In the Midwest where every venue is a barn, The Embassy stands out as an architectural masterpiece of a venue. Having an event here automatically makes it feel upscale and classy. ...
So glad I had my wedding here and the team took great care of us
The Embassy is a special place to get married. We rented the Yergens Rogers Ballroom, and the central staircase was quite the dramatic stage to get married. After the ceremony, the...
y turned over the room for our reception, and it worked great. The space was big enough for our 170 guests, but it felt nice and cozy at the same time.
We enjoyed working with Brittneay to plan the wedding. She was extremely helpful in figuring out the details and great at communicating over email.
If we had one criticism, it was that the drinks at the bar were too strong. But, that might have been the reason that our party was so good :)
To say that The Embassy Theatre is the most stunning backdrop in Fort Wayne is an understatement. To say that the event planning by Brittnaey was flawless is another understatement...
. The experience altogether was everything we hoped for and more. You simply must see this venue and consider it for your wedding. Even if you are from a smaller surrounding town put The Embassy on your tour list. Impeccable, timeless, glamorous.
Thank you so much for everything to the team who handled the wedding and reception. Hope to work with you all again!!!

We were beyond impressed with the Embassy. Their staff and venue were amazing and each person was so helpful.
Our recent wedding at the Embassy Theatre was simply amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the new ballroom they recently built was a perfect space for all our guests. But the...
best part was the staff. From day one they went above and beyond and were so helpful! The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing because they took care of it all! I highly recommend both the space and the wonderful staff at the Embassy Theatre for your wedding or other event, they will make sure it is better than you could've even imagined!
The Embassy went above and beyond to make my day special. They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding and the day of they put out all our decorations, got our cheese...
cake bar up, and helped us clean up all of our stuff. I cannot say enough things about the people at this location and highly recommend them!
It absolutely breaks my heart to say that I have not had a good experience in planning my wedding here. Our coordinator is very difficult to get ahold of and we have already had ad...
ditional charges added that were not in the contract. The rental time is very strict so it is impossible to set up yourself or see it before your guests.
I have always dreamed of getting married at the Embassy, but I truly regret entering into a contract with them. Do your homework. Get everything in writing early on so you aren't dreading your wedding like I am.
This was an amazing venue to have our wedding. Not only is it beautiful so there is not much decorating to be done, it has an amazing layout for a great party. It is a perfect size...
for about 170 guests with upstairs and downstairs seating. Also, Kyle who I dealt with for the event planning was amazing to work with. He made sure everything was executed perfectly.
Totally beautiful - Had so many great comments about our venue. If you're looking for a venue that doesn't take a whole lot to decorate or looking for that old Hollywood charm, th...
is is a must.
We had both our ceremony and reception in the theater lobby. All of our guests sat at tables. Since we were married on the stairs, everyone was able to see the ceremony.
Definitely recommend any bride in Fort Wayne to check it out. You'll be sure to fall in love with it.
The staff is also super nice and helpful.

more. The staff and wedding coordinator, Sara, were great. They made the day of the wedding stress-free and took over all the little details of the day so we could enjoy it all!

wedding coordinator is on top of it. She's friendly, organized, and has a lot of great suggestions. I really felt as though she would have bent over backwards to make our wedding exactly as we wanted it.
