still and I was worried I’d miss it, but their tunes filled the whole grounds so I could smile and tap my toes without messing up any photos. For first dances we found a song we loved for the father daughter dance but nothing stood out for our song nor the mother son song. We sent them a song for each occasion asking if it was something they could pick up and they delivered for both. Not only nailing the songs, but also helping to trim out some of the more depressing lyrics from our mother son song so it hit the points we wanted without killing the mood. From there, the band took it away and there wasn’t a toe in the building that wasn’t at least tapping. Prior to the day we shared their set list with some close friends and family and everyone commented how broad yet deep their playlist went. And day of they tied it all together so well. Every generation in attendance had something to sing and dance to, and EVERYTHING sounded so good. Dj’s are nice, but everyone I’ve talked to since the big day is buzzing about the band.

You don’t need to read this entire review. If you are considering hiring a band for your wedding, hire The Element. We had the opportunity to see a handful of different bands to ...

decide which one to go with. While all of them were musically talented, there is not another band in Cleveland that can match the level of fun that The Element provides. They not only played our first dance and parents’ dances to perfection. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say the three hours of music and dancing at the end of the reception were the most fun 3 hours my wife and I have had in our lives. The lead singer, Erin, was also the music coordinator we worked with. In addition to being professional, she is the friendliest, most upbeat person we worked with in the entire wedding planning process. We met in person for the first time right before the reception, and it felt like seeing a friend. We knew from working with her and seeing the band in person they would be fantastic, but they were better than anything we could have imagined. Having Erin and Tony both as singers gives them the ability to do both male and female vocals seamlessly. If you are going to have a band at your wedding, let me make the decision for you. e night. The band remembered everything we requested (a specific last song, the overall genre and vibe of the music) and even learned a special song for our first dance (which they totally nailed). Even now that some time has passed I'm still so impressed by their professionalism and how engaged they were in our whole day. A few specific examples that were so appreciated by me and my husband (and all of our guests): The band (and especially the band leader Erin) went above and beyond by learning our parents names and using them throughout the night. My mom really loved this. After one of the speeches mentioned listening to Queen in the car with my middle school soccer team, Erin put on a brief clip of "we are the champions." The morning after the wedding, Erin sent a handful of pictures and videos she had taken throughout the night and a reel she made for Instagram. I would also be remiss to not mention that they are excellent musicians - at one point one of the band members was even playing piano and saxophone at the same time. The Element was one of the highlights of our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone!

Erin Rossi was incredible to work with while coordinating for our wedding and made for an excellent emcee that kept guests engaged (not to mention, her voice is absolutely incredible!!) Tony Koussa's voice is also absolute magic! The band built a perfect setlist based on our style and the dance floor was packed ALL night. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that was in large part due to the band. I'll also note that we used CMG for our ceremony sound and photo booth, and both were executed flawlessly. From coordination to delivery, The Element and Cleveland Music Group absolutely ROCKED. I'd highly highly recommend them for any wedding!

Tony responded to our communication very quickly and worked with us to ensure that each step of our wedding was perfect. He met with us at the venue a few weeks prior to go over our requests, timeline, placement of the band, lighting, etc. The band took care of lights and sound as part of their package. The day of the wedding, they arrived early, dressed professionally, and went out of their way not to disrupt our guests. This band is the real deal. Each musician is highly skilled and fully engaged in the performance. Our guests had a blast! I come from a musical family and the majority of our guests were fellow musicians so the music was priority number one for us. My wife and I requested a rather obscure song for our first dance and my mother dug even deeper. The Element didn't even flinch at our requests and they created memories that will last a lifetime. Feedback from Our Guests: "Some really good cover bands are just that, cover bands. The Element sounded amazing and were so entertaining to watch as well. I felt like I was a guest at their show, not just the wedding." "A great mix of current and classics. Sounded just like the originals but with their own twist. They have a very up-to-date and well rounded playlist to choose from and are even willing to learn new songs for the couple's first dance as well as the father-daughter and mother son-dance! Behind the scenes Tony was a delight to work with. He was very organized and easily accessible leading up to our big day. We would highly recommend Tony and the Element band. It was easily the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding!

ions were perfect for each part and transitioned from day to night seamlessly. All members are trained, quality musicians and it shows. They were able to play all the songs that we requested (even if they weren't on the playlist - they learned them in advance). For the reception, they created an energetic playlist with a great blend of popular songs that everyone knows and loves. The dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. The music really set the tone for all the parts of our wedding and made it a perfect day! Hiring Tony was a great decision and I would definitely recommend him!
