The Eloise

This is the most incredible wedding venue. We got married in March 2023 at The Eloise and it was a dream come true. The owners, Ben & Stacey, really understand what couples are looking for and what they need through the wedding planning process. The amount of checklists, blog posts and reminders they provide are incredibly helpful to stay on top of things. The Eloise also offers in-house coordination which I took advantage of was also invaluable. They also offer officiating services, linen and furniture rentals, as well as late night pizza—another thing we took advantage of. The Eloise is an absolutely gorgeous venue — you can definitely decorate to make it what you want it, or keep it simple because it’s already so beautiful. We received so many compliments on the venue in general but also that our guests really loved the ease of the upstairs ceremony and being able to walk down the stairs to the reception space. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the staff. We had an absolutely perfect day because of all of the hard work Ben, Stacey and their staff put in and we are so grateful. I highly recommend The Eloise to anyone searching for a wedding venue.

As soon as I stumbled upon the Eloise when we began the wedding planning process I knew we had to check it out. At our venue walkthrough we fell in LOVE. It is truly the most beautiful venue. So elegant and clean. Our wedding was black tie and let me tell you, this is the place to have a black tie wedding. From the gorgeous chandelier lighting to the beautiful chiavari chairs and floor to ceiling windows, this place is BREATHLESS. With out wedding being late fall, we had our ceremony inside (upstairs) and our downstairs. It was perfect. Ben and Stacey are so kind and accommodating and were there to answer all 10 billions questions we had. I wish we could relive the day over and over again. 10000000% recommend having your wedding here!

The Eloise is an absolute gorgeous venue that I fell in love with right off the bat. Their crisp white with gold detailing is classic, timeless & elegant! Stacey & Ben were amazing to work with - they were communicative & truly cared about us as a couple. We moved out of the state while we were planning our wedding, & they went above & beyond to make sure we felt good about our day & made themselves available for us to come in one more time before our wedding day since we couldn't do our final walk through in person. Their add-ons of linens & late-night pizza are a no-brainer & such a value-add! The linens were set up perfectly & it was so nice to not have to worry about taking them down at the end of the night. I loved every minute of our wedding day & a big part of that was due to selecting The Eloise as our venue. Highly, highly recommend!

We held our wedding at The Eloise and couldn't be happier about our decision. Stacey was amazing from day one, we immediately knew The Eloise was our wedding venue from the moment we walked through the doors. Stacey and Ben were thorough and easy to communicate with during the entire planning process. Even providing us with recommendations for vendors because we weren't from the area. The staff the day of our wedding were attentive and helpful, lighting candles and greeting our vendors. They went above and beyond! We loved the ease of going from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception all in one place. Their grounds were immaculant, so we were able to stay onsite to take photos as well. We simply LOVE The Eloise, it was worth every penny and will always hold a special place in our hearts!

When I first got engaged I did a ton of research on possible wedding venues to host our much dreamed about Sunday morning brunch wedding. At first, nothing caught my eye. Which is not surprising because I was extremely picky and knew exactly what I wanted. It seemed like all the places were dark and gloomy or old and barn like. Not what I was going for at all. Until I saw pictures of The Eloise. It was like a breath of fresh air. It was bright with an elegant, simple but modern flair. The Eloise was the FIRST and ONLY venue we toured. It checked all of our boxes. The outdoor grounds and landscaping were perfect for an outdoor ceremony with a lush green forest background and two outdoor patios. As soon as we walked in, we knew. This was the only place we wanted our wedding. The upstairs was a perfect option for a ceremony (if the weather wasn’t nice because Wisconsin weather is very unpredictable and we needed a backup plan to our outdoor ceremony) or cocktail hour where it was a big enough space for guests to mingle and be comfortable in the on site modern/glamorous rental furniture (which is amazing and highly recommend). The upstairs ceremony/cocktail hour space overlooks the grand downstairs. As you look over the staircase, all you see is these high ceilings, gold fabulous light fixtures and a wall of windows letting all of the natural light in and a great space for our guests to eat, dance and celebrate. It is stunning. You will not find another venue like The Eloise in looks and in what it has to offer. They have amazing bride and groom suites perfect for getting ready and taking those pre-wedding pictures, tables, chairs, rental furniture, bar, and big kitchen for catering staff. It took so much stress off of our shoulders. And….the owners, Ben and Stacey, are the most hard working, determined, kind people you will ever meet. They truly care about the happiness of the couples and will go above and beyond making sure everything is perfect and exactly the way you want it. They are extremely prompt in all of the communication and questions we had in our journey and were on top of everything. Every detail. Every plan. Every everything. They made it so easy to not worry about a thing so we could focus on what we were there for: love, happiness and marriage! We were so impressed and are truly grateful for The Eloise and making all of our wedding dreams come true.

The Eloise is the PERFECT wedding venue. When I say perfect - I mean perfect. We just got married here in October of 2021 and the owners (Ben and Stacey) were absolutely amazing. They are always quick to answer and we’re so helpful throughout the process. We planned our wedding during COVID, and they did everything to keep us updated on protocols in Dane County and make things as easy as possible for our wedding. Every detail in the venue is so well thought out - from the ceremony space to the bridal suite to the layout of the reception area. We loved our wedding day and everything Ben and Stacey did to make it perfect. I would recommend this venue to everyone!!

Ben and Stacey are a power couple. Their venue is beautiful and they give you all the tools you need to have a great wedding! They do everything they can to make things go smoothly. It’s so clear that they care a lot about your day and the venue. We couldn’t be happier!

The Eloise was the perfect place for our ceremony and wedding on October 9th, 2021. The owners Ben and Stacey made planning easy and they were extremely communicative and responsive to our questions. They are great to work with and you can tell they truly love helping people plan their big day! The Eloise itself is such a beautiful space. So much natural light and the grounds themselves are beautiful too. We did an indoor ceremony and reception there, but there is also an outdoor option should we have opted to go that route. The patio and fire pit were perfect spots for our some guests to visit outside away from the dance floor once things got going for the other guests looking to party and dance! The bartenders were friendly and professional. The bathrooms were plentiful; so no one had to leave the party for long to wait in a bathroom line. I would highly recommend The Eloise!!! The venue helped make our wedding day turn out better than we could have ever imagined. Just stunning.

How lucky we feel to have found The Eloise. We knew from the second we met Stacey and Ben, we wanted to book their venue. And the venue wasn't even finished being built yet! They are an amazing couple to work with and made our wedding planning process so easy for us, walking us through each step and constantly checking in to see what they could do to help. Not only are they amazing individuals to work with, but their venue is unlike any other I have ever seen. It is absolutely STUNNING, elegant, classy, modern, and their entire staff was just as amazing as them. This is THE VENUE to get married at in the Madison area, and we couldn't be more thankful for how our day turned out, all thanks to Stacey, Ben and The Eloise.

We are so, so happy we chose The Eloise for our wedding ceremony and reception! The venue is STUNNING, the layout is amazing, and the details and little touches throughout the venue are so thoughtfully implemented. The venue was such a perfect compromise for my husband and I. More than anything, I wanted a venue with an outdoor ceremony space while my husband wanted a very modern (not at all rustic) venue. The Eloise is a beautiful compromise: it is set in a beautiful rural area with trees and meadows surrounding the venue but still has a sleek, modern and elegant interior. More-so, the venue has a beautiful designated indoor ceremony space for increment weather which was also a priority for me when searching for a venue. On our wedding day, the rain thankfully held out and we were able to have my dream outdoor ceremony, but had we had to move indoors, I knew that my ceremony would still be stunning. Ben and Stacy were both wonderful to work with and super responsive to all emails and questions. I would highly recommend this venue to all couples!
