Lauren was great. She survived a slight surprise at the beginning of the ceremony and continued on like a trooper. Walking down the aisle to her music set the stage for the entire ...
evening. They played the two specifics we requested and a great many others we were hoping for. Beautiful.

se they walked me through their process and recommendations. I highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event. I loved their music and so did my guests.
It never crossed my mind to have live music at our ceremony until our officiant recommended it. I frantically searched The Knot and came across The Lauren Duo. These ladies were f...
antastic from day one and made the whole process painless. They answered every question I had and made this stressed bride more comfortable by coming to the rehearsal, so I would know that the big day would run smoothly. They truly transformed our ceremony and our guests raved about how beautifully they played. Go ahead and book them, you won’t be disappointed.
The Lauren Duo was the perfect choice for us! They were very communicative and open to new music and ideas. I was very particular when it came to the music and they were on top of ...
everything I sent them! I loved that they met with me in person for the big day to go over full details of our ceremony and cocktail hour! I highly recommend these amazing ladies!
I found The Lauren Duo on The Knot just weeks before our wedding. These two exceeded all expectations and worked with us to create the ambiance we desired. I met with The Lauren Du...
o about a week before the ceremony to review music, procession order, and discuss timing of events. These two were very flexible and willing to provide us everything we wanted. We booked them for and hour and asked them to play all current music. They played Bruno Mars, John Legend and more in addition to Canon in D for my walk down the aisle. Our guests expressed how cool and refreshing it was to hear current music while they were at the ceremony. The Lauren Duo created the perfect mix of music and allowed my groom and I to show ourselves through the music and for that we are grateful.

ed the second I heard the beginning of Canon in D before I started walking down the aisle. Thank you Lauren & Lauren for being one of my favorite parts of my whole wedding day!

ng to finalize song choices.
They have a great bank of repertoire to choose from. I chose some standards from songs they had listed, and I requested two songs that were not on their list for when I walked down the aisle, and for when my husband and I walked back down after being pronounced man and wife.
As long as you give them enough notice--they will take whatever song you want and either find or arrange the music to play!
They were complete professionals. They showed up to the rehearsal on time and ready to go even before the rest of us! The ceremony was outside, and they sat a little to the left of the audience. The prelude music was *gorgeous* (I watched our video later to hear it!). They timed the walking down the aisle just right--and the postlude (the song we had them arrange) was downright awesome.
I got a *TON* of compliments about the music they provided during the ceremony. I would highly recommend them for your big day too!
